Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 telah mengubah tata cara hidup dan bekerja masyarakat secara signifikan. Dalam konteks ini, menjaga keluarga menjadi tantangan utama dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial yang terjadi. Dalam abstrak ini, kami mengeksplorasi tantangan-tantangan yang dihadapi keluarga dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. Revolusi industri 4.0 membawa dampak besar pada dunia kerja dengan adopsi teknologi yang canggih seperti kecerdasan buatan, otomatisasi, dan Internet of Things (IoT). Peningkatan ini mengarah pada transformasi dalam lingkungan kerja, termasuk hilangnya pekerjaan tradisional dan munculnya pekerjaan baru yang membutuhkan keterampilan digital. Tantangan yang dihadapi keluarga adalah menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan ini dan memastikan anggota keluarga memiliki keterampilan yang relevan. Selain itu, revolusi industri 4.0 juga mempengaruhi dinamika keluarga secara sosial dan emosional. Kemajuan teknologi seperti media sosial, komunikasi digital, dan perangkat mobile telah mengubah cara keluarga berinteraksi satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, tantangan kedua adalah menjaga hubungan interpersonal yang kuat antara anggota keluarga dan mempromosikan komunikasi yang sehat dan efektif. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ini, penting bagi keluarga untuk beradaptasi dan mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan dengan revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

The post-reform era became public and government awareness of ethnic Chinese. This is evidenced by President Abdurrahman Wahid's decree to relax ethnic Chinese activities. Because in the Old Order, there was a government policy that was anti-Chinese sentiment. There is even a ban on foreigners to trade in Indonesia, as well as ethnic Chinese who become looting and mob rage, victims of sexual violence and so on. Through this Soe Hok Gie film, it depicts the participation of ethnic Chinese in solving the problem of government authoritarianism and saving Indonesia from the economic crisis. In this studyThis type of research uses library research, with a communication approach that uses media text analysis. The data collection technique in this study uses the semiotic analysis research method of Charles Sanders Peirce. The method uses Sign, Object and Interpretant to explain the content of a film.From the film Soe Hok Gie, this research has found themeaning of Sign, Object and Interpretant of ethnic Chinese political participation in the film Soe Hok Gie based on Charles Sander Peirce's semiotic theory. Abstract

Today's modern technology continues to advance and develop, especially social media which has a huge impact on people's lives. Advances in technology also have an impact on marketing, especially in the buying process. Digital Marketing is a marketing strategy that can reach the wider community, from the top to the bottom. In this study, there are problems faced by the owners of UMKM Crispy Egg Cake, one of which is the lack of knowledge about how to apply digital marketing as a place to promote their products, so the marketing plan in this study aims to develop UMKM Crispy Egg Cake in Bungkuk Village, Parang District, Regency Magetan in terms of implementing digital marketing as a place to promote products, so that they are better known by the public out there. Research in this training uses the ABCD method or this training uses the ABCD approach, namely Asset Based Community Development, which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around and are owned by the community. The results of this study can prove that by assisting the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, crispy egg cake owners know more about the benefits and how to use technology, especially in terms of digital marketing to advertise or sell their crispy egg cake food products, so by using digital marketing This sales turnover and public interest in buying crispy egg cakes has increased. In addition, sellers also gain a lot of useful knowledge about digital marketing technology and can compete in the market with other similar or different food products

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors contributing to the creation of religious harmony among different faith communities in Moderation Village, Puntukdoro Village, Magetan, East Java. The study is grounded in Berger and Luckman's social construction theory, which posits that social reality is shaped through social interactions and the collective construction of individuals and communities. The philosophy of "lakum dinukum waliyadin" serves as the foundation for the community's understanding that religious diversity is both a right and an obligation of individuals. The research employs a qualitative approach and field study methodology. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the philosophy of "lakum dinukum waliyadin" plays a pivotal role in building religious harmony. The processes of externalization, objectification, and internalization interact to create a meaningful social reality of harmony. Religious harmony in Moderation Village serves as a strong basis for maintaining unity and peace among religious communities, offering inspiration on the importance of respecting religious differences in achieving social peace and harmony. This study unveils how the village community successfully constructs harmony through their social interactions.

Abstract

Persuasive communication has become one of the effective means of communication for attracting customer interest due to its strength in delivering good and captivating messages. What sets Nibras House Keniten apart from other stores is its ability to follow fashion trends while prioritizing product quality and comfort. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy applied by the owner of Nibras House Keniten to influence consumer behavior and purchasing interest. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the owner, leader, and administrative staff as sources. The results show that persuasive communication has been effectively utilized to attract customers and enhance the positive image of Nibras House Keniten as a worthy shopping destination. High-quality Muslim clothing, friendly service, and excellent communication on social media and in-person make Nibras House a good shopping choice. They also apply principles such as selective exposure, audience participation, inoculation, and magnitude. With this strategy, Nibras House Keniten optimizes its appeal as a superior and high-quality shopping destination. Additionally, the use of techniques like association, integration, reward, arrangement, and red-herring significantly enhances brand image and customer satisfaction through relevant and engaging product introductions. Thus, persuasive communication proves to be an efficient means of attracting customer interest, supporting the growth of Nibras House Keniten branch in Ponorogo.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to determine the moral message and to find out the meaning of denotation, connotation, and to find out the myth of L.A. Cigarette advertising. The data collection technique used a semiotic analysis research method from Roland Barthes. The results of the analysis of the data found indicate that the moral message contained in this study reflects the life of a person, both from the lower middle class or the upper middle class, must be able to face problems and not leave problems and not leave problems but solve problems so that they will be resolved soon. The meaning of denotations, connotations, and myths in this study is that each individual must have an attitude of solidarity, responsibility, reciprocal forgiveness, be oneself, regret actions when making mistakes, dare to take risks, and be confident.Keywords: Moral Message, Advertising, LA Lights

Abstract

Early marriage is a phenomenon that is often found in various regions of the world, including in Indonesia. This phenomenon presents a number of risks and negative impacts on individuals, families and society as a whole. Therefore, one of the project groups of 19 Community Service Lectures in Bungkuk Village focuses on early marriage socialization which has the aim of increasing youth awareness about the negative effects of early marriage, as well as educating them about the importance of postponing marriage until a more mature age. The method used in carrying out this work program is an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) based approach which is based on facts and data obtained in the field. A collaborative approach involving students, lecturers, youth, and related parties is also an integral part of this program. The expected outcome of this work program is to increase the awareness of young people in Bungkuk Village about the risks of early marriage, which will eventually lead to changes in behavior and views towards postponing marriage. Through this article, it is hoped that readers will gain a deeper understanding of the significance of this community service program in overcoming the challenges of early marriage and promoting the positive development of young people.

Abstract

Everyone must have difficulties and problems that must be faced, and indirectly this situation encourages them to help each other and face each other together. This sense of solidarity arises because in every community group there are simultaneously needs, lineage, and the same place to live where they are. However, many young people today are starting to be indifferent to the condition of the environment around them, as if they are becoming individualists and busy with their personal affairs. Based on these problems, this research focuses on the role of youth organizations in realizing youth solidarity in Randusari village. This study aims to determine how the role of youth organizations in realizing solidarity in Randusari Village. The method used is a literature study used by analyzing various sources. This study found that youth organizations in Randusari Village have ways to increase their sense of solidarity such as fostering empathy for others, friendship with others, greeting each other when meeting, and competing for help.

Abstract

The Influence of Tik-Tok Social Media on the Character of Elementary School Students. In the era of globalization, there are technological developments. One of the problems that cannot be avoided and has become an important requirement in today's culture is the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. This study aims to determine the effect of social media relations on the character of fifth grade elementary school students in Jenang sub-district, Ponorogo district. The use of social media that will be researched is social media tik tok. This study uses a quantitative method, the data collection technique is by distributing online questionnaires to those who want to be studied. The sample studied was elementary school students in one of the Jenang sub-districts, Ponorogo district. The questionnaire was taken from 25 grade V elementary school students consisting of 12 boys and 13 girls. The research also involved one of the parents of fifth grade students and also the homeroom teacher of grade V, by conducting interviews with the people closest to them. We also conduct research for further research that requires information by making observations to directly observe the character and patterns of their social interaction after spending a lot of time playing social media. The results of this study indicate that there is an impact of the use of social media that can affect student character on development and learning patterns in grade 5 elementary school students, Jangan sub-district, Ponorogo district. This impact can lead to positive and negative impacts, where the positive impacts are more than the negative impacts. one of them is someone can hone creativity in creative editing, videos with music and writings that contain meaning in sentences. As well as being able to motivate others with videos and sentences that have meaning in one's life.

Abstract

Migrasi perempuan Indonesia sebagai pekerja migran telah mengubah dinamika keluarga secara fundamental, khususnya dalam konstruksi peran gender dan pola pengasuhan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi peran ayah dari breadwinner menjadi primary caregiver dalam keluarga pekerja migran di Ponorogo, mengidentifikasi praktik pola asuh yang diterapkan, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, penelitian melibatkan tiga ayah sebagai partisipan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan kriteria istri bekerja sebagai pekerja migran minimal dua tahun dan memiliki anak usia sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayah mengalami transformasi fundamental dalam menjalankan seluruh spektrum domestic labor dan caregiving, mengadopsi pola asuh demokratis dengan komunikasi terbuka, penetapan aturan jelas, dan responsivitas tinggi terhadap kebutuhan emosional anak. Teknologi komunikasi digital mengubah dinamika transnational parenting secara signifikan, memungkinkan komunikasi harian yang mendukung koherensi sistem keluarga. Dampak transformasi menunjukkan pembentukan secure attachment anak dengan ayah, namun dengan tantangan berupa risiko penurunan prestasi akademik dan kerentanan terhadap bullying. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kelekatan dapat terbentuk kuat dengan ayah sebagai attachment figure primer, menantang asumsi eksklusivitas kelekatan pada figur ibu. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi literatur fatherhood studies dan secara praktis dapat menjadi basis pengembangan program pendampingan keluarga pekerja migran.
