Abstract

This study aims to compare the performance of three classification algorithms, namely Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) in analyzing user review sentiment on crypto wallet applications available on the Google Play Store . The dataset used includes 1,500 reviews from three popular crypto wallet apps, namely Trust Wallet, MetaMask , and Bitget Wallet. Each review is grouped into three sentiment categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The results of the analysis show that Bitget Wallet got the most positive reviews, while MetaMask and Trust Wallet tended to get less favorable reviews. The study evaluated the performance of each algorithm based on several performance metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The results obtained show that the SVM algorithm provides the best performance with an accuracy of 90.5%, followed by KNN with an accuracy of 85.3%, and NBC with an accuracy of 82.1%. In addition, SVM also excels in other metrics, such as precision and recall, showing that SVM is more effective at classifying user review sentiment than the other two algorithms. Based on these results, it can be concluded that SVM is the most suitable algorithm for sentiment analysis in crypto wallet applications, which can provide deeper insights into user perceptions of these applications. This research makes an important contribution to the application of machine learning algorithms for sentiment analysis in the financial technology sector, especially for crypto wallet applications.

Abstract

Perumahan tiara regency memiliki kekurangan keefektivitasan pembookingan unit salah satu nya adalah pelanggan harus datang langsung mensurvei unit hal ini membuat costomer costomer yang tidak memiliki banyak waktu dan menginginkan pembookingan yang cepat menjadi terhalang oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen yang mendukung pelayanan menggunakan. Solusi yang di lakukan adalah merancang sistem infromasi pembookingan yang nanti akan di gunakan untuk pembookingan unit secara online. Metode Zachman digunakan untuk melakukan perancangan, dengan fokus pada studi kasus pengembang Perumahan Tiara Regency Sukabumi. Metode Zachman digunakan untuk menganalisis dan merancang struktur informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh organisasi.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, the sample was 36 people who worked as employees of the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Operational Division of PT Sankyu Indonesia International is classified as very good, where the three variables are in the rating scale range of 70-100. From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis have a significance value of 0.000 and t count 4.125 > t table 1.68830. Motivation does not have a positive effect on employee performance as a result of the analysis with a significance value of 0.427 and t count 0.804 < t table 1.68830. Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the results of the analysis have a significance value of 0.000 and F count 9.970 > F table 3.26.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational culture on the employee performance of PT Marga Mandalasakti.The research employs an explanatory approach witha quantitative methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires and the sampling technique used was saturated sample, involving 41 employes as respondents.Data analysiswas conducted using quantitative analytical methods. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that the level of employee enggament and organizational culture exhibits a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, organizational culture exhibits a positive and significant influenceon performance. Simultaneouslyboth variabel-employee enggamnet and organizational culture postively and significanly affect the employee performance at PT Marga Mandalasakti

Abstract

This research aims to forecast Indonesia’s progress in achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6.2, which targets 100% access to adequate sanitation and elimination of open defecation (OD) by 2030. The Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) method was used on provincial time series data from 2013–2024 (sanitation) and 2020–2024 (OD), with performance evaluated using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Results showed consistently high forecasting accuracy, with DKI Jakarta (0.99%), South Sulawesi (1.87%), and DI Yogyakarta (2.21%) among the most accurate for sanitation, and Maluku (2.79%), Papua (3.03%), and Gorontalo (4.49%) for OD. Spearman correlation analysis revealed a strong national negative correlation (r = –0.991, p < 0.001) between sanitation access and OD. However, provinces like DKI Jakarta (+0.36) and DI Yogyakarta (+0.86) showed positive anomalies, indicating behavioral gaps despite infrastructure growth. These findings clearly highlight the importance of integrating behavioral interventions and localized strategies to effectively accelerate progress toward SDG 6.2.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 130 employees across various industries through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). Results show that GHRM significantly and positively influences OCBE, with an explained variance (R²) of 42%. Among the dimensions of GHRM, green training and green rewards emerged as the strongest predictors of OCBE, while green recruitment and green performance appraisal also demonstrated significant but slightly weaker effects. These findings highlight the strategic role of HRM in fostering voluntary pro-environmental behaviors among employees, particularly in the Indonesian cultural context where collectivist values support sustainability. The study contributes to the literature by validating the GHRM–OCBE relationship in a developing country and by identifying the relative importance of different HR practices. Practically, organizations are encouraged to design HR strategies that integrate sustainability into training, rewards, recruitment, and performance management systems to strengthen both environmental performance and employee engagement.

Abstract

Online reviews significantly shape public perception and play a crucial role in customer decision-making within the hospitality sector. This research aims to conduct aspect-based sentiment analysis on Indonesian five-star hotel reviews using a fine-tuned IndoBERT model. Unlike prior studies that mainly applied IndoBERT to single hotels or small-scale datasets, this study fills that gap by examining 2,499 reviews collected from five luxury hotels in Jakarta. The analysis focuses on five essential service aspects: cleanliness, service quality, room comfort, food & beverages, and core facilities. The IndoBERT-base model was fine-tuned with annotated aspect-sentiment data and assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrices. Experimental results show that the model reached 95.28% accuracy with a macro F1-score of 82.44%. Positive sentiment dominated the reviews (81.4%), while neutral and negative sentiments represented 16.9% and 1.7%, respectively. Service, along with food & beverages, received the highest praise, whereas cleanliness and core facilities were more often evaluated neutrally. Aspect and sentiment annotations were carried out semi-automatically using large language models (LLMs) and later validated by human annotators to ensure reliability. These findings highlight IndoBERT’s strong capability in aspect-based sentiment classification for Indonesian hotel reviews and provide actionable insights for hotel managers to enhance service quality. Moreover, this study demonstrates both the academic and practical significance of applying fine-tuned Transformer models to real-world customer experience analysis.

Abstract

Bencana alam adalah bencana yang diakibatkan oleh peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh alam, seperti: Gempa Bumi, Tsunami, Gunung Meletus, Banjir, Kekeringan, Angin Topan, Kebakaran dan Tanah Longsor (UU 24 Tahun 2007, b). Dalam menghadapi berbagai macam bencana yang datang silih berganti di Indonesia. Yang disebabkan oleh kondisi geografis Indonesia, khususnya wilayah Cianjur – Jawa Barat. Potensi bencana di wilayah Cianjur, Jawa Barat sangat besar dikarenakan berada di di 106 derajat 42’ sampai 107 derajat 25’ BT (Bujur Timur) dan 6 derajat 21’ hingga 7 derajat 25’ LS (Lintang Selatan), secara topografi kemiringannya 0-40%, struktur tanah yang lunak, banyak bangunan berada ditepi lereng atau lembah, kedalaman, kondisi tanah, kondisi topografi, dan kondisi struktur bangunan yang merupakan faktor penyebab bencana di wilayah tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini, adalah peningkatan produktivitas dosen dengan nilai aplikatif untuk masyarakat, khususnya terhadap korban gempa bumi di wilayah cianjur. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, menunjukkan bagaimana perhatian dan kepedulian PDPI untuk membantu sesama umat manusia yang terkena musibah, karena kepedulian kami ini dapat meringankan beban moril warga yang terdampak gempa.

Abstract

This study aims to design an effective enterprise architecture for the information system of the Community Health Center in Parungkuda District, Sukabumi. Adopting the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and ADM (Architecture Development Method) Architecture Development Process Model, this study will provide systematic steps to design a structured and integrated architecture. Health services at the Community Health Center are one of the technical service units in the management of the Community Health Center. The Community Health Center is one of the government agencies engaged in the field of Health services in its daily life providing health services to the community. The Parungkuda Community Health Center has currently implemented a computer and information system to support its processes. Unfortunately, the availability of information systems as one of the health service facilities that are run is considered less than optimal. The purpose of this study is to design and implement the proposed information system which can later help optimize the health service management process at the Parungkuda Community Health Center. In this study, the TOGAF framework has been proposed as a reference for architectural design. Where TOGAF contains the structure and components of ADM (Architecture Development Method) which represents TOGAF itself and provides details on how to determine an enterprise architecture based on the main needs of the organization. The output produced in using this framework is a blueprint that is used as a reference for the Parungkuda Health Center itself to develop information system technology. Thus, every business process in the Parungkuda Health Center can answer all the visions and missions to be achieved. With the implementation of the health service information system, it is hoped that it can improve health services and efficiency, employees in manipulating service data at the Parungkuda Health Center.
