Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil skala minat belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas IV di SD Negeri 1 Karanglangu, 29,17% siswa yang berada pada kategori minat belajar tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas IV menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang sudah dirancang dengan kerangka kerja TPACK. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Karanglangu yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala minat belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik uji-t sample berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan setelah penelitian minat belajar siswa meningkat dari 29,17% menjadi 87,5% pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Hasil uji T sample berpasangan menunjukkan hasil sebesar .000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa pada pelajaran Matematika menggunakan media pembelajaran PowerPoint yang dirancang menggunakan kerangka kerja TPACK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar Matematika untuk siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Mangunsari 01. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu observasi, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dengan mengaplikasikan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dalam setiap pembelajaran dengan tujuan dapat mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpukan bahwa sebelum dilakukan tindakan aktivitas pembelajaran Matematika di kelas IV dari 32 siswa hanya 41% siswa yang sudah berhasil sedangkan dalam berpikir kritis siswa masih 49% tergolong rendah dan 25% sedang. Setelah pelaksanaan siklus I hasil belajar meningkat hingga 59% dan kemampuan berpikir kritis meningkat hingga 4% dari sebelumnya. Setelah pelaksanaan siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 72% serta kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa mencapai 12% pada kriteria sangat kritis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah hasil dari tiga tahapan pertama Research and Development Borg and Gall yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku sastra anak yang mengandung konsep matematika yang bernama MathLite. MathLite dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yaitu belum banyaknya buku matematika yang bias dibaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran atau untuk mendukung Gerakan Literasi Sekolah. MathLite dikembangkan beradasarkan teori minat dan berisi konsep statistic matematika SD tentang diagram batang. MathLite telah melalui validasi ahli yaitu alhi sastra anak, ahli media, dan ahli matematika SD. Dari ketiga validator, MathLite dinilai sangat baik dalam meningkatkan minat matematika siswa SD kelas 4 dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 3,3 darinilai rata-rata maximal 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari gabungan tiga tahap pertama Research and Development Borg and Gall serta ADDIE yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi dengan materi IPA kelas 6 SD. Game edukasi yang dikembangkan dinamai The Rotation sesuai dengan materi yang ada pada materi rovasi dan revolusi bumi serta gerhana bulan dan matahari. The Rotation dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan mengenai kurangnya minat anak dan kemampuan berpikir kritis di sekolah. The Rotation telah melalui validasi ahli materi IPA dan media. Berdasarkan hasil validasi kedua pakar tersebut, The Rotation dinilai sangat baik dalam meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan perolehan angka presentase 81,25% untuk materi dan 83,92%untuk uji media dari angka presentase maksimal 100%

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakah hasil dari empat tahap pertama RnD yang dikembangkan dari kerangka RnD Borg and Gall dan pengembangan produk dengan ADDIE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat validitas produk yang dikembangkan. Teknik penelitian menggunakan kuesioner berdasakan skala Likert dan validasi ahli dalam masing-masing bidang sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen keterampilan berpikir kreatif menurut Moma untuk mengetahui atau mengukur keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa saat menggunakan produk e-Ma. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan produk ini memiliki tingkat validitas yang baik, berdasarkan validasi ahli media memperoleh presentase sebesar 83.36% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil validasi ahli matematika SD memperoleh presentase sebesar 75% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil validasi dari pendidik memperoleh presentase sebesar 85.90% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hal ini menunjukan jika pengembangan produk e-Ma sudah layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi jaring-jaring bangun ruang serta mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

This research was the first four parts of the Borg and Gall version of RnD research, (1) preliminary research and studies, (2) research planning, (3) initial product development, and (4) limited field testing. The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of using traditional games in teaching mathematics in elementary schools using a realistic mathematical approach. The method used is qualitative. Data obtained through interviews and teacher response scales. The subjects of this study were 15 elementary school teachers teaching elementary mathematics in Salatiga which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study is the steps to develop traditional games with a realistic mathematical approach in elementary mathematics learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Smart Land media to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for elementary school students.The method of this research is R&D using ADDIE model, in five steps: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3)development, 4)iImplementation, 5) evaluation. The validity of product test is observed from the expert’s assessement using the material and media expert validation sheet instruments. The effectiveness of the product is observed by the one group pre-test, post-test, and the result are processed using Paired-Samples T-Test assistance with SPSS 22.0 program. The result of this research suggests Smart Land media learning to enhance creative thinking skills in 3CM Learning for Elementary School students, which is evidently valid from materials and media aspect. Smart Land media is evidently practical from teacher and student evaluation, and also evidently effective based on result of pretest and posttest and Paired Samples T-test.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the difference between the effectiveness of TTW and TPS models towards the improvement of ability in on 4th grader elementary school students. This experiment is a pseudo-experimental research. The sample of this research are 27 students of SDN Lodoyong 02 and 23 students of SDN Lodoyong 03.The data analytic used is pre-requisite test which showing the result of both groups are distributed normally and not homogeneous. The test of Independent sample T-test acquired t-count > t-table is 2,344>2,011 and score signification 0,023<0,05 which showing that Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. N-gain scoring analysis shows a student improvement after applying TTW model approximately 0,391 meanwhile after applying TPS model approximately 0,33. From the result of n-gain scoring, the difference of the two models can be seen approximately 0,061. Based on the data analysis, it's concluded that there is a difference of effectiveness which is significant. The applying of ttw model has a level of effectiveness higher than tps model towards the ability of mathematical communication on 4th grader students of elementary school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in effectiveness of PBL learning models with TPS in terms of the critical thinking skills of elementary school students in mathematics. This research is a quasi-experimental study. In this study, the Non-equivalent Control Group Design design is used to investigate the effects of the two variables used. In this study 19 students at Bacem Elementary School and 19 students at Waru Elementary School, Jepon District, Blora Regency. The two groups were given different treatments, namely the PBL learning model was treated in the experimental group at Bacem SDN, and the TPS model was treated in the control group at Waru Elementary School. Based on the results of the study, H_oditotak and H_a were accepted. The analysis in this study used the Ngain test to determine the increase in the average value of the results of the pretest and posttest. This is based on the results of the NGain analysis showing an increase in value after being given PBL treatment of 0.64, while the increase in value after being given TPS treatment was 0.53. Based on all analysis results, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in effectiveness in this study. Evidently the application of PBL learning models has a higher level of effectiveness when compared to the TPS learning model of the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students in mathematics

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of comic media based on Discovery Learning in thematic learning in primary school. This research method is R & D and uses the ADDIE design which has 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The validity of the module is analyzed using the expert test, the practicality of the product is seen from the student response questionnaire towards the media while the effectiveness of the module is analyzed using the results of analysis in accordance with the three aspects of literacy namely the process of understanding, reading goals, and reading behavior from the theme and comic books and paired-samples test t-test. The results of research on comic-based learning media with the Discovery Learning approach to improve the literacy of grade III elementary school students. Comics proved valid based on expert tests conducted. Evaluation of the media aspect validator obtained a score of 69 with a percentage of 92%. The material aspect validator got a score of 43 with a percentage of 86% and the learning aspect Validator got a score of 41 with a percentage of 82%. the comics proved to be practical based on the student questionnaire responses to the media, the researchers responded to give questionnaires to 35 grade III students obtained a percentage of 91%. Comics proved effective based on analysis of analysis results in accordance with the assessment of the three aspects of literacy, namely the process of understanding, reading goals, and reading attitudes from theme and comic books with an increase in reading theme books that obtained percentages from 80% to 92% after reading comics. an increase of 12%, and the results of the pretest and posttest at the significance level of 0,000. The average pretest was 62.89 while the posttest average was 86.34. Effectiveness can be seen from the increase in the number of students who achieve grades above the KKM. As many as 100% of students were declared complete at posttest while at pretest the number of students completed was 8.57%.
