Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah adapengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Kredit ( Kopdit) Obor Mas Kelurahan Mautapaga Kabupaten Ende, (2) Apakah ada pengaruh pengelaman kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Kredit ( Kopdit) Obor Mas Kelurahan Mautapaga Kabupaten Ende.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 orang karyawan Koperasi Kredit (Kopdit) Obor Mas Kelurahan Mautapaga Kabupaten Ende.Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari latar belakang pendidikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan Koperasi Kredit (Kopdit) Obor Mas KelurahanMautapaga Kabupaten Ende dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,347; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengelaman kerja terhadap etos kerja karyawan Koperasi Kredit ( Kopdit) Obor Mas Kelurahan Mautapaga Kabupaten Ende dengan nilai beta  sebesar 0,371

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas keamanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah menggunakan aplikasi pegadaian syariah digital service (PDS). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 responden. analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Metode regresi linear berganda di bantu dengan menggunakan program komputer software SPSS Statistik 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan uji hipotesis menunjukan kualitas layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas keamanan, secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi pegadaian syariah digital service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pinjaman koperasi kredit kepada anggota usaha kecil masyrakat (ukm). (2) peningkatan pendapatan usaha kecil masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) observasi, (2) kuesioner, (3) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik dengan alat analisis regresi linear sederhana hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif pemberian kredit terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha kecil masyrakat (ukm) sebesar 88,9%. 1). Pihak koeperasi terus memeberikan kredit kepada anggota usaha kecil sehingga dapat membantu permodalan masyarakat. 2). Pihak anggota agar tepat waktu dalam pembayaram pinjaman sehingga dapat memeperlancar tagihan bulanan. Usaha kecil masyrakat di Kabupaten Ende rata-rata modal usaha dagang sangat minim dan sangat sulit usaha yang produktive untuk dikembangkan bagi masyarakat kecil. Penghasilan usaha masyarakat sangat bervariasi tergantung pada jenis usaha dagang di pasar tradisional biasanya memiliki keuntungan yang sangat kecil tetapi volume penjualan tinggi. Omset penjualan harian yang di dapat Rp.300.000 x 30 hari = Rp.9.000.000 jadi satu orang pedagang menjual dengan 30 jenis sayur, 1 jenis menjual dengan harga Rp.10.000 x 30 maka akan mendapatkan Rp.300.000 per hari. Jika dihtung selama 30 hari hasil pendapatan yang didapat sebesar Rp.9.000.00 perbulan

Abstract

Local potential is the natural, cultural, and natural resources of a region.  Emburia Village, Ende Sub-District, Ende Regency is one of the villages that is the largest producer of candlenuts in Ende Regency, but this large candlenut potential has not been maximally utilized for the economic income of the community. The candlenuts produced are only sold to traders in Ende city. Therefore, this community service activity is deemed important to be carried out in Emburia village with the target participants being PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) women. Community service activities go through several stages including the preparation stage, preparation and implementation stage until the finished product with the brand name MIKERIA (Emburia hazelnut oil). This activity is expected to provide understanding to participants in improving the creative economy through training and utilization of digital marketing in marketing products, namely hazelnut oil

Abstract

This community service aims to empower housewives in Ende Tengah Sub-district, Ende Regency, through training in processing starfruit into innovative snack products. This activity was carried out as an effort to increase the economic value of local fruits and community productivity. The method used was training and demonstration of making starfruit processed products. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in processing starfruit into economically valuable products. This activity has the potential to increase household income and encourage entrepreneurial development based on local products

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of work discipline, organizational commitment, and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ende Branch. This study primarily addresses the inconsistency in employee performance, which is believed to be affected by internal organizational issues. This research employed a quantitative methodology via a survey technique. Data were gathered via questionnaires administered to 33 employees as participants. The employed analytical method was multiple linear regression to evaluate the simultaneous and partial impacts of each independent variable on employee performance. The findings indicated that work discipline, organizational commitment, and motivation collectively exerted a substantial impact on employee performance. All three variables exhibited a favorable and significant impact on performance to some extent.

Abstract

This community service aims to explore the potential of candlenut oil (Aleurites Moluccana) as a superior product in Ndetundora II Village, which has primarily utilised candlenut as a cooking ingredient. The methods employed include processing candlenut through roasting and pressing, where the nuts are heated without oil until they change color, then ground and pressed to extract the oil. The results indicate that candlenut oil offers various benefits, including promoting hair growth, reducing gray hair, and aiding in the healing of wounds and skin diseases, which can enhance the quality of life for the community. Additionally, socialisation and training on candlenut oil production are expected to enhance the skills and knowledge of the community, as well as expand market opportunities through social media. Recommendations for follow-up include developing marketing strategies and product diversification to boost the village's economy.
