Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tidak bervariatif, yaitu salah satunya melakukan pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dalam kelas, tidak melibatkan siswa secara langsung dikarenakan daya kreativitas, perilaku inovatif yang masih rendah, sehingga mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kreativitas, perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sekolah dasar swasta di Kabupaten Serang dengan populasi 358 guru, sampel 189 dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur dan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM- PLS), Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berhasil memediasi perngaruh kreativitas terhadap kinerja guru dan motivasi berhasil memediasi pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kreataivitas, perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi sebagai mediasi pada sekolah dasar swasta di Kabupaten Serang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pemilihan pemasok yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). Pemilihan pemasok sangat penting agar memastikan kualitas produk dan efisiensi operasional dalam rantai pasok. Dengan meningkatnya fokus perusahaan pada praktik bisnis yang ramah lingkungan, kriteria keberlanjutan menjadi salah satu faktor utama dalam proses seleksi pemasok. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data primer melalui survei dan wawancara dengan para ahli, serta analisis data sekunder dari literatur yang terkait. Metode ANP diterapkan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara berbagai kriteria, seperti kesesuaian barang dengan spesifikasi, biaya, dan dampak lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ANP adalah alat yang efektif untuk mengidentifikasi pemasok yang tidak hanya memenuhi standar kualitas dan biaya, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan. Model yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterapkan di berbagai industri untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis yang mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan ANP dalam pemilihan pemasok memungkinkan perusahaan meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok mereka sekaligus mendukung tujuan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Markaz yang terletak di Kabupaten Serang memiliki peluang besar untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam (SDA) dengan pendekatan kewirausahaan. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berbasis agama, pesantren ini dapat mengolah SDA yang ada untuk mencapai kemandirian ekonomi sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Namun, pemanfaatan SDA yang optimal masih belum sepenuhnya terwujud, sehingga penting untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut guna memahami potensi serta tantangan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi cara Pondok Pesantren Al-Markaz memanfaatkan SDA melalui konsep kewirausahaan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada pengembangan ekonomi mandiri di pesantren tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus diterapkan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi terkait pengelolaan SDA di pesantren. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pesantren telah berhasil mengintegrasikan SDA, seperti lahan pertanian dan peternakan, dalam unit usaha yang dikelola oleh santri. Namun, masih ada tantangan dalam hal manajemen dan pendampingan usaha yang perlu diperbaiki. Dengan demikian, pengembangan SDA melalui kewirausahaan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Markaz memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi, asalkan ada kerjasama dan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial bagi santri

Abstract

This study aims to explore more deeply how leadership, work motivation, work environment, and work discipline play a role in determining the performance of Elementary School teachers in Cilegon City. The approach applied in this study is quantitative correlational, where the research focuses on analyzing the relationship between these variables through surveys and questionnaire distribution. As the main data source, this study collected information from 300 Elementary School teachers in Cilegon City, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that leadership and work discipline factors significantly have a positive impact on teacher performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work environment factors do not show a significant influence on teacher performance in the context of this study.

Abstract

Digital technology is beneficial in running a business in production, marketing, and finance. However, not all business actors have used digital technology and the digital economy to help run their businesses, especially micro and small business actors. This study aims to investigate the role of digital technology literacy and the digital economy in encouraging the interest of micro and small business actors to use digital technology that will drive the sustainability of their businesses. The survey was conducted on 162 micro and small business actors in Banten province. This study uses the technology acceptance model (TAM) theoretical framework. In this research, data analysis using SEM-PLS. The study results show that digital technology and economic literacy significantly affect perceived Ease of use and usefulness. Digital technology literacy has an effect on business sustainability, but digital economic literacy has no effect. Perceived Ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly affect the intention to use. Intention to use has a significant effect on business sustainability. This research also strengthens the role of TAM as a mediating variable for business sustainability variables. This research provides scientific insights in the field of digital technology and business sustainability, as well as provides practical insights for business actors and the government.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal how much influence the principal's leadership style, school culture and training have on teacher performance in Cilegon Private Middle Schools. Using quantitative methods, this research involved 200 teachers as a sample from a total of 386 teachers in the city.The results of the analysis show that the principal's leadership style and school culture together have a significant influence on teacher performance. The combination of these two factors is able to explain 40.7% of the variation in teacher performance. This means that there are still other factors that have not been examined in this research which also influence teacher performance by 59.3%. Further analysis shows that when the training variable is added in the model, all three variables (leadership, culture, and training) significantly influence teacher performance. This indicates that training also plays an important role in improving teacher performance, in addition to leadership style and school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the mental workload of employees in the Engineering department of a manufacturing company using the NASA-TLX method. The goal is to improve employee welfare and company productivity by identifying factors that cause high workloads and finding the right solution. The method used to determine the value of mental workload of employees in the Engineering department, is measured using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method. This method measures 6 dimensions of workload measurement, namely, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Performance, Effort, and Frustration Level. Most Informants (4 out of 5) experience a high mental workload, marked by a score above 60 on the NASA-TLX scale. The dimensions of "Time Demands" and "Mental Demands" are the main factors that contribute to the high mental workload in the tooling maker section. High mental workload is a serious problem that can have a negative impact on employee health, productivity, and job satisfaction. By implementing the right strategy, companies can reduce mental workload and create a healthier and more productive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems in the food and beverage industry and describe an action plan to improve product quality through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma. This approach is expected to provide an effective solution to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and minimize defective products. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis from the companies studied. The main focus is on analyzing the problems faced by the company and designing a plan to overcome the problems with the implementation of Lean Six Sigma. The results of the study show that Lean Six Sigma analyzes the problems faced by the company and designs solutions through the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. In the Define stage, the company identifies the main problems and sets improvement goals. Measure is used to collect current related data and measure the extent to which the problem has an impact. Analyze focuses on identifying the root cause of the problem using data analysis tools. Once the cause is known, the Improve stage designs and implements a solution to overcome the problem. Finally, Control ensures that the implemented solution remains effective in the long term by monitoring and controlling the process continuously. Through this DMAIC cycle, companies can systematically identify and address problems to improve product quality and process efficiency.
