Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang implementasi pelayanan diakonia karitatif, reformatif dan transformatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah wakil ketua majelis jemaat harian (MJH), ketua UPP kasih dan 3 keluarga kristen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pertama, pelayanan diakonia karitatif dijalankan untuk keluarga kristen yang berstatus janda, duda, yatim piatu dan lansia yaitu berupa beras 5 kg sedangkan ibu melahirkan, keluarga berduka dan mahasiswa tetap mendapatkan bantuan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan gereja sebelum pandemi. Untuk orang sakit gereja hanya dapat melayani pasien rawat nginap di rumah sakit. Namun pada saat pandemik covid-19 berlangsung tidak ada keluarga Kristen yang dirawat di rumah sakit. Akan tetapi adanya perkunjungan oleh para diaken ke setiap keluarga Kristen yang sakit dan mendoakan. Kedua, diakonia reformatif tidak dapat berjalan baik itu sebelum dan pada saat pandemi covid-19 karena keterbatasan dana dari gereja, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kerja sama dengan instansi lain yang berkompeten untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi keluarga Kristen. Ketiga, diakonia transformatif tidak dapat berjalan disebabkan karena keterbatasan dana dari gereja dan dampak pembatasan sosial sehingga program ini tidak terealisasi karena tidak ada pertemuan untuk membahas program yang sudah dirancang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan diakonia karitatif bagi keluarga kristen pada masa pandemi covid-19 di GMIT Jemaat Musafir Pana Klasis Amanuban Tengah Selatan dapat dijalankan. Namun diakonia reformatif dan transformatif tidak berjalan secara maksimal.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh konten internet dan program digitalisasi sekolah terhadap perilaku sosial di kalangan siswa SMK. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikansi antara Konten Internet dan Program Digitalisasi Sekolah terhadap Perilaku sosial di Kalangan Siswa SMK di Kabupaten Alor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi SMK berada di wilayah Kabupaten Alor pada tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 94 orang siswa, diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuesiner. Sedangkan analisis datanya adalah secara kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara konten internet dan program digitalisasi sekolah dengan perilaku sosial di kalangan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Alor. Pengaruhnya ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,524 atau koefisien determinasinya sebesar 27,5 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,5% lagi perilaku sosial di kalangan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Alor dipengaruhi variabel serta faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan pada penelitian ini. Kata kunci: konten internet, digitalisasi sekolah, perilaku sosial siswa Abstract: This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of internet content and school digitization programs on social behavior among vocational students. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between Internet Content and School Digitization Programs on Social Behavior among Vocational High School Students in Alor Regency. The population in this study were vocational high school students in the Alor Regency area in 2022. The research sample was 94 students, taken by proportional random sampling technique. The data collection of this research was carried out by the questionnaire method. While the data analysis is quantitative with descriptive statistical techniques, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous significant effect between internet content and school digitization programs with social behavior among vocational students in Alor Regency. The effect is indicated by the double correlation coefficient value of 0.524 or the coefficient of determination of 27.5% while the remaining 72.5% social behavior among vocational students in Alor Regency is influenced by other variables and factors not mentioned in this study. Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pembangunan pendidikan nasional adalah perubahan kurikulum. Perkembangan terakhir adalah kurikulum mandiri. Perubahan kurikulum ini ditengarai mengabaikan efisiensi maksimal siswa dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji implementasi kurikulum otonom di SD GMIT Kabupaten Rote Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan sekolah untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum mandiri di sekolah GMIT di Kecamatan Rote Ndao Kabupaten Rote Barat berada pada level yang cukup siap beraksi. Hal ini disebabkan faktor sosialisasi yang masih kurang pemahaman guru, dukungan referensi dan persiapan kurikulum merdeka yang kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on the concept of religious moderation in students of Religion-Based Universities in Kupang City. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, data collection techniques namely observation, questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique used simple regression analysis and the number of samples was 150 students. The results of the study found that the influence of religiosity aspects and the concept of religious moderation in religious-based tertiary institutions in Kupang City had a quite significant influence from the aspect of religiosity on the concept of religious moderation of 33.2% > 5%, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that the contribution of the aspect of religiosity to the concept of religious moderation is quite influential.

Abstract

This research aims to find out to what extent the influence of the leadership of the head of the school and the performance of teachers on the quality of education in the first private secondary school of the district of Kupang. The method used in this survey is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are used through questionnaires / survey, observations and documentation / documentary to understand the influence of the head of school leadership and teacher performance on the quality of education. The results of the research obtained by the researchers from the results of a summary model test are: 1) The value of the influence of the variable Leadership of the head of school (X1) on the quality variable of education (Y) received the value of R square or R2 = 0,770 = 77,0%. The values show that the leadership variable of the head of school (X1) has an impact on the quality of education (Y) of 77,0%, which means that the leader of the school has a very significant contribution to the improvement of education quality. 2) The value of the influence variable Teacher Performance (X2) on the variable quality of education (Y) is obtained Value R square or R2 = 0.715 = 71.5%. The value shows that the teacher performance variable (X2) has an influence on the quality of education (Y) of 71.5%, meaning that the performance of teachers has a very significant contribution to the improvement of the education quality. The impact of the variables Leadership of the head of school (X1) and Teacher Performance (X2) on the variable quality of education (Y) obtained the value of R square or R2 = 0,830 = 83,0%. The value showed that the variation of the variable of the head of school leadership (X1) and the teacher performance variable (X2) on the quality of education (Y) had an impact of 83,0%, meaning that simultaneously the leadership of the school head and the performance of teachers have a very significant contribution to the improvement of the quality in education. Thus it can be concluded that the leadership of the head of school and the performance of teachers have a significant influence on the quality of education
