Abstract

This study aims to develop PT COT's operational planning to address the dynamics of the e-commerce live streaming industry. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that PT COT's operational planning includes five main components: business establishment stages, operational goals and objectives, operational design, operational delivery, and cost projections. The operational strategy focuses on fulfilling business legality, providing studio facilities, utilizing BICOT (Business Intelligence for COT) technology, and developing an integrated supply chain model based on an orchestrator. PT COT's short-, medium-, and long-term goals demonstrate a strategic and sustainable development direction. In the short term, the main focus is directed at increasing studio capacity to increase productivity and expand existing service capabilities. In the medium term, the company plans to open a new branch in Surabaya as a geographic expansion measure to strengthen its market position and reach more customers. Meanwhile, in the long term, the strategy focuses on service diversification and the formation of a brand ambassador agency that can expand the business portfolio and create added value through collaboration with various brands.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze PT COT's internal factors by identifying its strengths and weaknesses, as well as evaluating its resources and capabilities using a SWOT analysis and the VRIO framework. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative case study approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results indicate that PT COT possesses key strengths in the form of high-quality studios and production equipment, data analytics technology (BICOT), a competent production team, a relevant KOL network, pricing flexibility, content creativity, and strategic partnerships with major brands. However, its weaknesses include limited access to marketplace platforms and low brand awareness. Therefore, the recommended strategy is to strengthen digital marketing to increase brand visibility, expand business partnerships, and continue investing in technology and human resource development. This study confirms that PT COT has a strong internal foundation to compete in the e-commerce live streaming industry, but further optimization is needed to build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Perencanaan Bisnis di Sektor PropTech”. Penelitian ini berfokus pada manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam perusahaan PropTech, melibatkan manajer SDM, pemimpin bisnis, dan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap praktik, tantangan, dan inovasi dalam manajemen SDM yang berkontribusi terhadap perencanaan bisnis dan pertumbuhan di sektor PropTech. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari wawancara mendalam dengan partisipan yang terlibat langsung dalam strategi manajemen SDM. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh dari klien PropTech dan pakar industri untuk memberikan perspektif yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen SDM yang efektif, termasuk penilaian kinerja yang terstruktur dan penggunaan KPI, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi. Pendekatan 360 derajat dalam penilaian kinerja memberikan wawasan komprehensif mengenai kinerja individu dan area pengembangan yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi manajemen SDM yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar sangat penting untuk keberhasilan perusahaan PropTech. Dengan memahami tantangan dan peluang yang ada, perusahaan dapat menyelaraskan praktik SDM dengan tujuan bisnis jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of Responsible Leadership, Reciprocity, Trust, Knowledge Sharing Intention, and Helping Behavior on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in student organisations. The research method used was a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to members of various student organisations at several universities in the Jabodetabek area, and the sample used in the study amounted to 165 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis and data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The analysis results show that Responsible leadership, Reciprocity, Trust, Knowledge Sharing Intention, and Helping Behaviour have a significant influence on Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of responsible leadership, reciprocity, trust, knowledge sharing intention, and helping behaviour in encouraging knowledge sharing behaviour among members of student organisations. This research also provides insights for student organization managers in designing strategies that can strengthen knowledge-sharing behavior among their members. Practical implications of this research can help student organizations improve the culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration in academic environments.
