Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi e-commerce memberikan dampak positif bagi dunia jasa pengiriman. Industri jasa pengiriman saat ini berlomba untuk memberikan pengalaman terbaik kepada konsumen mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara deskriptif mengenai faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan, penggunaan teknologi, dan harga yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan jasa pengiriman J&T. J&T tergolong industri jasa pengiriman yang baru bersaing di kancah pasar jasa pengiriman di Indonesia. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disertai dengan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 350 responden yang dibagi menurut kecamatan yang ada di Kota Pangkalpinang dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki kategori sedang yang berarti kepuasan konsumen sudah cukup baik. Sedangkan penerimaan teknologi dan harga atau tarif masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dimana konsumen sudah puas dengan hal tersebut. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan J&T Kota Pangkalpinang masih belum baik dikarenakan permasalahan kurangnya tenaga kerja baik dari posisi front office maupun kurir pengantar.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an important aspect in increasing the competitiveness of tourist villages, especially in Baturusa Tourism Village. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of digital literacy as a marketing strategy in supporting community economic resilience. The method used is a qualitative approach with socialization techniques, practical training, interview and discussion, and evaluation. The results show that the use of social media and other digital platforms increases market reach and promotion efficiency, despite obstacles such as limited internet access and low levels of technology adoption. This study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and ongoing training to maximize the positive impact of digital literacy on the village economy.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the role of the Agricultural Waqf Bank in enhancing food security for vulnerable communities in poverty-prone regions, with a secondary focus on the relationship between household income and food vulnerability.Design/methodology: A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a household survey of 212 vulnerable farming households in South Sumatra, Indonesia, with a qualitative conceptual analysis to develop the Agricultural Waqf Bank model. Logistic regression was applied to estimate the probability of food vulnerability based on household income, while the qualitative analysis explored the model’s design as a sustainable financing mechanism.Findings: Higher household income significantly lowers the likelihood of food vulnerability by enhancing purchasing power and access to food. However, income alone remains insufficient to address structural barriers such as unstable employment, low agricultural productivity, and limited market access. These findings highlight the potential of the Agricultural Waqf Bank model as a sustainable mechanism that integrates productive waqf assets with microfinance, capacity-building, and collective farming strategies to reduce food insecurity among vulnerable communities.Practical Implication: The proposed model provides policymakers and Islamic social finance institutions with a strategic policy design to reduce food insecurity among vulnerable communities by integrating microfinance, technical support, and community empowerment through waqf-based mechanisms.Originality/Value: This study offers a novel and integrated contribution by linking Islamic social finance with food security and community-based poverty reduction, thereby advancing theoretical discourse and informing practical policy design.

Abstract

Cattle farming in Padang Baru Village plays a vital role in empowering the local economy, especially in the livestock sector which is one of the sectors with the largest population on Bangka Island. However, the limitations of the local community in being able to utilize the potential of resources have caused the progress of cattle sales to be less than optimal. The purpose of this Community Service is to improve the knowledge and skills of cattle farming entrepreneurs through business management strategies, namely marketing strategies and digital content design. The implementation of activities uses the method of socialization and direct practice to cattle technology actors, cattle businesses, related stakeholders, and local community leaders. The results of the community service showed that participants were enthusiastic about asking questions and gaining new knowledge on how to implement programs to market cattle and provide a touch of digital product content that attracts consumer interest. It is hoped that the community empowerment approach in the cattle business management strategy, will create a multiplication effect in the local economy and maximum economic growth.
