Abstract

Internet now provides many conveniences in human life. Almost all human activities always use the internet, from communication to education, including work. Information spreads fairly quickly with the internet and various supporting media platforms. With this convenience, not everyone can use the internet well. Most young people use the internet simply for entertainment. If it is used wisely, it will have a good impact, one of which is as a medium for learning entrepreneurship and marketing. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) prepares people to have work-ready skills in their field of knowledge about create product and sale to a market. A few SME not become successful entrepreneurs. Therefore, digital marketing as a strategy needs to be introduced to vocational students, especially in this case Community of SME which previously had never held this counseling. The purpose of this activity is for SME to recognize the benefits of the internet as a digital means to market products, services, or other things and to generate entrepreneurial motivation from an early age.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the importance of positioning strategy in the modern retail industry, especially in the shopping center sector, to increase competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the role of visitor satisfaction in mediating the influence of mall positioning on visitor loyalty at Pollux Mall Chadstone. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents who have visited Pollux Mall Chadstone at least twice in the last three months. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the validity, reliability, and relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that mall positioning has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (β = 0.65, p <0.001), and visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on visitor loyalty (β = 0.72, p <0.001). In addition, mall positioning also directly affects visitor loyalty (β = 0.48, p < 0.01), but the effect becomes stronger when visitor satisfaction acts as a mediating variable. The results of the Sobel test confirm that this mediation effect is significant (Z = 4.21, p < 0.001). The conclusion of this study confirms that an effective positioning strategy can increase customer loyalty, especially through increasing visitor satisfaction. The implications of this study indicate that shopping center managers need to pay attention to factors that shape positioning, such as comfort, facilities, and brand perception, to retain customers in the long term.

Abstract

This study compares the performance of a bearing with surface waviness liner to a plain bearing. Both bearings are functioned with palm oil as lubricant so that the potential advantages of the journal bearings could be identified. CFD analysis is developed to predict the numerical data for full film lubrication condition. A bearing of 60 mm in diameter with its ratio of length to diameter is 0.5, a clearance 250µm, and 200µm of wave amplitude is simulated. Semi circular wavy surface produces better results in term of load capacity than the plain journal bearing for a small eccentricity. The load carrying capacity is influenced by the increasing in speed of the shaft and the eccentricity ratio.

Abstract

Hundreds of kilometers of irrigation canals are generally contiguous the village has not been maximally helpful as well most of damaged. Basically, in the water flow available an amount of energy could be harnessed as a renewable energy resources. Shortage of water and electricity supplies are the major issues encountered by the villager. Irrigation canals have head differences including low coupled lies in lowland areas. Picohydro electric generation, undershot-type water turbine suited for low high head applications in attemp to gain the electricity. To move the water, spiral tube pump mounted on the turbine can be installed simultaneously on generating systems. The turbine developed has an outer diameter of 2 m with 18 pieces of straight blade prepared from the material of aluminum. On the side of the turbine wall embeded the spiral tube pump with 5 coils was designed to operate concurrently with electrical generation. The height of water resources varied by controlling the opening of sluice gates to find out the potential. Throughout study the maximum electric voltage achievements was 125 volt. At the same time, the pump discharged the water with 9 liters per menit. These results provide sufficient supply of freshwater and electrical power for a family at contiguous area.

Abstract

Perubahan lanskap ketenagakerjaan akibat Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut tenaga kerja Indonesia untuk memiliki kompetensi yang tidak hanya berbasis ijazah, tetapi juga diakui secara profesional melalui sertifikasi. Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) menjadi lembaga otoritatif dalam penyelenggaraan uji kompetensi nasional. Sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan tersebut, PUSTAMA INDONESIA menyelenggarakan program Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) sebagai strategi persiapan sertifikasi dengan pendekatan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi. Kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan metode blended learning—kombinasi antara pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka—serta pendekatan experiential learning dan penyusunan portofolio berbasis unit kompetensi sesuai standar SKKNI. Peserta berasal dari berbagai latar belakang, seperti pelajar, pencari kerja, profesional, pelaku UMKM, hingga masyarakat umum, sehingga pendekatan modular dan andragogis diterapkan. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan penilaian portofolio menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi secara signifikan di ranah kognitif (31%), afektif (30%), dan psikomotorik (28%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pelatihan yang dirancang secara holistik dan adaptif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan peserta menghadapi uji sertifikasi. Program ini tidak hanya menjembatani kesenjangan antara pendidikan dan kebutuhan dunia kerja, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi konkret dalam penguatan kompetensi nasional. Dengan demikian, model bimtek ini layak dijadikan praktik baik dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang kompeten, profesional, dan siap bersaing secara global.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine a suitable and appropriate propeller for use on unmanned surface vehicles. The tests involved varying the number of blades-2, 3, and 4 of fixed pitch propellers type to assess thrust, propeller performance during straight-line motion and maneuvering, as well as the flow patterns around the propeller that have the potential to cause cavitation. The experiments were carried out in both a reservoir and a test tank. The results showed that the average thrust produced by the 2-blade, 3-blade, and 4-blade propellers was 13.32 N, 17.13 N, and 12.78 N, respectively. In the straight-line test over a 20-meter distance, the average speeds achieved were 1.49 m/s (2 blades), 1.40 m/s (3 blades), and 1.21 m/s (4 blades). For maneuvering, the average speeds recorded were 0.80 m/s, 0.61 m/s, and 0.49 m/s, respectively. Flow pattern analysis around the propellers revealed that cavitation occurred in almost all conditions and blade number variations. The fewer the blades, the more clearly cavitation bubble formation was observed. Similarly, increasing the propeller rotational speed can lead to a higher rate of bubble formation. Overall, the 3-blade propeller yielded the best performance for unmanned surface vehicle, offering an optimal balance of thrust, speed, maneuverability, and more controlled cavitation potential.

Abstract

The MSMEs gradetraining in Sirnajaya Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency, aims to increase the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital technology for marketing. Given MSMEs significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, this training focuses on an introduction to digital marketing, e-commerce, and financial management. Through a participatory approach, needs analysis, and hands-on training implementation, participants are expected to overcome obstacles in product marketing. The training results demonstrate an increase in digital understanding and skills, which are expected to expand markets and increase MSMEs competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang sukses sudah pasti memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik dan unggul serta kompeten. Perusahaan diharapkan mendapatkan karyawan yang memiliki pengetahuan kemampuan serta keterampilan yang tinggi. Permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh PT Indonesia Epson Indsutry yaitu sering terjadinya fluktuasi pencapaian target. Banyak karyawan yang belum menunjukan hasil kerja yang optimal dalam hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan dan penurunan pencapaian target kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indonesia Epson Industri Bagian Warehouse Part Control Main Assy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Indonesia Epson Industri Bagian Warehouse Part Control Main Assy berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel sebesar 2,889 > 2,003 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,006 < 0,005, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan hal ini ditunjukkan dari uji t (parsial) menunjukan bahwa t hitung > t tabel sebesar 4,436 > 2,003 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05. Secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompenasi berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian pada uji F yaitu F hitung > F tabel sebesar 47,882 > 2,80 dengan tingkat signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The Menaming Dam is located in Menaming Village, about 3 km away from residential areas, so it is far from the reach of electricity service providers. From the dam, the water is distributed through irrigation canals to the rice fields and fishery and contains hydraulic power, then could be utilized for electricity generation. The location of the dam has attractive views so that it becomes tourism, but there is no electricity available, causing its development to be hindered. Utilization of water resources in irrigation can be done by developing a waterwheel as driving for electricity generators. The power plant with an undershot waterwheel is very suitable to be developed because it is easy to manufacture and maintain. Besides that, the structure and shape can add to the beauty and attractiveness of visitors to tourist sites. Now a hydroelectric power plant has been installed with a total power of about 70 W. Electricity is transmitted using cables through the power poles and an LED light is installed on each of them. Furthermore, in one of the stalls in the tourist location, the installation of lights and sockets for charging mobile phones was made. Lights were also installed in an adjacent house.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ( PKM ) dilaksanakan dalam rangka membantu meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran pada guru. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap khalayak sasaran ternyata masih banyak guru TK yang belum memenuhi kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut. Pengalaman mengajar guru TK yang memiliki kualifikasi akademik SMA/Sederajat pada umumnya sudah mengajar diatas lima tahun. Sedangkan pengalaman pelatihan terkait profesi yang diemban masih sangat minim. Kualifikasi akademik, pengalaman mengajar, pengalaman pelatihan yang relevan serta kompetensi yang tidak memadai berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan pengembangan kurikulum yang diselenggarakan oleh guru TK tersebut. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam Manajemen Program Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Pengembangan Kurikulum PAUD. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diarahkan kepada para mahasiswa PAUD dan para guru PAUD di Kabupaten Mustika Jaya Kota Bekasi agar para mahasiswa dan guru PAUD memiliki kemampuan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum pembelajaran serta pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan bagi anak, dengan tujuan anak akan memahami tujuan pembelajaran yang diberikan guru sehingga hasil pembelajaran akan tercapai dengan baik.
