Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company who works in furniture field. The company’s production is based on the customer orders. The average of the company’s transaction reaches about 3000 products, yet 31% of them delayed. It is caused by several things, which are the absence of scheduling method, the machine’s functions are not optimized yet by the company, and also order data recording with production scheduling are not integrate yet. This research results an application that can compare four methods of scheduling. The four methods are EDD, FCFS, SPT and LPT. The comparison of methods is aimed to get the best method that will be used by the company for scheduling. It requires some stages to make the application, the first is requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and the last are integration and testing. From this research, its result is about 96% which means that the application is feasible to use, and the user trial results are about 91% which means that this application can be accepted by the company.

Abstract

PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company engaged in the production of furniture, such as furniture for household and office supplies. The company's main processes namely, marketing and sales, purchasing, and production. Problems faced by the company is the systems and information technology (SIT) that failed to implement because it can not help in running the business processes of the company, so it can not align business processes with existing SIT. The failure in the implementation of the SIT cause the company suffered losses in developing SIT. Efforts are needed to improve the situation is to make strategic planning SIT, it aims to be able to align the company's business processes with SIT. Therefore, this study uses the stage Anita Cassidy and using analytical methods such as value chain analysis, SWOT, Five Forces Model, Portfolio McFarlan, Owners Estimate that can help identify and analyze SIT that is consistent with the company's business. The results of this study in the strategic planning documents STI which includes 12 SIT projects, the total estimated cost of Rp 192 900 061 SIT, SIT portfolio, there are directives SIT developments and there is a SIT roadmap for the next 3 years starting from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.

Abstract

The low quality of the chocolate in Indonesia is because the cocoa plantations in Indonesia are always threatened by pests and plant diseases. Insect pest species whose numbers are greatest for cocoa crop in Indonesia for more than 130 species. This resulted in a lot of brown plants that could have been saved to die and decrease the quality of the chocolate. If this is allowed to continue, then it will impact on the level of productivity of the cocoa plant.Based on the above, the cocoa plantations requires an expert system which can provide information about diseases that attack plants brown and provide solutions to deal with the disease. This expert system application aims to help growers determine the type of chocolate for the disease being attacked by the brown plant disease symptoms are visible and also with the application of expert system, can generate solutions to deal with brown plants are diseased, so many chocolate plant are saved and it can increase production and also quality.Application of expert systems with rule-based system using forward chaining methods to help the cocoa plantations in order to know the type of disease that is attacking the brown plant based on the symptoms of the disease are seen.Keyword: Technology, forward chaining, Expert, Chocolate

Abstract

PT. Indoka Putra Mandiri is a company located in Surabaya, and is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing and retail of fire safety products. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire distribution with a sample of 20 respondents, it was found that more than 55% of respondents answered disagree with the variables that refer to the initial appearance of the website. Therefore, the solution offered is to design the user interface on the Indokafire website. In this study to design a user interface with the google design sprint model. To complete this research, it is divided into 3 stages, namely the initial stage, the development stage, and the final stage. The initial stage is the understand stage, which includes interviews with company owners and customers. Furthermore, benchmark data is made to compare the Indokafire website with other websites related to the sale of fire extinguishers. The diverge stage contains a record of any deficiencies on the website, after which an alternative design will be made. Furthermore, at the development stage, namely the decide stage, which is the stage to select one of the eight design alternatives that have been made. The chosen design alternative will be made a storyboard and continued at the next stage, namely the prototype stage. The last stage is the validate stage, the evaluation stage with the heuristic evaluation method. The results of the evaluation show that 20 respondents overall get a percentage of 100% agree and strongly agree with the new design.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara is government enterprise that entirely owned by republic of Indonesia. Employee data registration process need employee curriculum vitae and wages classification of each employee to complete the process. The problem that occurs because of rank difference between the director offices, regional offices and gardens. For example, employee a working in gardens and their rank is IIIB/2, then the director office promote the employee into IIIB/3 rank. The promotion approval will be send to the gardens employee a currently working, however the approval still yet to arrive, this causing the employee data obsolete. The director office will only pay the salaries according to the employee data, however because of obsolete data, the director office pay the wrong amount of salaries for employee A. This also cause gardens side and regional office side didn`t know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and the number of retired employee. Based upon the problem PTPN XII currently faced, application that capable to manage employee data in real time and integrated are greatly needed. This application can produce information that ease regional office and gardens to know the number of employee that entering their retirement age and retired employee.

Abstract

UD New Sehati is enterprise small middle which active in production and sell may kinds of chips. Payroll system in UD New Sehati calculated based on amount of work day. Overtime calculated based on letter instruction overtime which determined by owner and calculated by hour. Besides that, The employee get bonuses based on the active work employee which assessed from amount of product which has been produced, amount of work day, amount time of delayed and amount of overtime which shown be in the shape of the best value until the worst to make easy the owner give amount of bonuses. Time works for male employee consist or two shifts are morning shift and day shift and nothing overtime. The time work begin at 07.00-16.00 WIB and for day work at 16.00-21.00 WIB. Change shift do every week. Time work for female employee at 07.00-16.00 WIB and nothing shift. Employee presence write by coordinator employee  so that at risk in mistaken in recording. Begin Friday the owner must be count all salary for employee which will be give the employee in Saturday. From some problem happened so that give the solution in the shape of information system payroll employments which can help in storage data employee, make shift schedule, information overtime, letter instruction overtime, storage presence, storage overtime, give bomuses and calculated payroll employee which produce report payroll and report outcome finance for owner and  slip salary to employee

Abstract

Abstract: Mother and child hospital is a hospital that provide health services and medical services for the surrounding community. Health services and medical provided to the public is not optimal, this is because lack of the number of health workers that led to the average waiting time patients who do not meet standard prescribed by health department. The process of planning needs analysis of health workers in RSIA currently only reference to the rules of health minister regulation no. 340/MenKes/PER/III/2010 about a minimal amount of health to be owned and not consider their workload. While ideally in determining the amount of health workers have to consider their workload. It takes an appropriate solution that is using a method of WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) in the process of planning needs analysis of health workers based on their workload and can give a total number of optimal health workers needed.                 Results from the trial of research and evaluation of this final project research is that produce an application of planning needs analysis of health workers using methods WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) which can facilitate the user in determining the amount of planning needs of health workers required

Abstract

Dreamspark is a result of cooperation with Microsoft and Stikom Surabaya since 2001. Dreamspark provides legal softwares owned buy Microsoft which can be freely accese by students. In 2013-2016 legal download software in Dreamspark of 2,07%.One method that can measure behavior user of the technology is the method information technology acceptance model 3 ( tam 3 ). Tam3 is the result of development based on tam1. TAM 3 discusses the reciprocal relationship of invalid constructs (nomological network) determinant of why individuals adopt and use Information Technology (IT). In this study a test method using two measurements and structural methods, After going through two testing and expressed meet the standards can be conducted analysis using shem with the help of the application of SPSS.According to the analysis students received use application Dreamspark based on the mean on descriptive analysis of 2,2852, that it could be students can receive application of dreamspark is in supporting lecture. Variable behavioral intention have had a positive impact to use behavioral having the value estimation largest 0,740 and value of the probability of * * *. Said student get legal software for free lecture to help so as to make pengakses dreamspark could increase up at any time.
