Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat memahami bagaimana E-Marketing, Brand Image, dan Purchase Intention serta pengaruh E-Marketing terhadap Brand Image, Brand Image terhadap Purchase Intention., dan E-Marketing terdapat pengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Brand Image sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik sampling purposive digunakan dalam metode penelitian kuantitatif penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana variabel e-marketing, brand image, dan purchase intention. Dengan menguji hipotesis dengan perhitungan statistik dan menghasilkan hipotesis yang diterima atau ditolak, metode verifikasi digunakan untuk menentukan apakah ada hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel. Strategi investigasi informasi yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. SEM-PLS digunakan untuk memahami apakah ada hubungan antara faktor-faktor yang menganggur. melalui software SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, e-marketing yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial dapat meningkatkan baik citra merek maupun niat membeli produk Café di Kabupaten Garut. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, e-marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image, brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention, dan e-marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention melalui penggunaan brand image sebagai mediasi. variabel kafe di Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

In the era of rapidly growing digitalization, the role of technology in improving organizational performance is becoming increasingly crucial. This study was conducted to investigate how technology adoption and user skills affect employee performance at Karangmulya Health Center, Garut Regency. Through quantitative methods and a multi group analysis approach, the findings show that technology adoption has a positive impact on employee performance. In contrast, individual ability to utilize technology does not always correlate with improved performance. In particular, men appear to be more adaptive in adopting technology than women. However, education level did not show significant differences in this regard. Several barriers, such as suboptimal technology infrastructure, resistance to change, and lack of training, were identified as factors inhibiting technology adoption. Based on these findings, this study recommends a holistic approach to technology adoption strategies, emphasizing the importance of training, education, and infrastructure improvement, as well as considering the analysis of different groups to gain a more in-depth understanding.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh pelaksanaan kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan manajemen program terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial di Kabupaten Garut. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dan implementasi PKH sebagai upaya Kementerian Sosial untuk mengatasi kemiskinan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi kesenjangan dalam kualifikasi dan kinerja pendamping sosial PKH. Melalui survei yang melibatkan 83 responden pendamping sosial di Kabupaten Garut, hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan PKH berada dalam kategori "Baik", sementara manajemen programnya berada dalam kategori "Cukup". Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dari kebijakan dan manajemen program PKH terhadap kinerja pendamping sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategy should be used by UKM Rai SJ Leather by using SWOT analysis, where the Balanced Scorecard is used as the basis for strategy formulation. Informants were selected based on the consideration that the person was considered to know the most about various information related to the company's operational strategy. In this study, the authors use primary data and secondary data. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using library research, interviews, and internet studies. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that after weighting using the IFAS matrix with a value of 1.95 and the EFAS matrix with a value of -0.5, the Rai SJ Leather SME is located in quadrant two. The strategy that must be used in quadrant two is concentric diversification by utilizing strengths to overcome various threats. The strategy from the growth and learning perspective is that SMEs must recruit human resources who have knowledge and abilities in the field of technology and quality control; in the internal business process perspective, the strategy that must be carried out is to make new innovations, the strategy from the customer perspective is to increase the brand to be recognized more widely, the strategy on a financial perspective is to increase revenue. Abstract

This paper aims to provide scientometric and content analysis towards e-commerce and social media research in Asia. The Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases were used in searching for articles. There were 884 (433 publications from the Web of Science and 451 articles from Scopus) papers analysed. Based on the analysis of two databases, the number of publications from the Web of Science database showed a significant increase yearly. In comparison, the Scopus database showed fluctuating growth every year. One of the countries that enormously contributed to the research was China, which can be seen from the author’s and country’s analyses. The ACM International Conference Proceeding Series was the most contributing conference proceedings. Based on the keyword results, there are five keywords that appear most often. Referring to the data from the last two years (2021–2022), the keywords “machine learning” and “social media marketing” are the most frequently used. These two keywords are most often associated with e-commerce and social media keywords. These findings are expected to provide a substantial understanding towards e-commerce and social media research, particularly in the Asian region. This paper will assist researchers in understanding new topics, collaborating with other researchers, and determining relevant sources and countries. Analysed keywords can inspire new research. Consequently, researchers can learn about new technology, societal changes, and impending challenges and opportunities by tracking keyword trends.

Abstract

In the current digital era, digital wallets have become an important innovation. This can certainly change the way individuals manage finances. This research aims to examine the influence of using digital wallets on mental accounting and its impact on financial behavior. A quantitative approach using the SEM method was used in this research to obtain more measurable, structured, and objective results. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this research are the millennial generation born in 1981-1996 who have used digital wallets in West Java. The selection of West Java as a research location was based on the significant increase in the use of digital wallets in this area, which is affecting various aspects of daily life. The total sample was 300 respondents using the cluster sampling technique. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that digital wallets influence mental accounting, and mental accounting influences financial behavior. Apart from that, the implications of the research results show that digital wallet users must take advantage of existing features to improve financial management, achieve financial goals, and reduce stress. Furthermore, service providers need to continue to innovate with features such as detailed financial reports, budget reminders, and spending analysis, as well as educate users so they can use these features optimally to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in the Indonesian economy, but still face various challenges in financial management. This study aims to analyze the application of management accounting practices in improving management efficiency in MSMEs in Garut Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, the study involved three MSMEs namely Raran Cell, Ladu Bayongbong, and Jajanan Teh Oca as the main informants. Data were collected through interviews and observations with a focus on three aspects: organizing, capital decision-making, and implementation of management accounting practices. The results show that although the three MSMEs still use a simple organizing system, the application of management accounting practices has improved the efficiency of managing their businesses. This research contributes practically to improving efficiency and effectiveness in management accounting practices.

Abstract

When it comes to local economies, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in creating jobs and generating tax money. Financial management and decision-making are two areas that management accounting information systems mostly seek to improve. This research aims to fill a gap in our understanding of what drives small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Garut Region to use MAS. The Garut Cooperative Office-registered SMEs in the Garut Region were the primary subjects of this research. Researchers used a purposive sampling strategy to choose research participants. For this investigation, thirty samples were taken from MSMEs that had been in operation for more than two years. Researchers used traditional assumption testing and multiple linear regression to examine the data. While the research did find that accounting informing system usage was affected by education level, after adjusting for firm age and size, no influence was observed on management accounting informing system use. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are more likely to use a management accounting information system if employees have higher levels of education, the business is larger, and the organization is older. These linkages are illuminated by this research.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam manajemen keuangan, terutama dalam pengimplementasian sistem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap minat dalam mengadopsi SIA di kalangan UMKM. Metode purposive sampling, digunakan untuk memilih sampel dan menghasilkan 100 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasannya persepsi owner, pengetahuan akuntansi, serta skala usaha berpengaruh dalam minat adopsi sistem informasi akuntansi.  Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya faktor internal pemilik usaha dalam mendorong adopsi SIA. Selain itu, hasilnya dapat menjadi dasar bagi pemerintah daerah serta organisasi untuk mengembangkan program yang meningkatkan literasi akuntansi dan merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung digitalisasi manajemen keuangan yang berkelanjutan di UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company size and environmental performance on implementing environmental management accounting (EMA) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2023. This research adopts a descriptive-verificative method with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data such as financial reports, sustainability reports, and PROPER ratings. The findings indicate that company size significantly affects the implementation of EMA, where larger companies are more capable of adopting EMA practices due to their greater resources. Environmental performance also significantly impacts EMA implementation, as companies with higher PROPER ratings tend to be more transparent and proactive in managing environmental impacts. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to the adoption of EMA. The implications of this study highlight the critical role of EMA in supporting corporate sustainability through better environmental management.
