Abstract

Bangkalan merupakan salah satu kota di Bangkalan yang memiliki beberapa futsal club. Tidak hanya memiliki, futsal club di Bangkalan sudah sering mengikuti pertandingan baik tingkat kabupaten maupun provinsi. Salah satu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk para atlet futsal yakni kelincahan kaki. Untuk meningkatkan kelincahan kaki, peneliti berusaha menerapkan latihan ladder drill pada atlet futsal di Bangkalan. Peneliti ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-test dan post-test. Lokasi penelitan dilakukan di lapangan Soka Sportorium Griya Abadi Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan jumlah objek penelitiannya sebanyak 20 orang pemain. Hasil uji normlaitas 0,822 dan homogenitas didapatkan sebesar 0,836. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig yang didapat yaitu 0,000. Maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan ladder drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet PORPROV futsal Kabupaten Bangkalan tahun 2022.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh latihan menggunakan metode drilling terhadap akurasi shooting sepakbola pemain Prabu fc Bangkalan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian one group pretest-postest dan penelitian eksperimen peneliti berhasil melakukan penelitian di Prabu fc Bangkalan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh pemain sepakbola Prabu fc Bangkalan yakni sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu nilai postest yang lebih unggul dari nilai pretest, nilai uji normalitas sebesar 0,474 dimana nilai ini lebih besar dari 0,05 yang berarti berdistribusi normal. Nilai uji homogenitas 0,70 dimana data yang digunakan berarti sama karena lebih dari 0,05 dan yang terakhir nilai uji paired sample t-test 0,000 dimana nilai ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode drilling memiliki pengaruh terhadap akurasi shooting pemain sepakbola Prabu fC Bangkalan

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di lingkungan sekolah adalah sebuah proses seorang siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan jasmani. Adapun materi yang dipelajari dalam pendidikan jasmani salah satunya adalah permainan sepakbola. Metode pembelajaran drill pass adalah suatu kegiatan melakukan hal yang sama secara berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hasil belajar passing dengan metode drill pass pada siswa MA Nurul Karomah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas XI yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen quasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji normalitas adalah 0,074 yang nilainya berarti > 0,05 berdistribusi normal, hasil uji homogenitas di peroleh nilai 0.921 yang nilainya berarti < 0,05 dinyatakan homogen, Sedangkan untuk Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000, berarti kurang dari 0.05, maka Ho di tolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasannya ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pembelajaran kepada siswa.

Abstract

Physical education is a significant subject for junior high school students that study in theory and practice. However, the COVID-19 pandemic condition requires learning activities performed without direct meetings to avoid virus transmission. One subject that experienced obstacles in the test performance was the Standing Stork Test. It is a balance test on gymnastic subjects to measure students' physical fitness and balance. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence the online Standing Stork Test implementation at SMPN 1 Bangkalan. The research was conducted qualitatively and analyzed descriptively by conducting interviews with students who were the object of the test. The population was 56 students of class VII SMPN 1 Bangkalan that practiced the Standing Stork Test online and offline, each of which was carried out on the right leg and left foot, repeated 3 times. The results were then compared in the t-test to formulate a conclusion. The results showed that the Standing Stork test conducted online and offline did not significant difference. This is presumably due to the balance ability of students is not influenced by the location and technique of taking scores but is more influenced by the condition of the student's fitness.

Abstract

This type of research data is quasi-experimental using quantitative methods. The sampling technique is quota sampling which is included in the non-probability sampling. The research data collection used a badminton smash accuracy test through pretest and post-test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study from the two hypotheses tested indicate that there is an effect of smash training with the drill smash method on the accuracy of badminton and smash. Based on the results of the t-test in the form of a paired sample test, it shows that the significant value is 0.000, meaning less than 0.05, and then H0 is rejected. This shows that the results of providing learning before and after using the exercise method are not the same, thus it can be said that there is a significant difference between before and after giving the exercise to students.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the aspects of physical fitness in SMPN 1 Bangkalan students using quantitative descriptive research with survey and measurement methods. The population of this study were students of Bangkalan 1 State Junior High School who were in class VII and took the best 30 students. The results of the research that has been carried out on this Validity test get valid results because the value is more than 0.970> 0.361, the reliability test is said to be reliable because it has Cronbach's alpha value> significant at 0.974> 0.05 then this reliability result is declared reliable. While in the test the significance value of 0.038 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed.

Abstract

Physical Education is a physical activity organized to be a medium for educational activities. Extracurricular activities are learning activities outside of extracurricular activities. Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, including in Indonesia. The type of research used in this research is the experimental method. The method used in this study is the zigzag running method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 20 people. Based on the results of the research, the normality test is 0.172, which means > 0.05 with a normal distribution, the homogeneity test results get a value of 0.079 and 1,000, which means <0.05 is declared homogeneous, while the t-test results show that the significant value is 0.000, meaning less than 0.05, then Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant difference between before and after giving the zigzag running training method to students.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it wanted to know the relationship between leg muscle strength with dribbling skills and agility with dribbling skills in soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Bumi. In this study, the author uses a type of correlation research method with a quantitative approach. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Bumi for one day from 23 to 24 March 2022. This study used 3 instruments, one of which was (1) Leg-dynamometer, this tool is used to measure leg muscle strength in kilograms (kg) ( 2) Zig-zag Run Test, this test is used to determine agility, (3) Dribbling, this test is used to determine students' dribbling skills. The sample used was a total of 30 male students who took part in extracurricular football at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Bumi and used the Total Sampling technique. Based on the results of the calculations and discussion above, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between leg muscle strength with dribbling skills and agility with dribbling skills in soccer extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Bumi.

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to provide direct understanding to teachers regarding the preparation, implementation and evaluation of traditional games and sports schools as an effort to improve the psychomotor skills of special school students. The method used is mentoring and workshops on traditional games and sports. The results of the mentoring activities for traditional games and sports schools as an effort to improve the psychomotor skills of the Keleyan State Special School students in Bangkalan Regency have the aim of combining traditional games in learning. The benefits of traditional games and sports for SLB students include optimizing physical development, stimulating movement skills and increasing endurance that is useful for life. SLB teachers also need to understand the stages in learning traditional games for SLB students. Conclusion: mentoring schools for traditional games and sports has succeeded in helping special schools have the opportunity to improve their psychomotor and moving body functions for their lives.

Abstract

Current teacher’s problems include the need to increase knowledge and skills in strengthening the theory of application of motivational needs in late childhood. The Purpose of this service activity are 1) to help elementary school teachers understand Abraham Maslow's theory of motivational needs, 2) to strengthen the application of Abraham Maslow's theory of motivational needs in late childhood. The participants of the activity were elementary school teachers at SDN Pejagan 7 Bangkalan and teachers to be who volunteered at elementary schools totaling 47 participants. The activity method is carried out by socializing in the network (online) using the Zoom Meeting application. Training activities include web meetings, discussions, consultations, and mentoring. This service activity has been able to encourage teachers to implement the theory of motivational needs in elementary school age students where the teacher teaches. Keywords: socialization online, need motivation, late childhood ABSTRAKPermasalahan guru saat ini diantaranya adalah perlunya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemantapan teori aplikasi motivasi kebutuhan pada masa kanak-kanak akhir. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) membantu guru sekolah dasar memahami teori motivasi kebutuhan Abraham Maslow, 2) pemantapan pengaplikasian teori motivasi kebutuhan Abraham Maslow pada usia kanak-kanak akhir. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru sekolah dasar di SDN Pejagan 7 Bangkalan dan calon guru yang menjadi sukarelawan di sekolah dasar berjumlah 47 peserta. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dalam jaringan (daring) menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Kegiatan pelatihan meliputi web meeting, diskusi, konsultasi, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah mampu mendorong guru untuk mengimplementasikan teori motivasi kebutuhan pada anak didik usia sekolah dasar tempat guru mengajar. Kata Kunci: sosialisasi daring, motivasi kebutuhan, masa kanak-kanak akhir
