Abstract

Blended learning is an important learning model application for today's needs, with meetings through e-learning and face-to-face. Basically, the purpose of this research is to observe carefully and then carry out a thorough discussion of the application of learning activities using the blended learning method, which is linked and linked to interest in learning PJOK. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The sample used is the students of SMAN 2 Bangkalan class X, with as many as 103 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed online at the school. The data were then analyzed using percentage calculations. Based on the research results, most of them are categorized as very low 9%, low 19%, moderate 45%, high 22%, and very high 5%. The results of this research can be interpreted that the implementation of learning using a blended learning approach to interest in learning PJOK subjects is moderate. The conclusion is that the implementation of blended learning is in the medium category, which means that it is not very interesting for students in PJOK subjects. Improving facilities as learning support using a blended learning approach to increase interest in PJOK subjects is a suggestion that can be given from research results.

Abstract

This research is based on discussions with a senior Physical Education trainer (teacher) at SMAN 1 AROSBAYA, Bangkalan Regency, one of the subjects the students really like. I really like volleyball sports materials. Teachers in the field of Physical Education, Health and Recreation at SMAN 1 AROSBAYA apply that when teaching students, almost all students are happy and understand the material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of jumping rope training on the vertical jump of volleyball athletes in the extracurricular activities of SMAN 1 Arosbaya. Based on the frequency distribution in table 4.2, the results of the pretest and posttest of Jumping Rope Exercises for Volleyball Extracurricular Vertical Jump at SMA 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, namely based on the output above, the mean value of the I/Pre Test test was 228.27 cm while for Test II/posttest it was 229 ,93. So it can be concluded that the average training acquisition has a different average. Based on the output that has been tested, that the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, there is a significant change in the results of the Jump Rope Exercise experiment on Volleyball Extracurricular Jump at SMA 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Extracurricular participants at SMPN 1 Tanah Merah basically haven't really mastered the basic technique of overhand service correctly and well, when they first saw playing they still didn't have good arm strength, so they had difficulty doing the overhand serve, so to improve their skills top service then requires an effective and efficient training method. This study aims to determine the effect of variations of push-up exercises on upper service skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanah Merah. This research is a quasi-experimental study using the one-group pretest-posttest design method with the top service test instrument. The data analysis technique used was the paired sample t-test, with the results of the t-test and t-table with a significant value of 0.00, t-count 24.80 > t-table 8.93 with a value of 0.00 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis states "There is an effect of variations in push-up exercises on upper service skills in the extracurricular activities of SMPN 1 Tanah Merah".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in leg muscle training on the jumping results of extracurricular volleyball players at SMPN 1 Bangkalan. Which aims to find out whether there is an effect of variations in leg muscle training on the jumping results of extracurricular volleyball players at SMPN 1 Bangkalan. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design method (pseudo-experiment). The data analysis technique used is paired sample t-test, with the results of the t-test where t-count = 16.20 with a significant level obtained that the value of t-table = 0.05 this means that the value of t-count is greater than t-table or 16.20 > 0.05. Then H0 is accepted. Thus the hypothesis states "There are variations in leg muscle strength training on the jumping results of extracurricular volleyball players at SMPN 1 Bangkalan.

Abstract

The passing technique is the technique most often used in football games. Passing is a technique for passing the ball between one player and another. The problem in this study is that many passes are not on target by players so the game becomes ineffective. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of small-sided games on improving the accuracy of football passing. This research is experimental research with a matching-only design. The research sample used was 20 players from the DESEAD FC Bangkalan team aged 12-14 years. The division of the experimental and control groups will use the MSOP technique. The results of the descriptive analysis of the experimental group obtained the mean pretest and mean posttest, while for the control group the mean pretest and mean posttest. For the results of the paired sample t-test in the experimental group, the Sig. 0.000 <0.05, so there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest data. Meanwhile, in the control group Sig. 0.148 > 0.05 there was no significant difference in the pretest and posttest results of the control group. From the results of the independent sample t-test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05 There is a significant difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. For the percentage increase in data on passing test results, the experimental group had a significant increase of 21.59%. Meanwhile, the control group did not have a significant increase of 1.53%. So it can be concluded that small-sided games training is very influential in increasing the accuracy of football passing.

Abstract

Latihan squat jump merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan yang bisa digunakan untuk menungkatkan ketepatan shooting Sepak bola. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak latihan Squat Jump terhadap tingkat keberhasilan dalam melakukan tembakan ke gawang dalam permainan Sepak bola. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 pemain U 12-15 Sekolah Sepak bola (SSB) Mitra Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes akurasi shooting ke gawang. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS yaitu uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p sig sebesar 0,000 0,05, mata terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan squat jump terhadap ketepatan tembakan ke gawang. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan squat jump berpengaruh terhadap akurasi dalam melakukan tembakan dalam permainan Sepak bola, khususnya pada pemain U 12-15 SSB Mitra Bangkalan. Direkomendasikan pada penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan kelompok control sehingga bisa mengetahui pengaruhnya dengan dibandingan kelompok kontrol, bagi pelatih yaitu bisa menerapkan latihan squat jump bagi pemain Sepak bola U 12-15.

Abstract

Latihan bola gantung merupakan suatu bentuk latihan memukul bola yang pada sebuah alat, kemudian pemain memukul bola secara terus-menerus. Latihan bola gantung bisa digunakan unttuk melatih kamampuan smash pada Bola voli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh ketepatan smash dalam permainan Bola voli. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan eksperimen semu, dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengambil bagian dalam ekstrakurikuler Bola voli. Populasi adalah siswa yang mengikuti ektarkurikuler Bola voli di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Kamal berjumlah 20 orang siswa, penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 20. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tes kemampuan smash. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pretest-posttest dan dilakukan suatu perlakuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan uji-t dengan pemeriksaan terlebih dahulu pada prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai pretest dengan posttest. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai sebaran data normal, uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa sebaran data homogen. Selanjutnya, hasil uji-t diperoleh terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, temuan penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis yang diajukan, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara latihan memukul bola digantung dengan peningkatan ketepatan smash para peserta ekstrakurikuler Bola voli di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri 1 Kamal.
