Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan suatu kegiatan proses pengembangan diri yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam suatu wilayah tujuan pembangunan tertentu. Dengan merespon perkembangan zaman yang maju dan membentuk masyarakat yang berpikir realistis dan menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang handal, secara tidak langsung kita membentuk peradaban yang maju. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan tugas pengajar yang melaksanakan salah satu dari tiga undang-undang perguruan tinggi.. Tujuan kegiatan ini mengajak guru-guru TPQ Nurul Jihad untuk lebih memahami penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft word , Memberikan motivasi agar Microsoft word selalu digunakan dalam membantu pekejaan sehari-hari, sehingga menjadi terbiasa dalam pengguannya, semakin terlatih dan terbiasa dalam penggunaan komputer, serta meningkatkan keilmuan pengajar TPQ khususnya penggunaan microsoft word yang bermanfaat untuk penunjang pekerjaan dalam membuat surat menyurat, mengolah data dan informasi dan pengelolaan administrasi Kegiatan kali ini diadakan di TPQ Nurul Jihad Tanjung Priok dengan materi pelatihan teknik formatting Microsoft Word 2016. Metode yang digunakan dengan sebelum Pengabdian Masyarakat dimulai, dengan mengunjungi TPQ nurul Jihad, menyiapkan kebutuhan termasuk materi peatihan. Guru-guru dan karyawan TPQ Nurul Jihad saat antusias dengan kegitan ini. Setelah kegiatan selesai Guru-guru dan karyawan mulai membiasakan penggunaan Microsoft Word 2016 dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Dengan pemakaian yang rutin pada Microsoft 2016 tersebut, diharapkan para guru dan karyawan semakin trampil menggunakannya, dan pekerjaan lebih cepat.   Pengabdian Masyarakat is an activity of a self-development process that can provide benefits to the community in a particular development goal area. By responding to the development of an advanced era and forming a society that thinks realistically and shows reliable leadership, we indirectly form an advanced civilization. Pengabdian Masyarakat is the task of teachers who carry out one of the three university laws. The purpose of this activity is to invite TPQ Nurul Jihad teachers to better understand the use of Microsoft word applications, provide motivation so that Microsoft word is always used in helping daily work , so that they become accustomed to their use, are more trained and accustomed to using computers, and improve the knowledge of TPQ teachers, especially the use of Microsoft word which is useful for supporting work in writing correspondence, processing data and information and administrative management. This activity was held at TPQ Nurul Jihad Tanjung Priok with training materials on Microsoft Word 2016 formatting techniques. The method used before the Pengabdian Masyarakat began, by visiting TPQ Nurul Jihad, preparing needs including training materials. Teachers and employees of TPQ Nurul Jihad were enthusiastic about this activity. After the activity was completed, the teachers and employees began to familiarize themselves with the use of Microsoft Word 2016 in completing their work. With the regular use of Microsoft 2016, it is hoped that teachers and employees will be more skilled at using it, and work faster.

Abstract

Business competition is very important in controlling product-savvy customers. Strong basic service techniques will be the main factor that binds vendors as the final destination in the supply chain through the strength of business network processes. This research aims to create a strategic basis for evaluating and selecting vendors through the integration process services of the multi-criteria decision-making method analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) methods. Empirical studies show how this approach can provide optimal decision support for the vendor evaluation and selection process. Eight different types of criteria are required in its apps and must be realized as a barometer of the strategic basis for selecting vendors so that business processes are of high quality. These criteria include quality of goods, payment methods, payment terms, minimum transactions, discounts, delivery times, inventory, and service. The optimal weight for each criterion will be determined based on its importance to the synthesis process and its feasibility tested using mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps. Decision-making was based on the results of ranking evaluation of selected vendors through the development of 342 preference matrices, ten vendors were deemed worthy of acceptance and nine other vendors were rejected.

Abstract

Vulnerability Assessment is an important method for identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities within a network system. This research aims to identify security vulnerabilities within the PT. Dutakom Wibawa Putra network using OpenVAS as a research tool. In the vulnerability analysis phase, OpenVAS is utilized to scan the PT. Dutakom Wibawa Putra network and identify existing vulnerabilities. Subsequently, an evaluation is conducted on the identified vulnerabilities, including risk assessment and necessary mitigation recommendations. The outcomes of this study provide a clear overview of the security vulnerabilities present in the PT. Dutakom Wibawa Putra network. This research using method analysis of vulnerability assessment technique implementation on network using OpenVas, several significant vulnerabilities that could impact the security of the network and systems have been identified. The findings of this analysis report can serve as a foundation for developing improved security strategies and implementing effective mitigation measures. In conclusion, this study successfully applies Vulnerability Assessment techniques to the PT. Dutakom Wibawa Putra network using OpenVAS. The identified vulnerability analysis results offer valuable insights into security weaknesses that need to be addressed. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for PT. Dutakom Wibawa Putra and similar organizations in enhancing their network security through the implementation of effective Vulnerability Assessment techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kepuasan yang dimiliki mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi ChatGPT. Kepuasan pada aplikasi ChatGPT ini diukur menggunakan metode Pieces Framework. Pieces Framework sendiri terdiri dari berberapa variabel yaitu Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Security. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa memiliki kepuasan yang signifikan terhadap aplikasi ChatGPT. Sampel yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang mahasiswa. Perhitungan kepuasan pada masing–masing variabel menggunakan perhitungan manual. Didapatkan kesimnpulan bahwa seluruh variabel memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi dan internet yang semakin cepat memberikan adanya akses ruang publik digital mendorong banyak orang menciptakan beragam macam konten menarik sesuai kebutuhannya. Untuk menunjang produksi konten yang menarik dan berkualitas tinggi dibutuhkan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti aplikasi video editor CapCut. Aplikasi ini hadir sebagai bentuk kemudahan dalam menciptakan sebuah konten yang menarik dilengkapi dengan fitur berbasis AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan aplikasi CapCut berdasarkan model penelitian end user computing satisfaction (eucs) dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling diambil berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dan pada uji data statistik menggunakan tools SPSS versi 26. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa dari variabel content, accuracy, ease of use tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir sedangkan variabel format dan timeliness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir dan pada penelitian ini kelima variabel EUCS memiliki persentase sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 58,3% terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir aplikasi CapCut.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Duolingo adalah salah satu aplikasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pembelajaran bahasa asing dan terkenal karena metode interaktifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna Duolingo terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa asing dengan menggunakan metode PIECES Framework, yang mengevaluasi enam aspek utama: Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam memberikan analisis komprehensif mengenai berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator Performance memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,395 (Sangat Puas), Information and Data 4,270 (Sangat Puas), Economic 4,156 (Puas), Control 4,067 (Puas), Efficiency 4,343 (Sangat Puas), dan Service 4,211 (Sangat Puas). Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode PIECES Framework mendapatkan skor rata-rata keseluruhan adalah 4,240, yang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Duolingo secara keseluruhan berada dalam kategori "Sangat Puas". Ini mengindikasikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa yang sangat tinggi melalui aplikasi Duolingo.

Abstract

Sistem pelaporan data khususnya absensi dan penilaian yang diterapkan pada SMA Attaqwa 02 Babelan saat ini masih menerapkan sistem absensi dan input nilai secara semi manual. Semua pelaksanaan dokumentasi pelaporan data absensi dan penginputan nilai siswa dilakukan tanpa adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang memiliki database terintegrasi, pelaksanaan rekapitulasi absensi dan input nilai menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Office. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Merancang sistem yang dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data absensi dan input nilai siswa untuk mengurangi potensi kesalahan/kelalaian dan Mempercepat waktu proses rekapitulasi absensi kehadiran siswa dan input nilai untuk efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaporan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metode prototype, ERD dan LRS untuk desain basis datanya. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype menggunakan desain model UML, guna mempermudah dalam merancang program pada SMA Attaqwa 02 Babelan khususnya untuk pengolahan data absensi dan input nilai.

Abstract

In the Administration at PT. Reinsurance Indonesia Utama letter is an important means of important and confidential information related to the agency contained in it. Timeliness in receiving letters must be carried out quickly and precisely. Because of that, a better and structured mail receipt information system process is needed to be faster in searching for existing data and in the process of making reports. This letter receipt system has the following capabilities: This reception system is run on a computer operational network in the administration section of PT. Reinsurance Indonesia Utama, administrative officers can access the system by entering the correct admin login, can change, search, and save the letter. The research methods used are observation, interviews, literature studies, systems analysis, proposed system design, system testing, and system implementation. The result of this design is to produce an application that can manage letters according to the specified flow, and solve existing problems.

Abstract

SMA Attaqwa 02 Babelan is a high school with its address in Babelan District, Bekasi Regency. In ongoing library activities, it is still carried out in a conventional way, which is still taking notes in books and members come directly to the library to find out information about books. Where this activity is considered to still have problems, including limited library operating hours so that students have to go to the library physically to borrow books. The book stock is limited and the current system is not informative, so that when you come to the library to borrow the book you need, the book has not been returned by the previous borrower. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system that is currently running, in order to overcome the problems faced at Attaqwa 02 Babelan High School, by designing a Library Information System Design at Attaqwa 02 Babelan High School Based on Websites. The research framework that will be carried out in solving the problems discussed is identifying, conducting information searches based on theoretical foundations, collecting data using observation and interview methods, analyzing to find solutions to the problems faced by SMA Attaqwa 02 Babelan.

Abstract

The fact that social media is so unreliable does not prevent Twitter users from using the service. Twitter is one of a few social media platforms that allows users to engage in conversation, share information, or even reveal their true identities, such as when discussing a movie's plot. A tweet or comment about a movie that is posted on Twitter may be viewed as a tool to improve the quality of movie production. To understand this, one can use sentimen analysis to categorize as either negative or positive by comparing the Naive Bayes and k-Nearest Neighbors algorithms to determine which one is the most accurate. The results of the two algorithms' comparative testing reveal that the Nave Bayes algorithm has a higher rata-rata accuracy of 99.63% with an AUC of around 1.000, while the K-NN algorithm has a higher rata-rata accuracy of 99.25% with an AUC of 1.000.
