Abstract

Pada makalah ini menjelaskan tentang analisis SNR (Signal To Noise) terhadap jarak deteksi dengan menggunakan program MATLAB 7.8. Variabel—variabel yang digunakanadalah daya pancar yang digunakan, gain antenna, frekuensi operasi yang digunakan,lebar pulsa radar, Nilai ambang pada radar (SNR) dan asumsi luas target radar. Datayang dihasilkan berupa grafik dari luas target yang berbeda–beda terhadap (SNR)min dandaya pancar yang berbeda terhadap jarak deteksi pada radar. Persamaan–persamaanradar yang ada dapat digunakan untuk variabel–variabel yang lain sesuai dengan nilaiyang dibutuhkan. Hasil grafik pada Program MATLAB 7.8 hanya menganalisis kondisi 3nilai dari variabel yang digunakan.min

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan diagnosa dan pengembangan organisasi terhadap Kantor Pelayanan, Penyuluhan dan Konsultasi Perpajakan (KP2KP). Berdasarkan hasil diagnosa organisasi terhadap KP2KP Indralaya dengan menggunakan 6 variabel model Weisbord diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk seluruh variabel sebesar 4,10, sehingga organisasi KP2KP Indralaya secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan baik atau tidak bermasalah bahkan mendekati kondisi sangat baik. Untuk variabel tujuan, tata hubungan dan kepemimpinan, organisasi KP2KP Indralaya memperoleh klasifikasi sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel struktur organisasi, penghargaan dan mekanisme tata kerja memperoleh klasifikasi baik atau tidak bermasalah. Dengan demikian, organisasi KP2KP Indralaya perlu melakukan restrukturisasi organisasi, penghargaan dan mekanisme tata kerja dengan mencari solusi atas semua kendala yang menghambat kinerja organisasi KP2KP Indralaya dan tetap mempertahankan kinerja untuk variabel tujuan, tata hubungan dan kepemimpinan sehingga secara keseluruhan organisasi KP2KP Indralaya akan memperoleh klasifikasi sangat baik

Abstract

Abstract: Mortuary is one of the mandatory parts of a hospital. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the standard of morgue facilities must be a concern to prevent transmission from the corpse. The morgue needs to be designed so that it has the right placement, room design as well as equipment, so as to create a service flow that protects hospital staff and families/communities who come to mourn the corpse. Hospital management must prepare an appropriate standard of facilities, therefore, the funeral services can be carried out properly. This article aims to discuss good standards for forensic and mortuary services, and explores important options to provide mortuaries of type C and D hospitals or mobile hospitals.Keywords: mortuary, forensic service, facility standard  Abstrak: Kamar jenazah merupakan salah satu bagian wajib ada di sebuah rumah sakit. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19, standar fasilitas kamar jenazah harus menjadi perhatian agar tidak terjadi penularan dari jenazah. Kamar jenazah perlu didesain agar memiliki penempatan, serta desain ruangan dan alat yang tepat, agar dapat tercipta alur layanan yang melindungi staf rumah sakit dan keluarga/masyarakat yang datang untuk melayat jenazah. Standar fasilitas yang tepat harus disiapkan oleh manajemen rumah sakit agar pelayanan jenazah dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang standar pelayanan forensik dan kamar jenazah yang baik, dan mengeksplorasi pilihan penyediaan kamar jenazah bagi rumah sakit tipe C dan D ataupun rumah sakit bergerak.Kata kunci: kamar jenazah, pelayanan forensik, standar fasilitas

Abstract

Kawasan Pasar Lama Tangerang merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata yang masih memiliki ciri khas pecinaan yang ada di Kota Tangerang dan saat ini kawasan ini menjadi kawasan wisata yang didalamnya terdapat wisata kuliner dan wisata bersejarah, seiring berjalannya waktu kawasan ini semakin ramai dikunjungi oleh pengunjung salah satunya generasi Z, agar kedepannya kawasan ini semakin ramai dan semakin diminati oleh pengunjung khususnya generasi Z maka dibutuhkan infrastruktur yang menarik dan sesuai dengan selera generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan infrastruktur di Kawasan Pasar Lama Tangerang berdasarkan preferensi pengunjung Generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan persentase hasil distribusi frekuensi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa generasi Z merupakan generasi yang mudah tertarik pada suatu hal yang baru dan unik maka dari itu kawasan ini membutuhkan infrastruktur yang unik agar dapat menarik minat mereka.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of salary, incentives, and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Perkasa Printec I Tangerang City. A total of 65 employees were surveyed using probability and nonprobability sampling techniques. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between salary and employee productivity, with a unidirectional relationship. Incentives also had a positive and significant effect on productivity, with a direct relationship between the variables. Job satisfaction had no negative and insignificant effect on productivity. The partial test (T test) showed that salary had a positive and significant effect on productivity, while incentives had a positive and significant effect. Job satisfaction had a negative and partially insignificant effect on productivity, with a significant value of 0.127. The study concludes that salary, incentives, and job satisfaction play crucial roles in determining employee productivity.

Abstract

Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia, so it has had a lot of impact on the community's economy, especially MSME actors. The impact is a decrease in sales turnover, a decrease in product sales, and difficulties in financing loan installments. Around 47, 13% of businesses were able to survive in August 2020, around 72.02% of businesses would close in November 2020, and around 85.42% could last a maximum of one year during the Covid-19 Pandemic era. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was also felt by Micro MSME actors in Cerme Village, Nganjuk Regency who are partners in this community service program. The number of MSMEs in Cerme Village is 15 Micro Business actors. The types of businesses that are run are Food, Beverage, Natural Stone, Bonsai, and Plantation. The purpose of this community service program is to help MSME actors, especially in Cerme Village, Nganjuk Regency in overcoming the problem of decreasing sales turnover in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The implementation method for this community service activity is carried out in a Hybrid manner, namely a combination of offline and online. Meanwhile, this community service method consists of 3 stages, namely the metric exposure method, practice and mentoring. The results of community service that have been carried out include: Increased knowledge of MSMEs, especially in Cerme Village in mapping marketing strategies and Digital Marketing, Being able to determine the Promotional Mix, and product packaging, Increasing public knowledge in the use of marketing technology that aims to expand product marketing, Increasing public interest in legalizing this type of business.Abstrak. Pandemi Covid-19 telah melanda di Indonesia, sehingga banyak menimbulkan dampak pada ekonomi masyarakat khususnya pelaku UMKM. Dampak yang ditimbulkan yaitu penuruann omset penjualan, menurunnya penjualan produk, dan kesulitan dalam membiayai angsuran pinjaman. Sekitar 47, 13% usaha mampu bertahan di Bulan Agustsus 2020, sekitar 72,02% usaha akan tutup di Bulan November 2020, dan sekitar 85,42% dapat bertahan paling lama satu tahun pada era Pandemi Covid-19. Dampak pandemi Covid-19 juga dirasakan oleh Pelaku UMKM Mikro di Desa Cerme, Kabupaten Nganjuk yang merupakan Mitra dalam program pengabdian Masyarakat ini. Jumlah UMKM yang berada di Desa Cerme sebanyak 15 pelaku Usaha Mikro. Jenis usaha yang dijalankan yaitu Makanan, Minuman, Batu Alam, Bonsai, dan Perkebunan. Tujuan Program pengabdian masysrakat ini yaitu untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Desa Cerme Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam mengatasi permasalahan penurunan omset penjualan di era pandemic Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara Hybrid yaitu kombinasi antara Luring dan daring. Sedangkan metode pengabdian Masyarakat ini terdiri dari 3 Tahapan yaitu Metode Pemaparan metri, Praktika dan Pendampingan. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan diantaranya yaitu : Meningkatnya pengetahuan UMKM khususnya di Desa Cerme dalam memetakan strategi pemasaran dan Digital Marketing, Mampu menentukan Bauran Promosi, dan kemasan produk, Meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran yang bertujuan untuk memperluas pemasaran produk, Meningkatnya minat masyarakat dalam melegalitaskan jenis usahanya.

Abstract

Tourism development is generally directed towards leading sectors that can boost economic growth, increase local revenue, and expand job opportunities. One form of tourism that is being developed is nature-based tourism, namely lakes. Sebedang Lake is a natural tourism object included in the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) for Sambas Regency and its surroundings. Sebedang Lake is also the only natural lake along the northern coast of West Kalimantan. This research aims to analyze the tourism aspects of Sebedang Lake. In identifying existing conditions in the Lake Sebedang area, there are several identification activities including attractions, amenities, accessibility, accommodation, and the stakeholders involved. The research method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, field notes, personal documentation, spatial analysis, and other official documents. An analysis of Sebedang Lake's tourism development reveals several shortcomings. Attractions and activities cluster near the main access, neglecting the broader area's potential. Amenity distribution suffers a similar imbalance, leaving vast stretches underserved. Accommodation options are limited to just two villas/homestays. While the main access road boasts good condition and high accessibility, inadequate lighting hampers safety. Furthermore, unpaved pathways to activity points pose an inconvenience. Stakeholder involvement includes the Sambas Regency Tourism Office,Pokdarwis, and local communities, each playing their part.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of digital-based creativity and innovation of MSMEs  in Bekasi City. This study is a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation methods. Determination of informants based on MSME owners in Bekasi City. The results of the study indicate that digital-based creativity is the main factor that allows MSMEs in Bekasi City to produce innovative solutions in facing competitive business challenges. In addition, digital-based innovation provides better competitiveness in the market through the implementation of creative ideas in business practices. Digital-based marketing strategy using the 7P marketing mix: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence on MSMEs in Bekasi city in the form of online stores in the marketplace to reach buyers in various regions and abroad. The obstacles for MSME actors in Bekasi city is that there is no team that focuses on implementing digital marketing. Efforts made by MSME actors in Bekasi city that they are actively participating in digital marketing training organized by government agencies or other parties.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies to increase sales volume for MSMEs of Mpok Nini coconut roots, typical Betawi souvenirs located at the Damri Bus Terminal, Bekasi. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation methods. The determination of informants was based on the owners and employees of the MSMEs of MPok Nini coconut roots as typical Betawi souvenirs, the buyers of the MSMEs of MSMEs with Mpok Nini coconut roots as typical Betawi souvenirs, and the determination of academic lecturer informants was selected based on the Business Administration course at the STIAMI Institute of Social Sciences and Management. The informants selected were 2 people from the UMKM mpok nini coconut roots for typical Betawi souvenirs, 2 buyers from UMKM mpok nini coconut roots for typical Betawi souvenirs, and 1 informant, an academic lecturer. Interview questions are based on the marketing mix of the 4P marketing strategy, namely Product, Price, Place, Promotion. Based on these dimensions, there are each indicator to be used as questions in interviews. The 4P marketing strategy has been implemented by MPOK Nini coconut root MSMEs, typical Betawi souvenirs, products that maintain excellence, prices at affordable selling prices, places available in marketplaces and offline stores, as well as promotions carried out through marketplace advertising. The obstacle in implementing a marketing strategy is the emergence of competitors selling the same product and similar packaging.

Abstract

This study analyzes the internal sovereignty of the Indonesian government in the implementation of cooperation in Islamic boarding school funding programs as regulated in Article 46 of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools. to find out what challenges and obstacles the government faces in maintaining internal sovereignty in the Islamic boarding school funding program, to find out how to implement Article 46 of the Islamic boarding school law from the perspective of state sovereignty. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Islamic boarding school funding program based on Article 46 of the Islamic Boarding School Law requires a balance between openness to external funding sources and protection of the government's internal sovereignty in determining the direction of Islamic boarding school education policy. The main challenges identified include the potential for foreign interest intervention, financial dependence, and harmonization of funding policies with the characteristics and independence of Islamic boarding schools. This study recommends strengthening the supervisory mechanism, preparing comprehensive derivative regulations, and a funding cooperation model that focuses on strengthening the autonomy and independence of Islamic boarding schools.
