Abstract

Eggs resulting from cattle used for nutritional consumption and sold as the family income. To make eggs durable, a group of farmers women change it into the salted egg and smoke salted egg (intalu jaruk). An increase in business management by making the profile and structure partner organizations. This event is held for four months since may and Agust 2016. The targets for the event are groups of farmers women maker eggs duck salted smoke as many as 2 groups that are groups of farmers women melati village kalibaru subdistrict Batu benawa and groups of women farmers mufakat village hilir banua kecamatan pandawan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah South Kalimantan. Application of science and technology for the is expected to adopted by a group partner in their entirety with direct involvement between teams devotion with groups of women farmers Melati and groups of women farmers mufakat maker salted egg and salted egg smoke. The implementation of the program devotion it is developed to strategically with focus groups discussion with a partner, training, counseling, technical assistance, evaluation and monitoring of the program the application of science and technology The results of this activity is increasing knowledge, ability, and skill in the management of marketing and business management. In addition, it products of leaflets or brochures, a signboard, packaging, and brands, profile business and structure organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Tamiang Layang.The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely Motivationor X  variable and dependent variable namely Employee Performance or Y variable. The population in this study consistedof 48 peoplewith 11 people in managerialsectionand 37 people in non managerialsections. Samples were taken in non managerialsectionswith a total sampleof 30 people. Data obtainedthroughquestionnaires were analyzedandexaminedusingthe SPSS program.The resultsofthis study obtained a simpleregressionequationwiththe formula Y=36.306 + 0.036X wherethevalueof X ispositivewhichindicatesthatMotivation has a positiveeffectonEmployee Performance. Butthisisalsodeniedbyshowingthevalueoftcount = 0.200 greater>thanttable = 2.048 assumingthat H0isacceptedand Hais rejected which means that Motivationdoes not affect for employee performance.The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.001 whichindicatesthattheindependentvariablenamelyMotivationaffectsthedependentvariableorEmployee Performance by 0.1% whiletheremaining 99.9% isinfluencedbyotherfactors not examined. Whichmeansthattheinfluenceofmotivationisonly a littleontheperformanceofemployeesof PT. PLN (Persero) Tamiang Layang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer behavior on their decision making both partially and simultaneously in determining the Tourism Destination to Hulu Sungai Tengah District. The results of this study can provide input for stakeholders in decision making to advance tourism in Hulu Sungai Tengah, in this case, can help increase the number of tourist visits in Hulu Sungai Tengah.. Simultaneously / thoroughly independent variables which include Cultural Factor Variables (X1), Social Factor Variables (X2), Personal Factor Variables (X3), and Psychological Factor Variables (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decision making in determining Tourism Visits (Y ) in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The test results show that F count is greater than F table (F count = 267,457> F table = 3.81). Adjusted R Square equal to 0.965, which means that the independent variable has a contribution variance of 96.5% to the dependent variable, while the remaining 3.5% is given by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Analysis of Production Costs and Income in the Makmur Sejahtera Vegetable Farming Group in North Landasan Ulin Village. Under the guidance of: Gusti Marliani, SE., ME and Haris Irawan, SE, M.Sc. Thesis for Undergraduate Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Achmad Yani University Banjarmasin in 2022. This study aims to determine the production costs and income of the Makmur Sejahtera Vegetable Farming Group in North Landasan Ulin Village. Data collection used for direct interview techniques with respondents, namely group leaders and members of the prosperous and prosperous vegetable farming group regarding production costs. Determination of respondents is done intentionally, namely with one group leader and other members who are farming.The results showed that the total cost incurred by the Makmur Sejahtera Vegetable Farming Group was Rp.128,746,000 consisting of fixed costs and variable costs. The income obtained by the Makmur Sejahtera Vegetable Farming Group is Rp. 17,029,000.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the condition of unstable income movements and indicates the situation or condition of the company, decision making and policies in managing operations to increase profitability. This article aims to determine whether the gross profit Marjin ratio and sales growth ratio are factors that affect the net profit ratio at PT. Serasi Autoraya Banjarmasin branch. This article was prepared using a descriptive method and a quantitative approach. The research data is secondary data taken from the financial statements of PT. Serasi Autoraya and equipped with literature and documentation studies, which are processed statistically and quantitatively using SPSS. The results of this study conclude that the gross profit Marjin ratio variable has a partial effect on the net profit Marjin ratio, while the sales growth ratio variable has no partial effect on the net profit ratio. Simultaneously, the ratio of gross profit Marjin and sales growth ratio has no significant effect on the ratio of net profit Marjin at PT. Serasi Autoraya Banjarmasin branch. The implication of this research is that the company must pay attention to other factors to increase the company's net profit, besides that the company must also pay attention to the situation, market conditions and trends, customer portfolio, asset management and operations so that the company's net profit can be maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak implementasi ekonomi berkelanjutan dan solusi inovasi sosial terhadap kinerja keuangan serta reputasi perusahaan start-up di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dari 270 perusahaan start-up dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert 1-5, dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa praktik ekonomi berkelanjutan dan solusi inovasi sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan reputasi perusahaan, di mana inovasi sosial memiliki dampak lebih kuat terhadap reputasi, sementara implementasi ekonomi berkelanjutan lebih memengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi strategi keberlanjutan dan inovasi sosial bagi perusahaan rintisan untuk mencapai kesuksesan finansial dan reputasi pasar yang kuat. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi wirausahawan, investor, dan pembuat kebijakan, menyoroti pentingnya mendorong keberlanjutan dan inovasi dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada produksi otak-otak (kue ikan) tradisional yang terbuat dari daging ikan, khususnya menggunakan ikan Gabus, sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Tungkaran. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat setempat dengan memperkenalkan pilihan mata pencaharian yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan melalui pengolahan ikan Gabus menjadi otak-otak, sebuah produk kuliner yang populer dan memiliki permintaan pasar yang tinggi. Lokakarya dilakukan untuk melatih peserta dalam teknik yang tepat dalam mempersiapkan ikan, membumbui, dan mengukus untuk memastikan kualitas dan keamanan produk. Selain itu, proyek ini juga menyediakan sumber daya seperti peralatan dan bahan-bahan, serta bimbingan mengenai manajemen bisnis, strategi pemasaran, dan pengemasan produk. Hasilnya, inisiatif ini tidak hanya membantu mendiversifikasi sumber pendapatan lokal, tetapi juga meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Tungkaran, mempromosikan ketahanan pangan dan kewirausahaan berbasis masyarakat. Proyek ini menunjukkan potensi pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara kreatif untuk meningkatkan peluang ekonomi dan meningkatkan taraf hidup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancamanyang ada di Dealer Suzuki Delta Martapura sehingga dapat merumuskan strategi yang tepatdalam pengambilan keputusan pada kegiatan pemasaran. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan observasi serta wawancara kepada kepala cabang Suzuki Delta Abadi Martapura sebagai sumber yang paling banyak mengetahui keadaan perusahaan. selain observasi dan wawancara, penulis juga memberikan kuesioner terhadap 10 karyawan Dealer Suzuki Delta Martapura sebagai pelengkap untuk penilaian skor Bobot sedangkan penilaian rating dilakukan oleh penulis sendiri berdasarkan obeservasi dan wawancara sehingga dapat ditentukan nilai bobot dan rating untuk tabel EFAS dan tabel IFAS kemudian dapat disimpulkanstategi dengan matrik SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai skor pada tabel EFAS sebesar 2,47 dimana skor padafaktor peluang 1,11 dan skor pada faktor ancaman 1,36 sedangkan nilai skor pada tabel IFAS sebesar 2,63 dimana skor pada faktor keluatan 1,41 dan skor pada faktor kelemahan 1,22. Skor tertinggi pada faktor ekternal yaitu ancaman dan skor tertingi pada faktor internal yaitu kekuatan. Walaupun perusahaan memiliki ancaman dari faktor eksternal namun perusahaan masih memiliki kekuatan pada faktor internal sehingga perusahaan berada pada posisi yang stabil.

Abstract

Effort to develop tourist objects to attract tourist visits careful planning basedon data and information available through research activities, the purpose of development of tourist attraction will be tailored to the expectations of tourists to the benefits of tourism services offered. Therefore, the attractions based on information research results will be more effective. One of the development of the Martapura riverbanks is the development of Siring Piere Tendean and the tower of view, the floating market, the procurement of river transportation, and the construction of the Bekantan statue as the mascot of South Kalimantan. The purpose of the development is the improvement of the economy of the community, both local communities and traditional traders around the development of these attractions so that this study aimsto know the influence of tourist attraction to the incomes of local communities andtraditional traders. This research is quantitative and analyzed descriptively. The data used are primary data taken from observation, documentation, questionnaire method.Sampling technique is using purposive sampling with data analysis technique using simple regression. The result of the research shows that the influence of tourism object development on the income of local community and traditional trader is R2 = 0,590 or59% after the development of Siring Piere Tandean. From the result it shows theincrease of income of local community and traditional trader.

Abstract

The growth of household industry today is one alternative to improve the family economy. Their circumstances require them to participate in working to help the family economy to earn enough income just to survive. One way to earn extra income by trying to trade. The low level of education and skills that have made the cake traders prefer to work in the informal sector. By working in this sector they can divide the time between family and work done. Traders of cakes The majority of women who have characteristics such as individual characteristics and household characteristics that can affect the income contribution of women. Women's working roles have a relationship to women's income contribution to household income. The large or small amount of income received by working women will affect the increase in household income, and the income can be used for various things. This means that women's incomes contribute to their home economies.
