Abstract

Taman Sari Tourism Marketing Strategy Through Destination branding has tourism potential through culture and historical value. With this potential, the government is managing tourism in order to be able to move the economy in Taman Sari. In realizing this vision, planning and strategy are needed, one of which is Destination Branding. Destination branding is used in every tourism site in the world and is able to make a good impact on the progress of tourism, for example, are the Twin Towers in Malaysia, the Merlion Statue in Singapore, the Taj Mahal in India, etc. Destination branding has an important role to be able to increase the number of tourist visits. This study uses a qualitative approach, a qualitative approach is used in order to get complete information about tourism marketing strategies with Destination Branding. The results of this study found that the Destination branding strategy in Taman Sari is not planned systematically so that Destination branding is only understood in a small way, that is only in the visualization aspect. So that tourism product development programs are not in accordance with the concept of Destination branding that has been made

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, akan dilihat hasil dari Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Aset Barang Milik Daerah Pada Stadion Mandala Krida Yogyakarta. Evaluasi pemanfaatan aset pada Stadion Mandala Krida Yogyakarta ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis CBA (Cost and Benefit Analysis) dan SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunity and Threats). Penelitian ini menggunakan data survey lapangan pada bulan Desember 2018. Perbandingan antara pendapatan dan biaya adalah lebih besar biaya sehingga menimbulkan net income yang negatif, sehingga Net Present Value (NPV) juga akan negatif. Pemanfaatan yang ideal dari hasil analisis SWOT adalah sebagai sarana olahraga. Hasil dari evaluasi pemanfaatan aset pada Stadion Mandala Krida Yogyakarta mengindikasikan bahwa untuk pengelolaan dari pemanfaatan aset tersebut, sebaiknya dilakukan melalui Badan Layanan Umum.

Abstract

Pantai Selatan DIY memiliki potensi pariwisata yang sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan perekonomian masyarakat. Akan tetapi kawasan tersebut juga mempunyai ancaman bencana. Terjadinya banjir rob memberikan dampak negatif kepada perkembangan pariwisata sehingga  sangat penting dilakukan penataan ruang berbasis pengurangan risiko bencana. Konsep Abad Samudera Hindia yang merupakan gagasan dan visi program dari Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X untuk menjadikan pantai selatan sebagai pintu gerbang pariwisata, juga menjadi landasan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasikan bahaya (hazard) bencana banjir di kawasan Pantai Selatan DIY; (2) penguatan konsep pengembangan pariwisata (3) penataan ruang kawasan pantai selatan berbasis mitigasi bencana. Penataan ruang kawasan pantai dilakukan secara bertahap. Tahap pertama adalah memetakan dan memodelkan kejadian banjir rob di kawasan pantai. Tahap kedua adalah evaluasi data tata ruang kawasan pesisir dengan metode analisis SWOT. Tahap ketiga menyusun zonasi penataan ruang kawasan pantai. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peta yang menunjukkan bagian dari kawasan Pantai Baru dan Pantai Kuwaru yang terkana dampak dari banjir rob yang selanjutnya diberikan rekomendasi pemanfaatan ruang yang membagi kawasan pantai menjadi 3 bagian yaitu zona I (Zona Pemanfaatan Terbatas), zona II (Zona Utama Wisata), dan Zona III (Zona Pengembangan Wisata).

Abstract

Tourism has become an industry that can enhance the economic growth in Indonesia. As one of the main tourist destinations in Yogyakarta, Yogyakarta has many attractions that can be offered to satisfy the traveler’s need. Recognizing the potential of Tamansari, it is necessary followed by optimizing condition of Tamansari. Development of good visit management concept would optimize the traveler deployment in visiting all the attractions. Visit management is an opportunity to influence the movement of visitors, meet the needs of visitors, encouraging the spread of visits evenly and provide the best travel experience. Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan wisatawan akan dinilai dengan menggunakan 6 variabel tersebut dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang mengunjungi kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kualitas fasilitas public space kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer paska revitalisasi ; (2) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap keberadaan public space di kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer paska revitalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan survey. Data yang telah didapatkan selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena pemerintah harus mengetahui keberhasilan respon masyarakat terhadap proyek revitalisasi kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah D.I. Yogyakarta. Dan dapat diidentifikasikan bahwa proses revitalisasi fasilitas public space kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer seharusnya memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.Katakunci: Tingkat Kepuasan Wisatawan, Public Space, Kawasan Titik Nol Kilometer

Abstract

Tourist satisfaction in a tourist destination can be created with an optimal service system and improving the quality of tourist destination attractiveness. In addition, it is also necessarygood skills that must be possessed by tour guides in carrying out their duties to provide good and correct information regarding tourist destinations or the surrounding area to be conveyed to tourists. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Tour Guide in Fort Marlborough in Bengkulu city. The influence of the quality of the Tour Guide on the Fort Marlborough tourist destination in the city of Bengkulu has an impact on tourist satisfaction. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out by means of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentary materials, and new methods through the study of materials on the internet. The analysis technique used is a fishbone diagram which is used in the process of identifying a problem and determining its cause. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is found that the lack of Tour Guide is in accordance with the theory of Huang et (2015): professional competence, interpersonal skills and organization, empathy and problem solving. The advice given is that it is hoped that Tour Guides who join the MTG (Manada Tour Guide) must pay attention to the Tour Guide's knowledge of tourist objects and the skills of the Tour Guide. Developments that can be done include doing in-depth problem solving, as well as 5 other factors that must be owned by the Tour Guide to improve service quality performance, namely professionalism, competence, interpersonal skills and organization, empathy and problem solving.Keywords: Guide Effect; Tourist Satisfaction; Fort Marlborough Bengkulu

Abstract

Prambanan Temple also known as Roro Jonggrang Temple is the biggest Hinduism temple in Indonesia. It was built in the 9th century AD. This tourism destination has become one of the most popular tourism destinations with high number visitor visits whether local or foreign. With its large site coverage, visitor management analyzes are needed as one of the most important factors to maximize the visitor number and to minimize the negative impact that can be occurred. The purpose of this research is to determine some indicators of visitor management that affects the visitor satisfaction valuation. The research method is by using importance performance analysis. The valuation result will become the basis of the Prambanan temple sustainable development plan in the future. So that, the satisfaction and memorable value of the visitor would be improved as well as the number of the visitor, and also it can educate the visitor about the heritage conservation value at the same time.   Keywords: visitor management, Prambanan temple, maximize the visitor, minimize negative impact.

Abstract

The concept of sustainable tourism is one of the best concepts developed by the government and tourism stakeholders to be applied in every tourist destination. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced tourism activists to work together to revive the economy in the tourism sector. Through the development of the concept of Sustainable Tourism, the manager of the Nglanggeran tourism village has made several efforts to strengthen the value of local wisdom from the beginning of its establishment, however, with the many competitors and the rapid development of tourism, the manager of the Nglanggeran tourist village has always innovated and strengthened local wisdom. With a case study analysis approach, it is hoped that it will describe some of the efforts made by the management regarding the strategy of strengthening the value of sustainable local wisdom from various aspects, namely environmental aspects, economic aspects, social aspects and cultural aspects.Keywords: Sustainable Tourism, Local Wisdom, Nglanggeran Tourism Village

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a very severe negative impact on tourism activities and the economy of the community in the Nglinggo Tea Plantation Tourism Area. The development of tourist attractions, development of MSMEs, improvement of access and application of health protocols for visiting tourists continues. However, it is not enough to increase the value of visits. This is what makes the reason in the study the importance of assessing the level of satisfaction of tourists visiting the Nglinggo Tea Plantation Area during this pandemic as the basis for planning strategic programs that can boost tourist visits back to the Nglinggo Tea Plantation Area. This quantitative research uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique with tourists visiting the Nglinggo Tea Plantation Tourism area during the pandemic as respondents. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, tourists express their satisfaction with all the efforts made by the manager, the community and the government, such as the availability of supporting facilities for health protocols, good nature and culture conservation, empowered local communities through MSMEs, and integrated collaboration with shareholders. However, there are several variables that are declared to have no effect and are not a priority for certain tourists, so there needs to be a re-examination in the use of more targeted development.Keywords: Product Quality Perception, Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis, Covid-19

Abstract

Visitor Satisfaction is a comparison between the performance expected by the customer compared to the actual performance in the field. When actual performance is higher than customer expectations, the customer feels satisfied and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of managers in providing good service to tourists and measuring customer satisfaction to the services provided while in Taman Sari Yogyakarta Tourism Object, by knowing the quality of performance of officers or managers in providing services to tourists are expected to be able to make improvements and evaluation of the management of servants so that the object of Taman Sari Cultural Tourism can be a tourist attraction that is in demand by tourists not only because of its tourist attraction but because of the quality of the servants who are good to tourists. Kepuasan Pengunjung adalah Perbandingan antara kinerja yang diharapkan oleh pelanggan dibandingkan dengan kinerja aktual di lapangan. Ketika kinerja aktual lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan harapan pelanggan maka pelanggan merasakan puas dan sebaliknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dari pengelola dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada wisatawan dan mengukur kepuasaan pelanggan terhadapat pelayanan yang diberikan selama berada di Objek Wisata Taman Sari Yogykarta , dengan mengetahui kualitas kinerja petugas atau pengelola dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada wisatawan diharapkan mampu melakukan pembenahan dan evaluasi terhadap management pelayan sehinggan Objek Wisata Budaya Taman Sari dapat menjadi objek wisata yang diminati oleh wisatawan bukan hanya karena objek wisata nya melainkan karena kualitas pelayan yang baik kepada wisatawan.
