Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and nurse performance at the zainab maternal and child hospital pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 135 nurses from the entire population of 206 nurses. The research sample was taken by random sampling. Primary data were collected through interviews and questionnaires as instrument to prove the result of the study. The data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of spss version 24 program. The result showed that : 1) workload had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at zainab pekanbaru maternal and child hospital, 2) organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at zainab pekanbaru maternal and child hospital, 3) workload had an effect on positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the zainab pekanbaru maternal and child hospital, 4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the zainab pekanbaru maternal and child, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the maternal and child hospital zainab pekanbaru, 6) workload has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction at zainab pekanbaru maternal and child hospital, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction at zainab pekanbaru maternal and child pekanbaru.Keywoards : workload, organitazional commitment, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, and workload partially and simultaneously on work productivity. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 114 employees of the processing division at PKS Sei Galuh PTPN V Tapung District. Primary data of this study are data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processed using the SPSS 23 application for further descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis to determine the results of the research. 114 Samples were selected using the saturated sample method (from 114 population of processing employees). The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health can affect the work productivity of employees at the PKS Sei Galuh Processing Section at PTPN V. Work discipline can affect the work productivity of employees at the PKS Sei Galuh PTPN V Processing Section. Sei Galuh PTPN V. Occupational Health and Safety, Work Discipline, Workload Simultaneously influence Employee Productivity at PTPN V PKS Sei Galuh. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2),and Workload (X3) on Job Satisfaction (Y) employees of the sales division at PTAgung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru. The population of study included allemployees of the sales division at PT Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbar was 35people and the sampling technique was saturation sampling. Primary wascollected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of research. Linearregression analysis used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1)Leadership had positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction employees ofthe sales division at PT Agung Automall SM. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and compensation on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Means Building in Pangkalan Kerinci. Thepopulation in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Sarana Building inPangkalan Kerinci totaling 145 people. The analytical method used is multiplelinear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study indicatethat leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction;compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; leadershipand compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on jobsatisfaction. Keywords : Leaderships, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how mechanics at Dalimo Jaya MotorPekanbaru's performance is affected by training, work discipline, andcompetence. The population as a whole is used as a research sample in this study,which employs the census method or saturation sampling, with a total of 65participants. Primary data in this study were collected using a questionnaire asan instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this studyused multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. The resultsshowed that: 1) the training variable has a positive and significant impact on theemployee performance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 2)the work discipline variable has a positive and significant impact on the employeeperformance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru, 3) thecompetence variable has a positive and significant impact on the employeeperformance variable of mechanics Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. 4) thetraining, work discipline and competence variables simultaneously have a positiveand significant impact on the employee performance variable of mechanicsDalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Competency, and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and organizationalcommitment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were allemployees totaling 40 people. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Theresults of data analysis show that workload has a significant negative effect onemployee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no effect on employeejob satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention toworkload and organizational commitment. The organization is expected toimprove the level of workload and increase the organizational commitment thathas been implemented within the organization. Keywords: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, workdiscipline and motivation on employee performance. The location of this researchwas carried out at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. The population in the studyamounted to 44 people, because the total population was less than 100, the entirepopulation in the study was sampled using the census method. Data analysis inthis study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that jobsatisfaction has a significant effect, as well as work discipline has a significantinfluence and motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance atPT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the variables of job satisfaction,work discipline and motivation have a significant influence on employeeperformance variables. While the adjusted R Square value of 0.640 explains thatthe variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and motivation can affectemployee performance variables at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru by 64% whilethe remaining 36% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Motivation and Performan

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of work stress and work motivation onteacher performance at the Cendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri JuniorHigh School on E-Learning. The questionnaire was disseminated to 42 respondents andsuccessfully re-collected the complete answers from 42 respondents. Primary data werecollected using questionnaires and to test hypotheses on this study using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Data collected from 42respondents were subsequently processed with the help of SPSS software version 26.0using static desk analysisptif and multiple linear regression analysis for generatingclassical assumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination, andhypothesis proofs. The results of this study show that: 1) There was a positive andsignificant effect of work stress and work motivation on teacher performance at theCendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning,2) There was no effect of work stress on teacher performance at the Cendana DuriElementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning, 3) There is apositive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Cendana Duri ElementarySchool and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning. Keyword: Teachers Performance, Work Stress, Work Motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Leadership and Work Discipline onthe Quality of Public Services through Work Motivation in the Department ofPopulation and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses aquantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 employees at theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru.Sampling using the Saturated sampling technique method. The research instrumentused a questionnaire and was analyzed using path analysis using SPSS. The resultsof the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence betweenleadership and the quality of public service, 2) There is a positive and significantinfluence between work discipline and the quality of public service, 3) There is apositive and significant influence between work motivation and service qualitypublic, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and thequality of public services through work motivation, 5) There is a positive andsignificant influence between work discipline and the quality of public servicesthrough work motivation. Keywords : Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Public ServiceQuality
