Abstract

Sopapei Beach has the potential to be developed and plays a role in increasing community and regional income. The potential of the Sopapei Beach tourism object still needs to be developed again to become the most popular tourist destination in Suli Village, Central Maluku Regency. A strategy is a form of effort made to create and preserve the Sopapei Beach tourist area so that it can be more competitive in attracting tourists. This study aimed to determine the development strategy used by the Sopapei Beach tourism object and the alternative strategies used per the conditions of the Sopapei Beach tourism object. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis, which is an analysis that is intended to see the extent to which the implementation of tourism object development strategies in increasing tourists is based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The study results obtained that the development strategy used by Sopapei beach managers was the strategic focus or a combination of cost leadership. And differentiation to develop Sopapei Beach, managers paid attention to tourists and tourism products on Sopapei Beach to increase the number of tourists visiting. In contrast, the alternative development according to the situation at the Sopapei Beach tourist attraction based on SWOT analysis is the potential for Sopapei Beach tourism objects which include beautiful and excellent and pristine natural panoramas, abundant water sources, and a comfortable tourist atmosphere. So owners and managers must increase cooperation with the local government of Central Maluku Regency, especially the tourism office.We are improving existing tourism products and tourist attractions such as facilities and infrastructure, security, and services, and organizing festivals to improve the quality and quantity of Sopapei Beach.

Abstract

Produk abon ikan tuna yang diproduksi oleh Poklahsar “G&R Masohi Shop” umumnya diproduksi menggunakan teknologi sederhana dan proses pengemasan yang kurang baik, jenis kemasan yang digunakan tidak tepat serta label yang tidak menarik mengakibatkan mutu abon ikan tuna tidak dapat bertahan lama dan produk tersebut kurang disukai konsumen. Selain itu masalah penting yang dihadapi oleh “G&R Masohi Shop” adalah mutu dari abon yang diproduksi. Saat ini abon ikan yang diproduksi masih memiliki kadar minyak yang tinggi menyebabkan produk abon ikan tuna buatan Poklahsar “G&R Masohi Shop” menjadi cepat tengik dan tidak tahan lama. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, Poklahsar “G&R Masohi Shop”di Kecamatan Kota Masohi perlu dilakukan pembinaan dan didampingi melalui kegiatan Abdimas pelatihan pembuatan kemasan dan peningkatan mutu produk abon ikan tuna dengan tujuan agar pengolah abon ikan tuna dapat memahami dan terampil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pengentasan minyak sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan waktu simpan produk abon ikan tuna serta membuat kemasan dan label makanan yang menarik dan memenuhi syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah. Melalui penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan kemasan yang meliputi bahan, ukuran, desain dan warna kemasan. Perlu desain kemasan agar memiliki tampilan yang menarik dan berkualitas serta pemilihan bahan, ukuran dan warna kemasan yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam kemasan abon ikan tuna.Hasil yang dicapai pada pelaksanaan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi ini adalah mitra dapat memahami dan terampil dalam membuat kemasan sendiri yang berkualitas dan menarik secara mandiri tanpa membeli kemasan sehingga hal ini dapat mengurangi biaya produksi dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar serta berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penentuan kawasan wisata pantai perlu dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis kesesuaian secara spasial menggunakan parameter-parameter oseanografi dan ekologi. Kota Ambon merupakan ibukota Provinsi Maluku yang terletak di pesisir pulau Ambon dan di Teluk Ambon memiliki potensi keanekaragaman hayati dan jasa kelautan untuk dikembangkan di sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kawasan wisata pantai kategori rekreasi di wisata pantai Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh langsung di lokasi penelitian melalui observasi in situ, yaitu observasi tipe pantai, kecerahan, pengukuran kecepatan arus, pengukuran kemiringan pantai, serta pengukuran lebar pantai. Data sekunder menggunakan literatur peta Batimetri dan literatur pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis indeks kesesuaian wisata kategori rekreasi pantai dengan penambahan parameter kesesuaian berdasarkan kondisi pada lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks kesesuaian wisata (IKW) kategori rekreasi berstatus “Sangat Sesuai” untuk 3 (tiga) dari 5 (lima) lokasi penelitian yaitu Pantai Namalatu dan Santai Beach sementara nilai indeks kesesuaian wisata termasuk dalam kategori “Sesuai” untuk 2 (dua) lokasi penelitian yaitu Pantai Ronawiska dan Pantai Kolam BlandaThe determination of coastal tourist areas needs to be done with a spatial conformity analysis approach using oceanographic and ecological parameters. Ambon City, the capital of Maluku Province, is located on the coast of Ambon Island and in Ambon Bay. It has the potential for biodiversity and marine services to be developed in the tourism sector. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the coastal tourist area in the recreation category in Nusaniwe Beach District, Ambon City. Primary data collection is obtained directly at the research site through in situ observation, including observing the beach type, brightness, current speed, coastal slope, and beach width. Secondary data include the Bathymetry map literature and other supporting literature. The study results were analyzed using descriptive methods and an analysis of the fitness index of beach recreation category tourism with the addition of conformity parameters based on conditions at the study location. The results showed that the tourism conformity index (IKW) value of the recreational category is "Very Suitable" for three (3) of the five (5) research sites, namely Namalatu Beach and Santai Beach. In contrast, the tourist suitability index value is included in the "Suitable" category for two (2) research locations, namely Ronawiska Beach and Blanda Pool Beach.

Abstract

The abundant potential of Ambon City's fishery resources allows many producers to use them as a source of income. Rianilis is one of the business groups in Tawiri Village that takes advantage of this potential by producing shredded tuna. The problems faced in running the business are limited market share so that production cannot be carried out optimally and packaging that is not hygienic to maintain product quality. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of competitive advantages through the differentiation of shredded fish products with 2 two flavor variants and attractive and hygienic packaging carried out by lecture and discussion methods as well as training in making attractive and hygienic packaging with practical methods. The results showed that there was an increase in understanding of competitive advantages through product and packaging differentiation as well as increased skills in making attractive and hygienic packaging before and after participating in the activity. The conclusion of this activity illustrates that the increase in understanding and skills acquired is beneficial for increasing income and business sustainability

Abstract

This research examines the factors affecting the quality of e-learning and student learning outcomes at Universitas Terbuka. We sought to investigate the effect of these variables on the quality of e-learning and observe its impact on student learning outcomes. This study adopts a quantitative approach, where questionnaires are distributed through Google Forms and distributed directly to respondents to assess factors affecting the quality of e-learning and student learning outcomes.  The study examined a sample size of 96 students across five regional offices at Universitas Terbuka. The statistical technique used for the analysis is linear regression in SPSS software. The study results indicate that media and material quality positively and significantly impact e-learning quality, while ease of use and information quality show no significant effect. Additionally, ease of use, information quality, material quality and media quality do not significantly affect learning outcomes. However, e-learning quality demonstrates a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the factors that influence the acceptance of electronic learning media and its effect on the effectiveness of digital instruction. The study involved a learning management system and online tutorials using management system (MS) teams from various faculties at the Universitas Terbuka. These include the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the Faculty of Science and Technology, and the Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Political Sciences. also conducted in three regional offices in Ambon, Gorontalo and Makassar, which were selected through purposive sampling. Primary data sources include participant questionnaires and interviews. Analytical methods include correlation and multiple regression analysis, with descriptive statistics used to summarize the dataset. Variable selection involves reliability and validity tests and classical assumption tests like multicollinearity. The F-test demonstrates a statistically significant and beneficial influence of utilizing e-learning media and individual ability, training, and intention to use it for digital learning success. The results of ttests and regression models provide empirical evidence supporting the significant effect of e-learning media and intention to use on the effectiveness of digital learning. However, variables related to training and ability do not show any significant influence.
