Abstract

Dimensi manusia adalah persoalan yang berkenaan dengan tujuan hidup yang diwariskan manusia sebagai makhluk Tuhan dan harus dikembangkan sehingga akan mewarnai perilaku kehidupan melalui pengembangan dimensi tersebut. Perubahan-perubahan dalam kehidupan bersama dimasyarakat yang juga berdampak pada runtuhnya nila-nilai moral, social hingga keberagamaan yang akhirnya banyak menimbulkan keresahan dan kerusuhan dimasyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah bibliografi, data yang dikumpulkan dalam studi ini adalah dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data diperoleh dari riset kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dengan cara deduktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya Bimbingan konseling social yang hadir sebagai upaya untuk menjebatani individu-individu yang ada didalam masyarakat dapat menghadapi berbagai perubahan. Sehingga masyarakat dapat mengembangkan dimensi-dimensi kemanusiaan yang ada didalam dirinya dengan berpedoman pada norma-norma yang ada untuk disesuaikan sesuai dengan tuntutan dinamika social.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi yang kompeten, berintegritas, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan global. Keberhasilan institusi pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut sangat bergantung pada penerapan manajemen strategis yang terencana, sistematis, dan berbasis data. Artikel ini mengangkat konsep trilogi sukses sekolah yang terdiri dari Rencana Strategis (Renstra), Rencana Operasional (Renop), dan Program Kerja sebagai pilar utama dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Renstra berfungsi sebagai kerangka arah jangka panjang, Renop menjabarkannya ke dalam langkah operasional, dan Program Kerja menjadi panduan teknis pelaksanaan. Ketiga elemen ini membentuk sistem yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penetapan prioritas, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan evaluasi kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi konsep utama dari Renstra, Renop, dan Program Kerja; (2) menjelaskan peran trilogi ini dalam pengelolaan sekolah; serta (3) memberikan panduan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan. Dengan pendekatan yang berbasis data dan contoh kasus, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara ketiga elemen dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan modern. Penerapan trilogi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen, responsivitas terhadap perubahan, serta kolaborasi antara berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi referensi praktis bagi kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengelola pendidikan lainnya dalam menciptakan institusi yang unggul dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract This study explores the implementation of Data-Based Planning (PBD) in drafting the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) at SDN Klepu 02 as an effort to improve the quality of education. PBD is an evidence-based approach that leverages data from the Education Report platform to identify problems, analyze root causes, and formulate solutions through the Identify, Reflect, and Improve (IRB) stages. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of PBD has significantly impacted the quality of education at SDN Klepu 02. Key priority programs include intensive training to enhance teachers' competence in literacy-based learning, procurement of supporting facilities such as books and interactive learning media, and routine student literacy programs. These initiatives successfully improved student literacy by 20% within a year, enhanced teacher competencies, and made budget management more targeted and efficient. However, the implementation process faced challenges, including low data literacy among educators and limited internet access, which hindered optimal use of the Education Report platform. These challenges were addressed through collaboration among school principals, teachers, school committees, and training support from the Education Office. This study concludes that PBD is an effective strategy for improving education quality through a systematic, transparent, and accountable approach. The successful implementation of PBD at SDN Klepu 02 can serve as a model for other educational institutions in designing and implementing data-driven programs to achieve better educational outcomes. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Perencanaan Berbasis Data (PBD) dalam penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS) di SDN Klepu 02 sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. PBD adalah pendekatan berbasis bukti yang memanfaatkan data dari platform Rapor Pendidikan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, menganalisis akar permasalahan, dan merumuskan solusi melalui tahapan Identifikasi, Refleksi, dan Benahi (IRB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PBD memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SDN Klepu 02. Beberapa program prioritas yang dihasilkan meliputi pelatihan intensif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis literasi, pengadaan fasilitas pendukung seperti buku dan media pembelajaran interaktif, serta program literasi siswa yang rutin dilakukan. Penerapan program-program tersebut berhasil meningkatkan literasi siswa sebesar 20% dalam satu tahun, meningkatkan kompetensi guru, dan membuat pengelolaan anggaran lebih terarah dan efisien. Namun, proses implementasi menghadapi beberapa kendala, termasuk rendahnya literasi data di kalangan pendidik dan keterbatasan akses internet yang menghambat optimalisasi pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan. Kendala ini diatasi melalui kolaborasi antara kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, dan dukungan pelatihan dari Dinas Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PBD merupakan strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pendekatan yang sistematis, transparan, dan akuntabel. Keberhasilan implementasi PBD di SDN Klepu 02 dapat menjadi model bagi satuan pendidikan lainnya dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program berbasis data untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Teachers as one of the successes of curriculum implementation must prepare themselves, understand various concepts and learning models. A fun, creative and interesting learning model is recommended to be applied during the learning process. Due to the diversity of students' abilities in absorbing material, not a few students experience learning difficulties due to conventional teaching. In addition, there are characteristics in learning related to absorbing, processing and conveying learning information, namely learning styles. Learning style is a very important learning modality. The purpose of this research is how to apply the concepts of fun learning based on learning styles. The method used in this research is qualitative. The method used in this research, so that most of the literature used to explore data sources comes from library materials and other relevant references such as books and journals. The results of this study are learning models that are applied to fun learning based n learning styles including the brain based learning model, role playing model, make a match, black knight, paikem, poe (predict-observe-explaint), game and humor.

Abstract

Technological developments have an impact on making interactive media in learning. Today’s learning media is more varied, especially Canva media. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of Canva media in Indonesian language learning in negotiating text material for class X SMA N 11 Semarang. This research also aims to make teachers more motivated in making learning media interesting, creative, and interactive. This type of research is qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation methods. This research was conducted in January 2023 at SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. The sources for this study were students in Class X SMA Negeri 11 Semarang. Existing data is in the form of behavior in implementing Canva media in learning Indonesian in negotiating text material. The analytical method used in this case is interactive analysis. The presentation of the results of data analysis in this article uses an informal method. The results of the implementation of Canva media in learning Indonesian in the negotiating text material for class X SMA N 11 Semarang went well, conducive, and interactive. There are several weaknesses that arise when learning takes place. However, the advantages of this implementation have more impact than disadvantages. Learning that is monotonous and makes students bored can be overcome with the Canva application as an interactive learning medium.

Abstract

The role of parents is influential in early childhood development phase. Islam teaches parenting so that parents have responsibility for their children’s physical growth and psychological development. When educating children, emotional problems often arise due to mistakes in parenting, especially in communication with children. Whereas the parenting style applied by parents greatly affects changes in behavior and personality in the child. There needs to be proper handling when dealing with children who are experiencing temper tantrums. This works ia written based on a literature study that has been reviewed in accordance with scientific data that has been collected from relevant literature on the theme of discussion. The existence of good and effective communication patterns is one of the appropriate handling actions for reducing some potential for early childhood tantrums. The result of this study resulted in the existence of communication with a mindful presentation built between children and parents so that both can understand whatever is being communicated with the process of forming, delivering, receiving and processing message that occur in a person. The implications of this study are an inspiration in synergy to improve the quality of the character building process in early childhood that begins with a parenting style that is accordance with parental behavior towards children.

Abstract

The number of modern retail businesses has an unfavorable impact on traditional retail businesses. The high level of competition in the business world makes traditional retail store entrepreneurs have to be wise in determining strategies so that their business can survive and be able to develop. Moreover, the covid19 pandemic, entrepreneurs are demanded to be more innovative because there have been so many changes in customer behavior and the decline in the middle-level market has turned into a lower economy. The purpose of this study is to find out the retail store business model, the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on retail stores and find out the innovations made by the Cahaya Putra store. Based on the results of research in the field and the business model of the Cahaya Putra store, the costumer segment of the Cahaya Putra store is factory workers, project workers. Value Propositions provide products that consumers need. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was also felt by the Cahaya Putra store, the existence of PPKM which made retail stores close faster which made the store's revenue decrease because they took a little profit so that customers did not switch to competitors. Toko Cahaya Putra innovates to maintain and improve its business through the implementation of Customer Engagement Innovation with tactical Personalization and Guarantee.
