This study aims to determine whether the variables of work environment and organizational culture affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques used, namely multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). With a population of 358 respondents with a tolerance limit of 10% which is calculated by the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 78 respondents by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. From the results of multiple analysis, the equation Y = 4.945 + 0.418X1 + 0.465X2 + e. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment (X1) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.436) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile for the organizational culture variable (X2), the results showed that organizational culture (X2) had a positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of t test (3.827) > t table (1.66543) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. While the results of the simultaneous test (F-test) of the two independent variables on the dependent variable, the results show that together the work environment and organizational culture variables have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, it can be seen from the value of f test (89.640) > ftabel (3.12) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination reached 0.697, which means that the work environment and organizational culture variables affect employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Prismatama by 69.7%. While the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Wages are one of the obligations given by the company to workers in return for their work. However, wages are still a problem in the workforce. In fact, the wage setting policy has been stipulated in government laws and regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the stages of the minimum wage setting policy for workers, what stages were carried out and whether the minimum wage setting policy in Deli Serdang Regency was good. The research method used is descriptive research, the data source used is qualitative data from the results of documentation and quantitative data in the form of secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Deli Serdang Regency. From the research results, it is concluded that the determination of the minimum wage in Deli Serdang is influenced by economic and labor conditions, seen from the minimum wage which fluctuates every year due to the influence of increasing economic and labor conditions. The relationship between economic conditions and employment is very close, the workforce exists to support the economy and the district's minimum wage setting policy as a regulation to achieve the welfare of workers' lives.

The objective of the research was to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Tkb Group Indonesia Medan tire wheel shop.This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of the Tkb Group Indonesia Medan tire wheel shop, with a sample of 77 respondents. Sampling using the Slovin method. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire, the data analysis was done by using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at the Tkb Group Indonesia Medan Wheel Tire shop. Where the t test value is 8.405 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.485, this value means 48.5%, meaning that service quality has an influence of 48. The result means that the effect given is positive which for if the quality of service is improved for the better it will affect customer satisfaction to increase, and vice versa.

the objective of the research was to determine the influence of price and product quality on influence on consumer buying interest Accelera brand car tires in the shop Tkb Group Indonesia Medan. The population in this study were Indonesian Tkb Group consumers who were interested in buying Accelera brand car tires, the sampling technique used purposive sampling, so that the number of samples obtained was 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, t test of , F test and coefficient of determination (R 2) . The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and significant effect between price on buying interest and a positive and significant influence between product quality on buying interest. The results of this study indicate that price and product quality are determinants of consumer buying interest in Accelera brand car tires at the Tkb Group Indonesia Store Medan. Where the value of the t-test variable x1 (price) is 2.620, the value of the t-test variable x2 (product quality) is 5.118. 45.274 F value and the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) of 0.491 which means that the price and quality of products has the effect of 49.1% the rest of 50.9% are other variables that are not described in this study.

The nutritious rhizomes and leaves are chopped on the chopping board with a machete. After it is felt that these ingredients get the desired texture as a whole the ingredients are mixed into one so that the ingredients are evenly mixed. After this process, do it drying that still relies on solar energy to dry the material. that way is one of the process of making spray. The problems faced are the method of production, still using traditional methods. In production still use simple tools and manual so the amount of production is still small. Methods of implementation using education and counseling, and training. Solutions to partner priority problems from Aspect production ie with procurement and use of equipment. The result achieved is an increase in the quality of the herb product.

Perusahaan kecil dewasa ini dikenal dengan sebuatan industri kreatif merupakan kegiatan ekonomi yang masih terus menerus diperhatikan oleh banyak pihak, karena sektor ini dipandang sebagai sektor yang dapat memberikan kontribusi yang luar biasa bagi negara dalam menangani pengangguran dan pemerataan distribusi pendapatan. Penyebaran virus corona (Covid-19) memukul perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk pelaku usaha. Pemasaran merupakan elemen penting menjalankan sebuah bisnis. Pelaku bisnis yang meluangkan waktunya untuk memikirkan metode pemasaran apa yang tepat agar barang yang dijualnya laku di pasaran karena sukses tidaknya bisnis bergantung pada metode atau cara pemasaran apa dan bagaimana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha khususnya para pelaku UMKM. Minimnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran secara on line menyebabkan pemasaran terbatas jangkauannya. Pemasaran yang dilakukan usaha Trigona batu katak masih sebatas pemasaran off line. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis digital marketing di tengah Pandemi Covid 19 sebagai pertahanan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi e-marketing pada usaha Trigona Batu Katak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi kepada Ketua Kelompok Budidaya Trigona Batu Katak dan Penyuluh Kehutanan Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan memanfaatkan digital marketing membantu Usaha Trigona Batu Katak dalam menginformasikan dan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen yaitu melalui sosial media faccebook dan Wasthsap. Dengan Pemasaran e-marketing diharapkan jangkauan pemasaran semakin luas dan pendapatan masyarakat dusun Batu Katak meningkat seiring ditutupnya ekowisata pada pertengahan maret 2020 akibat pandemi Covid 19.

ABSTRAK Budidaya lebah madu adalah salah satu kegiatan usaha yang tidak berbasis lahan, sehingga tidak menjadi pesaing bagi usaha pertanian pada umumnya. Perlebahan berperan dalam optimalisasi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya ekonomi. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan peningkatan pendapatan dari budidaya Trigona Batu Katak. Pasca ditutupnya Ekowisata Batu Katak karena adanya pandemi COVID-19, budidaya lebah Trigona yang telah dilakukan di Dusun Batu Katak terbukti bisa membantu menopang perekonomian pembudidaya lebah jenis ini. Madu dari Trigona menjadi salah atau suplemen yang bisa meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh sehingga permintaan pasar meningkat. Permasalahan dalam budidaya lebah Trigona Batu Katak adalah terkait jumlah produksi yang belum optimal. Masalah produksi meliputi keterbatasan peralatan yang dimiliki petani seperti belum memadainya alat pemanen madu. Masalah selanjutnya adalah adanya serangan hama beruang dan monyet yang merusak stup-stup madu sehingga kapasitas produksi menurun. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan atau edukasi, pelatihan implementasi teknologi dari tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Hasil dari Kegiatan pengabidan kepada masyarakat ini telah meningkatkan iptek mitra Kelompok Budidaya Trigona Batu Katak.Terdapat Peningkatan pendapatan dari hasil panen madu setelah implementasi teknologi tepat guna dalam budidaya Trigona. Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Perekonomian, Kesejahteraan ABSTRACT Honey bee cultivation is a business activity that is not based on land, so it does not become a competitor for agricultural businesses in general. Beekeeping plays a role in optimizing natural resources and economic resources. Community service aims to improve people's welfare by increasing income from cultivating Trigona Batu Katak. After the closure of the Batu Katak Ecotourism due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Trigona beekeeping which has been carried out in Batu Katak Hamlet has proven to be able to help support the economy of this type of bee cultivator. Honey from Trigona is either a supplement or a supplement that can increase the body's resistance so that market demand increases. The problem in Trigona beekeeping in Batu Katak is related to the amount of production that has not been optimal. Production problems include limited equipment owned by farmers such as inadequate honey harvesting tools. The next problem is the attacks by bears and monkeys which damage the honey stup so that production capacity decreases. The method used in this activity is counseling or education, technology implementation training from the Community Service team. The results of this community service activity have increased the science and technology of the partners of the Trigona Batu Katak Cultivation Group. There has been an increase in income from honey harvest after implementing appropriate technology in Trigona cultivation. Keywords: Technology, Economy, Welfare

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Smartphone Vivo dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Smartphone Vivo. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat Dalu X-B Tanjung Morawa yang menggunakan Smartphone Vivo sebanyak 45orang. Teknik sampel menggunkan sampel jenuh sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 45 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis dianlaisis berdasrkan uji t. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 3.680 + 0,601X. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung untuk kualitas produk sebesar 8,075 dan lebih besar dari t table yaitu 1,6810 serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang sudah disesuaikan (R Square) sebesar 0,603 hal ini berarti 60,3% variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sedangkan sisanya (100%-60,3%=39,7%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang diteliti.

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Branch Customer Service Unit. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents who became the sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, field observations and documentation. Data processing and statistical analysis used the SPSS and Microsoft Excel programs with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the validity and reliability tests, all research instruments are valid, valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination test (R2) through multiple linear regression tests. The statistical test results in this study stated that the variables of human resource quality (X1), work professionalism (X2), commitment (X3) were able to explain employee performance (Y) by 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% were influenced or explained by variables which were not included in this research model. From the Coefficientsa table, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.698 + 0.928 + 0.600 + 0.857 is obtained. Partially the quality of human resources (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), work professionalism (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), commitment (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously the quality of human resources (X1), work professionalism (X2), commitment (X3) together have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).
