Abstract

In today's tight business world competition, all businesses must pay attention to online marketing. One of the problems that emerged during this Community Service activity was that the people of Kelahan Harjosari II, Medan Amplas District did not have the knowledge of how to market their goods digitally, which would enable them to make more of their goods for their family's needs. The aim of this counseling is to help them understand better about digital marketing. MSMEs in Harjosari II Village, Medan Amplas District, are the targets of this community service program. The method of implementing this activity is through presentations and lectures. The result of community service activities is increased knowledge and understanding about online marketing, as shown by the social media selection strategy used for online marketing activities because social media is very popular in Indonesia. Participants can also create marketing content that suits their target market and product type.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that are run by individuals, households, or small business entities. One of the obstacles to the advancement of MSMEs is not only in product quality, but how a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) is able to do good marketing. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic has provided a change in perspective on the perspective of product marketing and promotion. Activities that used to be carried out face-to-face, as long as it is recommended to stay at home, cannot be carried out anymore. Likewise with marketing and promotional activities carried out through exhibitions and bazaars. This has a big impact on the resilience of the "fake" cake culinary business in Suka Maju Village, Medan Johor Village. Through this assistance, the group becomes more able to have other media options for marketing and product promotion, without having to meet face to face. The results of this activity have been the implementation of the management function in the activity plan, improving marketing skills and good management so that there is an increase in turnover in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

The problem faced by the people of Batu Jong Jong village is the lack of knowledge about the use of bee glue or what is known as raw propolis. The aim of this service is to make it easier for people to process raw propolis, which is something that needs to be understood and understood. The method used in this service is by conducting education or education, surveys by administering questionnaires for pre-test and post-test to measure initial abilities, level of understanding of knowledge about propolis, providing socialization and training. Results: 85.71% of the village community already understands the knowledge about the use of propolis processing as a potential natural resource in Batu Jong Jong village, Bahorok District

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Tanjung Kubah difokuskan pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis kreativitas produksi camilan. Program ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan melibatkan 25 peserta, terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga, pelaku UMKM, dan pemuda desa. Metode kegiatan mencakup pelatihan terpadu yang berfokus pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu inovasi resep dan produksi, desain kemasan dan branding, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan masyarakat, di antaranya pemahaman produksi higienis meningkat dari 40% menjadi 85%, kemampuan desain kemasan naik dari 25% menjadi 80%, serta pemahaman pemasaran digital meningkat dari 15% menjadi 75%. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan omzet rata-rata sebesar 35% pada UMKM yang telah berjalan, dengan pendapatan bulanan naik dari Rp1.000.000 menjadi Rp1.350.000. Dampak nyata juga terlihat pada kualitas produk yang kini memiliki variasi rasa lebih beragam dan kemasan bermerek. Secara teoretis, hasil ini mendukung pandangan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat menekankan pada pembangunan kapasitas dan kemandirian melalui optimalisasi potensi lokal. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan ekonomi keluarga, tetapi juga membuka peluang keberlanjutan usaha berbasis UMKM yang mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs).
