Proses pelaksanaan strategi penyuluhan agama Islam di Kabupaten Barru menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian lebih mengutamakan disiplin ilmu komunikasi dakwah. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri atas dua, yakni data primer dan skunder. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menata secara sistematis catatan hasil pengamatan data tertulis, fokus analisis data berdasar pada induktif dengan beberapa tahapan analisis. Proses pelaksanaan program strategi penyuluhan agama Islam bermula dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan. Perencanaan dilaksanakan untuk menyesuaikan materi penyuluhan yang akan disampaikan berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi sasaran penyuluhan serta tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Perencanaan ini mengacu pada program kerja yang telah disusun oleh Pokjaluh, selanjutnya dilaksanakan observasi dengan cara pengamatan langsung di lokasi penyuluhan. Pengorganisasian, yakni dengan cara membentuk kelompok-kelompok penyuluhan di tingkat kecamatan dan desa, membetuk forum lembaga dakwah, membentuk dan mengaktifkan majelis taklim dan kelompok remaja mesjid, kemudian menyampaikan informasi tentang pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Pengawasan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan mencakup evaluasi pelaksanaan kinerja para penyuluh. Kinerja tersebut antara lain dilihat dari penyusunan laporan setiap penyuluh. Bentuk lain pengawasan adalah pihak Pokjaluh mengadakan rapat evaluasi setiap bulan.

Ethics is a study of the legitimate and correct deeds and moral choices made by a person. In Greek is also known as ethos, which means custom habits. While in Arabic ethics is also known as Akhlak which means morality, temperance, conduct or character. Simply put, business ethics means learning about which is good/bad, right/wrong in the business world based on the principles of morality. This research is backed by the habit of sellers/traders in the market of Langsa city in the application of business ethics in Islam that emphasized on the ethics of trading. The purpose of this research is to know how an objective picture of the implementation of business ethics in conducting sales transactions in the traditional market of the Langsa city, and how Islamic reviews on the application of ethical trading in conducting Buy and sell transactions in the market. This research is a field research. The results of this research show that the implementation of trading transactions in the market of Langsa city has been executed well and is seen from two variables used two variables (attitudes of faith and habits) dominant show agreed with each A given statement. This indicates that business ethics in sales transactions that have been applied by traders are derived from the hereditary inheritance from parents (parental advice) or obtained by self-taught (natural) with ethical consideration and Unethical.

Politik identitas cukup mewarnai dinamika politik Indonesia 10 tahun terakhir ini. Artikel ini berusaha menjelaskan tentang politik identitas dan konfigurasi politik menjelang Pilpres 2024. Artikel ini dijelaskan secara kualitatif dengan berbasis pada studi kepustakaan. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa politik identitas tidak hanya di level nasional, akan tetapi di ranah lokal juga mulai merebak dengan menggunakan identitas sebagai instrumen dalam kontestasi politik, baik identitas agama maupun etnisitas. Begitupun pengalaman Pilpres 2014 dan 2019 dan Pilkada DKI Jakarta menjadi bukti bahwa politik identitas yang dibawa masuk ke ranah politik telah memecah belah anak bangsa dan dapat mengancam persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa. Dalam konteks Pilpres 2024, sekalipun Anies Baswedan diusung oleh NasDem dan membawa kekhawatiran baru terkait polarisasi politik, akan tetapi bergabungnya Muhaimin Iskandar dan PKB yang diusung koalisi perubahan, telah memberi secercah harapan bahwa Pilpres 2024 tidak semengkhawatirkan sebagaimana dibayangkan. Mengingat Muhaimin Iskandar dan PKB selama ini dicitrakan mengusung politik kebangsaan dan keindonesiaan.

This article discusses the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency. The main problem in this study is how the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts among adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency. From the main problem, the researcher put forward sub-problems, namely, How is the process of applying interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency? and How is the effectiveness of the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency? This research uses qualitative methods that collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency, was carried out through counseling with the theme of communication, approaches through parents, government, and teachers to adolescents, dyadic communication, and small group communication. Then, the effectiveness of the application of interpersonal communication in overcoming conflicts between adolescents in Palakka District, Bone Regency, namely, adolescents always apply an open attitude so that they can tell the conflicts experienced, empathy helps adolescents in constructively handling conflicts, support from parents and other people can affect a child's identity which can increase his ability to adapt to a problem, adolescents do positive activities to overcome the conflicts that occur. This study aims to determine the da'wah strategy of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Sambas Regency in increasing people's awareness of zakat, optimizing the collection, distribution, and utilization of zakat, and implementing zakat as an instrument of poverty alleviation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research location is in Sambas Regency, Indonesia, with primary data sources obtained through in-depth interviews with BAZNAS officers, Head and Treasurer of UPZ Sub-district, religious leaders, beneficiary village heads, and zakat recipient communities. Secondary data were obtained from BAZNAS documents, activity reports, poverty statistics, and local policies. The results showed that BAZNAS's da'wah strategy in increasing people's awareness involved a da'wah communication approach, religious education programs, and collaboration with religious leaders. Optimizing zakat management is done through community-based zakat campaigns, utilization of information technology, and implementation of social activities to strengthen social networks. In alleviating poverty, BAZNAS implements a zakat economic empowerment program that is proven to have a positive impact on the independence of mustahik. This research implies that the zakat management model of BAZNAS Sambas Regency can be used as a strategic reference for other regions in Indonesia, especially in building public trust, increasing zakat literacy, and encouraging the transformation of society from mustahik to muzakki in a sustainable manner
