Abstract

In terms of natural potential, cultural potential, and man-made potential, the Timpag resort region of TabananRegency has respectable potential to be developed as a tourist resort. The aim of this research is to find possiblerural tour package models, packaging options, and distribution channels in Timpag Village, Tabanan Regency.This research is a type of qualitative research that collects data through techniques such as in-depth interviewsand conducting literature studies in addition to direct observation at the research site (observation). Bypresenting the findings of the in-depth interviews to the informants, especially the Perbekel, Pokdarwis, andTimpag Village residents, the data is presented in the form of a description. From the results of in-depthinterviews, observations and studies of secondary data that the main drivers of tourism sustainability inTimpag Village are natural potential, cultural potential and man-made potential. The development of naturaltourism involves organizing numerous agricultural pursuits into a singular appeal (USP) that can be promoted.This cultural potential offers a religious destination in the form of a shower with seven springs and shows thelife of farmers to tourists. Tourists are invited to get to know the local culture by being welcomed by thePanyembrama dance. The artificial potential in Timpag village through unique and unique crafts can become atourist destination for village souvenirs. The direct marketing distribution channel model is used to marketrural tour packages in Timpag Village. This involves the use of digital media as well as intermediaries whichinclude marketing agencies such as tour drivers, tour guides, travel agents and local marketers.Keywords: Identify the Potential, Packaging, Tourism Village

Abstract

Mundeh Kangin Village has natural resource potential that can be developed into agrotourism. The MundehKangin Village farmer group transformed the village into a durian village. The unique nature and culture attracttourists to visit the village. In improving the quality of tourism, of course there needs to be an effective strategyso that the tourism ecosystem in Mundeh Kangin Village can become a leading tourism destination in TabananRegency, Bali. The focus and aim of this research is to formulate a development strategy for Mundeh KanginVillage. Using the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) in analyzing thestrategic environment in the management of Tourism Villages. This research uses a qualitative research typeusing sources from Mundeh Kangin Village, namely the village head (perbekel), the Tourism Awareness Group(POKDARWIS) and farmer groups. Based on the IFE and EFE matrix tables, the total weighted scores are 2.75and 3.12. This shows that agrotourism in Mundeh Kangin Village is relatively strong in overcoming weaknessesand taking advantage of existing opportunities to overcome threats. The internal strategic factor in MundehKangin Village which is the main strength is that it is one of the horticultural commodities which has reachednational and international markets and the garden products in the form of local fruits such as durian, salak,buni, chocolate, coffee, coconut, porang grow abundantly in Mundeh Kangin Village 0.64, while the mainweakness is capital and infrastructure which is still lacking with a total value of 0.33. The external strategicfactor in the development of Mundeh Kangin village which is the main opportunity is the lifestyle of the peoplewho want to return to nature with a value of 0.57, while the main threat faced is the unpredictable climate witha value of 0.30. The research results show that the strategy that can be used by Mundeh Kangin Village is aGeneric expansion strategy. Meanwhile, Strategy variations are, concentric diversification, market penetration,market and product development and backward integration.Keywords: SWOT analysis, development, tourist villages

Abstract

Perkembangan industri pariwisata baik berupa hotel, restoran, dan tempat-tempat rekreasi lainnya turut mengiringi perkembangan pariwisata di Bali. Banyaknya industri pariwisata yang berkembang khususnya restoran, menimbulkan persaingan semakin ketat. Semua pelaku industri restoran menginginkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dalam usahanya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah menganalisis menu yang dijual untuk menentukan strategi bauran pemasaran sehingga dapat mencapai keuntungan yang diinginkan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan tingkat popularitas dari menu a’la carte untuk lunch dan dinner serta menentukan strategi buaran pemasaran apa yang harus diambil oleh pihak manajemen hotel.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yaitu data-data yang berupa informasi dan angka-angka dari data intern dan ekstern. Data ini dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan teknik analisis menu engineering. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari keseluruhan a’la carte menu yang ditawarkan pada Bunut Café dari 74 makanan , 29,73% atau 22 item tergolong menu Star (popular dan menguntungkan), 25.68% atau 19 item menu tergolong kelas menu Plowhorse (popular tetapi tidak menguntungkan), 28.38% atau 21 item tergolong kelas menu Puzzle (tidak popular tetapi menguntungkan), 16.22% atau 12 item tergolong kelas menu Dog (tidak popular dan tidak menguntungkan). Abstract

Peran Generasi Milenial dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Generasi milenial dan eksistensinya di media sosial mampu memberi energi yang besar dalam pengembangan desa wisata.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran generasi milenial dalam pengembangan Desa wisata Nyambu dan Desa Baru Marga di Kabupaten Tabanan serta implikasinya terhadap kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh masyarakat, pengelola desa wisata dan organisasi pemuda yang tergabung dalam Sekaa Teruna Teruni. Tahapan analisis data kualitatif yaitu, menandai kata-kata kunci dan gagasan yang ada di dalam data dan berupaya menemukan tema yang berasal dari data, menuliskan model yang ditemukan dan koding yang telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran generasi milenial dalam pengembangan Desa wisata Nyambu dan Desa Baru Marga melalui tiga tahapan meliputi tahap produser, tahap proses dan tahap produk. Bentuk inovasi generasi milenial terkait upaya pengembangan Desa wisata dilakukan dengan penguatan SDA dan implikasinya adalah generasi milenial dapat berkomitmen menjaga tradisi sosial budaya sehingga identitas diri dapat dipertahankan dan kelestarian alam dapat terjaga. Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan terobosan baru bagi kelompok kerajinan batok kelapa, memenuhi kebutuhan pasar produk kerajinan batok kelapa, menerapkan metode pengolahan usaha berbasis Iptek dan inovasi. Secara khusus, pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perkembangan usaha kecil menengah di Desa Timpag, peningkatkan pengetahuan kelompok tentang kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Pemberdayaan perekonomian masyarakat melalui kerajinan batok kelapa di Desa Timpag adalah upaya membangun daya masyarakat dengan mendorong, memotivasi dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga Desa Timpag mengalami pertumbuhan perekonomian dengan adanya kerajinan batok kelapa. Mitra memerlukan alat-alat atau mesin-mesin produksi pengolahan bahan baku agar dapat menjadi barang kerajinan yang mempunyai nilai tambah. Aspek manajemen usaha yang diberikan pelatihan kepada mitra kelompok wirausaha baru sebagai bagian masyarakat adalah manajemen pembukuan sederhana agar mereka bisa mengetahui dengan jelas keuangan dari usaha tersebut. Untuk aspek pemasaran, dengan adanya program BUMDes tersebut maka mitra kelompok wirausaha baru sangat terbantu dalam memasarkan produknya. PKM dilaksanakan dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahap pertama adalah tahap identifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan mitra, di mana pada mitra terdapat 3 bidang yang menjadi permasalahan yaitu bidang pengelolaan, bidang pengolahan, dan bidang distribusi. Bidang pengelolaan diterapkan pelatihan tentang standar manajemen pengelolaan batok kelapa, pembuatan standar dan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan batok kelapa, serta pendampingan dan pelatihan. Bidang pengolahan diterapkan pembuatan standar dan pelatihan pengolahan batok kelapa menjadi kerajinan seperti tempat sabun, gayung, dan mangkok kayu, serta pendampingan dan pelatihan terpadu pengolahan batok kelapa. Bidang distribusi diterapkan cara mendistribusikan hasil pengolahan batok kelapa serta pendampingan.Kata kunci : batok kelapa, kerajinan, limbah kelapa, inovasi masyarakatABSTRACTThis Community Partnership Program is provide breakthroughs for coconut shell craft groups, meet market needs for coconut shell craft products, apply science and technology-based business processing methods and innovations. In particular, this project can make a positive contribution to the development of small and medium businesses in the village of Timpag. In addition to increasing group knowledge about the quality of production and marketing. Community economic empowerment through coconut shell handicrafts in Timpag Village is an effort to build community power by encouraging, motivating and raising awareness of the potential that is owned to meet the needs of the community so that Timpag Village experiences economic growth with the existence of coconut shell handicrafts. So it requires tools or machines for processing raw materials in order to become handicrafts that have added value. Besides that, public knowledge about handicrafts made from coconut shells as mentioned above is also lacking, so training in the manufacture of these products is needed. The aspect of business management that needs to be given training to new entrepreneurial group partners as part of the community is simple bookkeeping management so that they can know the finances of the business. For marketing aspects, with the BUMDes program, new entrepreneurial group partners will be significantly helped in marketing their products. The Community Partnership Program is implemented by conducting training and assistance. The first stage is the stage ofidentifying problems and needs of partners, wherein partners there are 3 problem areas,namely, management, processing, and distribution. In the field of management, training onmanagement standards for coconut shell management is applied, standard-setting andmanagement training for coconut shell management, as well as mentoring and training. In thefield of processing, standard manufacturing and training in processing coconut shells intohandicrafts such as soap dispenser, and wooden bowls are applied, as well as integratedcoconut shell processing and assistance. The distribution sector will be applied on how todistribute the results of coconut shell processing and assistance.Keywords: coconut shell, crafts, coconut waste, community innovation
