This research aims to analyze the influence of education and training (Diklat), competency on position promotion and employee performance at Eco Beach Villa and Canggu Apartments in companies in the tourism industry sector in Badung district. In this study, the population studied was 216 permanent employees at Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu. This research sample used the Solvin formula to obtain 68 people. The analysis technique used is "path analysis". The analysis results show that: 1). Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees; 2). Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees; 3). Education and training have a direct influence on the promotion of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees; 4). Competency has a direct influence on the promotion of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees; 5). Job promotions have a direct effect on the performance of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees; 6). Education and training have a significant indirect effect on the performance of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees through job promotions; 7). Competency has a significant indirect effect on the performance of Eco Beach Villa and Apartment Canggu employees through job promotions. Management of human resources in an organization is an important aspect, because HR will have a positiveimpact on organizational development. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload andwork life balance on employee performance through job burnout. This research was conducted at the Biro SDMPolda Bali. The population in this study were all employees of the Bali Police HR Bureau with a total of 88employees. The sample used is the census method so that the entire population is used as a sample. Collectingdata using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate thatworkload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive effecton employee performance. Job burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.Workload has a positive and significant effect on job burnout. Work life balance has a negative and significanteffect on job burnout. Job burnout is able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan di North Wing Canggu Resort, Metode sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan responden 31 orang. Analisis data mempergunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan diantaranya bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam hal ini kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di North Wing Canggu Resort. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen North Wing Canggu Resort lebih memperhatikan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di North Wing Canggu Resort. Hal ini dikarenakan dari temuan hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan di North Wing Canggu Resort. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di North Wing Canggu Resort lebih ditekankan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pelanggan dari North Wing Canggu Resort. This research is motivated by the importance of training, to improve skills and develop competitive andcompetent human resources (HR). UPTD BLK Bali Industry and Tourism has a training program in thehospitality sector which will produce a competent workforce. The focus of research in writing this thesis are:(1). What is the role of the implementation of training to improve the skills of trainees at UPTD BLK for BaliIndustry and Tourism Job Training (2). How the training facilities are used for the training process (3). What isthe impact of training at UPTD BLK Bali Industry and Tourism (4). How UPTD BLK Bali Industry and Tourismfacilitates training participants. In this research, the research method uses descriptive qualitative data methodby taking primary data sources directly obtained in the field and secondary data obtained from documents inthe form of brochures and photographs. And data collection techniques by means of interviews, documentationand observation. The results of this study indicate that the role of UPTD BLK in the implementation ofhospitality skills training is as a provider of funds, programs, instructors, materials, teaching methods andtraining participants supported by supporting theoretical and practical facilities, although there needs to beimprovements in classroom facilities. The impact of this training is very good with the increase in the skills ofthe participants, so that it can increase the family economy, participants can create a home industry. As well assupport from the Bali Industry and Tourism UPTD BLK to facilitate participants by including in the SISNAKERsystem as a bridge between participants and industry (employers).Keywords: Role of UPTD BLK, impact of training, competent and competitive workforce

Sana Vie Villa Seminyak is a hotel industry that can contribute to the economy of the community in theSeminyak Traditional Village and its surroundings. The sustainability of Sana Vie Villa Seminyak cannot beseparated from the role of consumers or tourists who stay there, because consumers or tourists are the reasonwhy Sana Vie Villa Seminyak can continue to exist today. This research aims to determine the influence ofservice quality and customer relationship marketing on tourist loyalty with trust as a mediating variable. Thisresearch was conducted at Sana Vie Villa Seminyak. Samples were determined using the Slovin formula with asample size of 100 samples. Data collection in this research used questionnaires with the data analysistechnique SEM-PLS. The results of this research show that e-service quality has a positive effect on touristloyalty. Customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. Trust has apositive and significant effect on tourist loyalty. service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust.Customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on trust. Trust is able to mediate theinfluence of service quality on tourist loyalty. The research in this thesis is motivated by how the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Puri Dajuma Beach Eco Resort and Spa Jembrana Hotel. The purpose of this thesis research is to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Puri Dajuma Beach Eco Resort and Spa Jembrana Hotel. In this study, primary and secondary data are quantitative. The technique of testing the data in this study is the instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption test consists of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests and multiple linear regression tests where the significance level is 5 percent. The results showed that culture (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From these results it can be seen that organizational culture is very important in the company. Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that motivation has an important influence on the continuity of quality employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Employee Performance

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer relationship marketing on marketing performance, analyze the influence of customer relationship marketing on competitive advantage, analyze the influence of competitive advantage on marketing performance, and analyze the role of competitive advantage in mediating the influence of customer relationship marketing on marketing performance. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 72 employees at Atanaya Kuta Bali and 53 people were used as respondents using a purposive sampling technique, selecting samples using certain criteria. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is primary data. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using SmartPLS software, namely SmartPLS 3.2.7. The research results show that, 1) customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, 2) customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, 3) competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, and 4) competitive advantage is able to mediate the influence of customer relationship marketing on marketing performance. These results indicate that customer relationship marketing has an influence on marketing performance. This shows that to improve marketing performance, management at Atanaya Kuta Bali should maximize customer relationship marketing Keywords: Competitive Advantage, Customer Relationship Marketing, Marketing Performance

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan,untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menganalisis danmengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerjakaryawan Koperasi Kredit Tritunggal Tuka. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dataprimer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh oleh peneliti langsung dari penyebaran kuesionerkepada karyawan Koperasi Kredit Tritunggal Tuka. Data sekunder merupakan data yangpengumpulan dan pengolahannya diperoleh dari tempat penelitian, seperti bagan organisasi danjumlah karyawan yang bekerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Koperasi KreditTritunggal Tuka yang berjumlah 80 orang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampel yang digunakan adalahteknik sensus atau sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji validitas,uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik: normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heterokedastisitas, serta analisis jalur/ path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Kepemimpinan (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja(X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Variabel Kepemimpinan secaraparsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Namun variabel Motivasi Kerjasecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at KTS Balinese Villas Canggu, through motivation as a mediator. This research is a population study, where the entire population is used as a sample of 30 people. This study uses quantitative data types and is in the form of causal associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables and this relationship has a causal nature. There are 3 (three) operational variables to be studied, namely: Compensation, Employee Performance, and Work Motivation. The research instrument testing consists of 2 (two) stages, namely the instrument validity test and the instrument reliability test. This study will analyze and explain the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at KTS Balinese Villas Canggu. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 17 program. The results showed that 1) Compensation had a positive and significant effect on work motivation of KTS Balinese Villas Canggu employees 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KTS Balinese Villas Canggu employees 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KTS Balinese Villas Canggu employees 4) Work motivation mediates the effect of compensation on the performance of KTS Balinese Villas Canggu employees. Financial Performance of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk was not healthy before the Covid-19 Pandemic, its performance got worse with the Covid-19 Pandemic and its performance only improved after new investors entered by putting in additional capital in the second year after the Covid-19 Pandemic ended. It is estimated that as tourism returns to normal, its financial performance will improve and its financial ratios will become healthier. Unhealthy financial performance results in a decline in the company's share price, and as a result the company's market capitalization value also declines. Improving financial performance by improving the capital structure and increasing sales as well as making efficiencies in the company's operational aspects. Improving financial performance will certainly boost the increase in share prices which have been slumping. Promotion/marketing strategies to increase sales should still pay attention to sustainability (sustainable green tourism marketing) in order to reduce (minimise) the negative effects of tourism on people's lives.
