Abstract

Faktor kurangnya pengetahuan telah disebutkan sebagai salah satu faktor penghambat kinerja inovasi organisasi. Mengingat masalah ini, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyelidiki praktik dan efek knowledge-oriented keadership terhadap proses manajemen pengetahuan, dan juga pengaruh implementasi proses knowledge management (dengan dimensi knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination, dan knowledge application) terhadap kinerja inovasi di industry manufaktur. Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 170 karyawan manajerial dari salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa knowledge-oriented leadership memberi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap proses manajemen pengetahuan. Demikian juga, seluruh dimensi proses manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Akhirnya, berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, rekomendasi dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya telah diberikan dalam pembahasan lanjut penelitian ini.

Abstract

Berdasarkan social cognitive theory (SCT), penelitian ini mendalilkan karakteristik tim kritis dan faktor lingkungan sebagai pendorong utama kinerja tim. Dalam model yang diusulkan dari studi ini, kinerja tim berhubungan positif dengan dua anteseden (yaitu, keadilan prosedural dan EQ Climate) secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui mediasi perencanaan tim. Data dikumpulkan dari 170 kuesioner yang dikembalikan dari sampel yang diambil secara random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan procedural dan EQ climate berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tim, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi proses manajemen pengetahuan. Selain itu, pengujian empiris penelitian ini, dengan menyelidiki para teknisi engineering yang bekerja di industri manufaktur Indonesia, melengkapi penerapan teori kognitif sosial dalam memahami kinerja tim. Terakhir, implikasi manajerial tentang kinerja tim dan open problem di masa depan dibahas pada akhir laporan penelitian.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of organizational justice and transformational leadership on organizational commitment of the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction have a significant effect as mediator between organizational justice and organizational commitment. This new research proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing organizational justice with intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of dimensions of transformational leadership (i.e. idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration) on organizational commitment of the the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang which are mediated by job satisfaction. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 151 population of lecturers. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 102 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded: first, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, except inspirational motivation. Second, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individualized consideration have not significant effect on organizational commitment, except intellectual stimulation. Third, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Fourth, the dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation, but inspirational motivation have not significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as mediation. This study proposed a model for building the organizational commitment among the lecturers of a privat higher education institution in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership with job satisfaction as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Marketing in this century has developed quite rapidly and is in demand by business actors because it has promising opportunities, including in big cities such as Tangerang. Property developer is a property developer engaged in housing. Until now, the marketing system for property developers is how to sell as much housing as possible in one month. The problem that occurs in the marketing system at property developers is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the home marketing process is still using the technique of distributing brochures and data processing so far it is still conventional and the list of booking lists and pricelists of house unit prices are not yet detailed. The purpose of the research is to build a housing unit marketing system using conceptual analysis and to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors are on property developers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based housing marketing system that can display detailed housing information including housing building specifications, price lists, housing locations, stock units, location maps and payment details

Abstract

One of the things that makes a quality written work is related to the element of plagiarism which often occurs as a result of not using a reference manager in citations. In managing references sourced from books or journals, it can be done with the help of several available software/applications, such as Mendeley. Existence software such as Mendeley which can be used to assist with citation writing, allows writers to process their reference documents. Based on the results the implementation of the activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the participants related to the Mendeley Application before and after the training. However, in terms of the ability to install applications on laptops and Ms. Word as well as using the Application Mendeley to make a bibliography some participants have not been able to master maximum (100%), so it must still be assisted and directed even though the training has been completed implemented. The problem-solving method used is based on the approach management in increasing production and sales results in 3 (three) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas dan kualitas pelayanan (service quality) terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri manufaktur, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 105 orang karyawan dari salah satu perusahaan industry manufaktur di Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Smart PLS v.3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, religiusitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan dan memelihara kepuasan kerja karyawan pada industry manufaktur melalui peningkatan religiusitas dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan. Serta membangun kesiapan karyawan untuk menghadapi dunia industry yang makin sadar spiritual.

Abstract

Implementation of Integrated Quality Management needs to be done in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This study discusses the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in educational institutions and the problems and solutions that occur in its implementation in educational institutions. the. In carrying out the educational process, it will not be separated from improvements in accordance with the problems faced every year or in accordance with the implementation of TQM in schools which has the main goal of providing satisfaction for internal and external education customers, services with quality product results. Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Indonesia requires at least three stages of implementation, namely: preparation, planning, and implementation. Barriers to the implementation of Total Quality Management in Indonesia include resistance to change, lack of commitment to quality, and lack of readiness, willingness and human competence. Alternative solutions are necessary informed about the importance of change in achieving quality, maintaining and developing it, so that a shared commitment to quality grows.

Hal ini dikarenakan Pencatatan dan pencetakan data masih bersifat manual dan apabilaingin menghasilkan sebuah laporan, petugas harus melihat data satu persatu.Dengan timbulnya masalah tersebut, maka dirancang suatu sistem informasi PenerimaanMahasiswa Baru berbasis web. Namun, sistem yang akan dibuat tak hanya mengedepankanperkembangan karakteristik masyarakat modern saja, tetapi juga keakuratan dalam menghasilkanlaporan yang flexibel. Untuk itu sebelum sistem ini diluncurkan secara online, dilakukan penelitianmengenai field-field yang dibutuhkan agar dapat memudahkan user di dalam menggunakan sistemtersebut. Sistem informasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru berbasis web ini juga nantinya diharapkandapat meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa yang masuk ke STMIK Swadharma. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah berdasar metode kualitatif.pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi danwawancara. Sedangkan metode untuk penilaian mengunakan ISO 9126Penerapan sistem yang baru akan dilakukan dengan cara cut over, diharapkan segeradilaksanakan. Abstract

ABSTRAKPerubahan orientasi bisnis dewasa ini dari produk driven menjadi customer driven, membawa dampak yangsignifikan terhadap perkembangan e-business sehingga perusahaan harus mengunakan solusi dan aplikasi yangtepat. Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) merupakan salah satu sarana untuk menjalinhubungan yang berkelanjutan antara perusahaan dengan para stakeholder maupun shareholdernya yang berbasismedia elektronik. PT Gandum Mas Kencana merupakan industri manufaktur, masih ditemukan berbagaimasalah, seperti kurang efektifnya pengelolaan aktifitas sales terhadap pelayanan kepada customer, sehinggaperusahaan kurang memahami apa yang customer butuhkan sehingga mengakibatkan penanganan masalahmenjadi lama. Prototipe yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan oleh sales untukpelayanan customer di area. Dengan demikian proses pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif, dimanaperusahaan mampu mengelolah data menjadi lebih cepat dan memperkecil resiko human errordan kehilangandata.Kata kunci : Customer Relationship Management, e-CRM,Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing, Android,ISO 9126.
