Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang, pengaruh future time perspective terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiwa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. dan pengaruh pengalaman magang dan future time perspective terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 fakultas ekonomi universitas negeri padang tahun masuk 2019 sebanyak 479. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan rumus Slovin, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara proportional random sampling dan diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 218 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis induktif. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu Uji F dan Uji t dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengalaman magang berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (2) future time perspective berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (3) pengalaman magang dan future time perspective berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to create learning media product that are valid and to use. This type of research is known as R&D. Using a 4-D development model with four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The feasibility of expert validators who are knowledgeable in their fields was taken into consideration when testing this research on class XI IPS students at SMAN 3 Pariaman. These are the conclusions reached by the research: First, the material experts' validation scored 93.6% in the very feasible category. In the meantime, the media experts' validation received a score of 97.1%, placing it in the very feasible category. So, in general, based on the assessment of the media and material validators, it can be stated that it is very feasible to be used in learning economics on employment materials. Second, the teacher's assessment received a score of 97.5%, while the student's assessment received a score of 88.5%, placing them both in the very practical category. The study's findings lead us to the conclusion that the animated Talking Head Video as a teaching tool for economics subjects is valid and practical to use.

Abstract

The E-Learning program is able to make it easy for lecturers and students to continue learning even though they do not meet face to face. And this program is designed with various menus that can provide different colors in the implementation of the learning process. However, this must of course be supported by aspects related to supporting the success of a system, such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, institutional policies, readiness of various supporting aspects and so on. The evaluation used uses the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product. Based on literature studies and research publications, this model is proven to be able to explain the components of the E-Learning program and provide an overview of the use of the E-Learning program at Padang State University. This research will evaluate the E-Learning program at UNP using the CIPP model. In this research the model CIPP is used in evaluating the E-Learning context, input or input in the E-Learning program. Evaluation of the process of using E-Learning and evaluation of the results of the E-Learning program. This is very important to research considering the high use of E-Learning Programs in learning at the Universitas Negeri Padang. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, research which aims to explain existing phenomena by using numbers to explain the characteristics of individuals or groups

Abstract

Interactive learning media based on Nearpod is a media were developed to make learning processes more interactive. This media will offer a assortment of elements that might be utilized to engage students directly in the educational experience and make it more charming and meaningful. Furthermore, this media will simplify it for understudies to comprehend the idea of realizing, which can move along student learning outcomes.  This exploration is an examination and improvement research with the advancement model utilized utilizes a 4-D model, consisting of four defining, planning, developing, and disseminating.  The consequences of the master approval test demonstrated that this media was practical concerning content, with a typical worth of 80% and for the plausibility of the media it got a typical worth of 83.3% with a truly possible class.  The aftereffects of the assessment master approval test also indicate this media are suitable for use as an evaluation test. The aftereffects of the common sense test showed that this media was very practical for usage in learning, with an average rating of 88.3% for teachers and 89.8% for students. Interactive media based on Nearpod is also efficient for improving student learning outcomes for national income economics lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic in students of SMK Negeri 1 Padang Panjang for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 1 Padang Panjang, amounting to 895 people. The sample used was 100 respondents. The type of data in this study is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data has been collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and factor analysis based on 3 existing factors. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 factors that have been confirmed to affect student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic in SMK Negeri 1 Padang Panjang students, namely family environmental factors, interest factors, and relationship/communication factors, creativity factors, motivational factors, and socio-economic factors. The most dominant factor influencing student learning independence during the Covid-19 pandemic is the family environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family environment, learning facilities and independent learning on the learning outcomes of class X and IX students in economics subjects SMA Negeri 2 Painan students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was an associative descriptive study with a population of 231 SMA Negeri 2 Painan. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with a sample of 35 students. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. To ensure the questionnaire used in this study, validity and reliability tests were used. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 15.0. Before performing the data analysis technique, the classical assumption test is carried out using the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the research The results showed that 1) the family environment have a positive and no significant effect on learning outcomes, 2) learning facilities have a positive and no significant effect on learning outcomes, 3) learning independence had a positive and no significant effect on learning outcomes 4) family environment, learning facilities and independent learning together has a positive and insignificant effect on student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the effect of digital financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of students of Padang State University, 2) the effect of conformity on the consumptive behavior of students of Padang State University, and 3) the effect of digital financial literacy and conformity on the consumptive behavior of students of Padang State University. This is a descriptive and assosiative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with 381 sampels. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study, it is known that variables that partially affect consumptive behavior are digital financial literacy with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, conformity variable has effect on consumptive behavior with a significance value of 0.012<0.05. Meanwhile, for simultaneous testing of variables of digital financial literacy and conformity affect consumptive behavior with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 8,4%.
