Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMAN 1 Lembang Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan bentuk nonequivalent pretest-post test control group design. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi21 dengan statistik parametik, uji perbedaan rata-rata (paired samples t-test dan independent samples t-test), gain score dan perhitungan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (problem based learning) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional (ceramah). Penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa lebih baik dibanding metode Konvensional.

Management and members need to increase their knowledge and skills regarding the form of business run by cooperatives so that later the goals of the cooperative can be achieved. This research uses descriptive method. With a comparative approach. This research is intended to test whether there are differences in the understanding of cooperative management and members in the implementation of retail management in the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative before and after the training. The research respondents were the administrators and members of the Serumpun Melati Putih Cooperative and the Pulau Harapan Cooperative which amounted to 14 people, the data was collected in July 2022 with the data collection technique in the form of a test. The test given is in the form of questions related to understanding of retail management. The prerequisite test analysis uses a normality test. The data is processed by using paired sample t test. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the understanding of the administrators and members of the cooperative regarding the implementation of retail management before and after the implementation of the training provide

Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) is research conducted by educators (lecturers) in class that focus on improving the learning process. Classroom Action Research functions as a tool for solving problems that arise in class and also as a tool for in-service training, where lecturers use new skills and methods and sharpen their analytical abilities. PTK is carried out through a cycle consisting of four stages, starting with planning, followed by action and observation activities, and ending with reflection to analyze the data obtained through action. The learning model used in this study is Case Based Learning, a case-based approach that engages students in discussions of specific situations and examples of real-world events. Based on research the Case Base Learning model can improve the quality of learning in class, this can be seen in the increase in learning outcomes, motivation, and student activity.

The aims of this study were to determine how advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion influenced purchasing decisions at Rawit Indah Supermarkets in Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency. This research approach is a quantitative research with a causative research type. The population of this research is all consumers who have shopped at Rawit Supermarkets. Using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 97 people. As well, descriptive data analysis techniques and inductive analysis. The result of this research, (1) advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion variables all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) advertising variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) individual sales variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) sales promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan lahirnya teknologi digital dan internet, pengguaan teknologi digital merambah ke keseluruhan aspek kehidupan termasuk pada bidang pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk dapat memahami dan menggunakan teknologi, terlebih lagi siswa saat ini merupakan generasi Z yang sejak kecil telah mengenal teknologi dan tidak dapat terpisahkan dari teknologi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajara salah satunya pada media pembelajaran, sehingga kemampuan guru dalam mengambangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital learning harus terus ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu guru membutuhkan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis digita. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan dan mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis digital akan meningkat sehingga media pembelajaran lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and brand awareness on consumer satisfaction at Makjus Cake shop consumers in Padang City. The number of research samples was determined based on the William Cochran formula, as many as 97 people and selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the people of Padang City with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that (1) product quality, price and brand awareness have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Makjus Cake shop consumers in Padang City, (2) product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. consumer satisfaction at Makjus Cake shop consumers in Padang City, (3) price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Makjus Cake shop consumers in Padang City, (4) brand awareness has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Makjus Cake shop consumers in Padang City.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimen (eksperimen semu) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan media evaluasi Kahoot terhadap hasil belajar siswa (studi kasus pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Padang). Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Media Evaluasi Kahoot sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Hasil Belajar Siswa sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-test dan Post-test Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Padang sebanyak 356 siswa yang terdiri dari 10 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 72 orang siswa yaitu kelas XE.7 sebanyak 36 orang siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XE.5 sebanyak 36 orang siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dimana semua analisis diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dengan alpha 0,05. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,009 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media evaluasi Kahoot pada kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian penggunaan media evaluasi Kahoot berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Padang. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t-test diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,102 > 0,05 maka H0 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media evaluasi Kahoot maupun kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan media evaluasi Kahoot (konvensional).

This study set out to determine how student interest in internet purchasing atPadang State University was impacted by consumer trust. A descriptive quantitativeresearchdesign was adopted for this investigation. The study’s sample was made up ofPadang State University students. The number of study samples, which may reach 97,was determined using the Cochran formula, and they were selected using a non-probability sampling approach and purposive sampling technique. Students at PadangState University were given questionnaires with pre-written questions in order to collectthe data. The analytical method employed is simple regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results show that Trust has a considerable impact on Purchase Intention.

This study aims to determine (1) Comparison of learning outcomes for bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi students at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. (2) Comparison of the adversity quotient of bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The data used are primary data and secondary data in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang with a sample of 84 people who were determined using a proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing using the Independent sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between the learning outcomes of bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. There is a significant difference between the fighting power of bidikmisi and non-bidikmisi students. This is evidenced by the hypothesis testing that was carried out, namely Sig. < Sig α (0.000 < 0.05). This means that bidikmisi students have a higher fighting power than non-bidikmisi students.

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of brand image and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) simultaneously on consumer satisfaction in several products. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a type of causal research. The population of this study is Padang State University students who use several products and samples of 97 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling. The results of the research on the Influence of Brand Image and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom) on Customer Satisfaction of Sometinc Cosmetic Products. In Sometinc Products, 1) The Brand Image of Sometinc cosmetic products is considered more positive and good by Padang State University students. 2) E-Wom Sometinc cosmetic products have a great influence on the purchase of products by students of Padang State University. 3) Consumer satisfaction with Sometinc cosmetic products, especially Padang State University students, is quite good
