Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between E-WOM and impulsive buying to help e-commerce implement the right marketing strategy to increase sales. This study aims to test the role of E-WOM in increasing impulsive buying by developing a theoretical framework. The respondents used in this study were 125, and the incoming data was processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This study also studied other variables, namely shopping lifestyle, sales promotion, and economic literacy, which showed a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This study will contribute to future research on impulsive buying and other research related to e-commerce users, especially in Generation Z

Abstract

The digitalization training conducted by Team 6 of the Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) from Universitas Muria Kudus in Gribig Village, Gebog District, Kudus aimed to improve marketing strategies and administrative management through the use of digital technology. This activity involved members of PROKLIM Gribig Asri Berseri and focused on two main aspects: optimizing Instagram as a digital marketing platform for the PROKLIM Store, and utilizing Spreadsheets for bookkeeping and financial report preparation for the waste bank. The training provided practical knowledge on using Instagram to promote products and on using Spreadsheets to improve data management efficiency. The outcomes of this training are expected to increase brand awareness, boost sales, and create more transparent and accountable administrative management.Pelatihan digitalisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim 6 KKN Tematik Universitas Muria Kudus di Desa Gribig, Kecamatan Gebog, Kudus bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan manajemen administrasi melalui penggunaan teknologi digital. Kegiatan ini melibatkan anggota PROKLIM Gribig Asri Berseri dan difokuskan pada dua aspek utama yaitu optimalisasi media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana digital marketing untuk Toko PROKLIM dan penggunaan Spreadsheet untuk pembukuan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan bank sampah. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan praktis tentang penggunaan Instagram untuk promosi produk dan pemanfaatan Spreadsheet untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen data. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan brand awareness, penjualan, serta manajemen administrasi yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Keahlian, Daya Tarik Influencer, dan Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap Keterikatan Pelanggan (Studi pada Pengguna Viva di Kabupaten Kudus). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Viva di Kabupaten Kudus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 110 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan dan keahlian tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan pelanggan. Daya tarik dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan pelanggan pada pengguna Viva. Secara simultan, kepercayaan, keahlian, daya tarik, dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan pelanggan.

Abstract

Kudus Gebyok crafts, a significant intangible cultural heritage, face threats from artisan regeneration issues, traditional production inefficiencies, and limited market reach. This study aims to empower the Gebyok Creative Economy Center by integrating technological innovation and digitalization to ensure cultural conservation. A participatory action research approach was employed with two artisan partners, involving the modernization of production tools, training in digital motif design, registration of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and development of digital marketing strategies. The results demonstrated significant improvements, with the adoption of modern machinery increasing production efficiency by up to 81.56%. Additionally, five distinctive motifs were successfully digitized and legally protected through IPR registration, and market access was expanded through the creation of social media channels and an e-catalog. In conclusion, the strategic implementation of technology and digitalization proved effective in enhancing production capacity while safeguarding cultural assets. This research contributes a replicable empowerment model for other heritage-based creative industries, demonstrating a viable pathway to synergize cultural preservation with economic sustainability in the modern era.

Abstract

Customer awareness regarding environmental damage is increasing. For this reason, this research discusses how to increase green brand equity in green hotels in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to examine the role of green satisfaction and customer engagement in increasing green brand equity by developing a theoretical research framework. A total of 156 respondents were collected, and after carrying out multiple linear regression analyses, it can be seen that the antecedent of green brand equity is customer engagement. Meanwhile, another variable in this research which was also studied, namely green satisfaction, apparently had no effect on the rise and fall of green brand equity in green hotels. This study contributes to future research on green hotels and other research that pays attention to environmental conservation.

Abstract

Kampoeng Remitan is an MSME in Mayong Lor Village, Jepara Regency which is engaged in pottery such as piggy banks, jugs, remittance children's toys, roof tiles, and others. The business that has been carried out by craftsmen in MSMEs has not been known for generations. Whereas the resulting product is one of the superior products of the local area. Lack of management in the field of marketing and promotion is one part of the cause. Whereas in the current era, digital-based marketing management and product promotion are very popular with many traders. Many MSME actors use the internet through social media or websites as a business field with good turnover prospects. Thus, the purpose of this training activity is the need for MSMEs in Kampoeng Remitan, Mayong Lor Village, and Jepara Regency to adapt to technological developments in terms of online or digital-based marketing and promotion. The existence of this activity is useful as an increase in the knowledge capacity, ability, and competence of craftsmen in terms of using the internet as a digital marketing, promotion, and sales medium.

Abstract

Fokus pengabdian ini adalah memberdayakan para pengrajin seni gebyok Kabupaten Kudus. Tujuan yang dicapai meningkatkan kemampuan mendesain motif atau ornamen seni gebyok Kudus melalui aplikasi digital. Metode pengabdian melalui langkah persiapan (preparatory stage), langkah simulasi (simulation stage), langkah siap bertindak (action stage) dan langkah penerimaan norma kolektif (generalizing stage). Hasil yang diperoleh adanya kebutuhan mendesain secara digital yang sebelumnya menggunakan teknik manual. Hasil yang diperoleh adanya identifikasi motif dalam proses manual menjadi implikasi secara digital yang siap diterapkan dalam mesin CNC Routher. Transformasi objek realitas (subjek karya) dipindai dalam aplikasi scanner yang menggunakan proses digital. Proporsisi gambar akan terlihat pada format vektor untuk diterapkan pada penerapan mesin CNC. Penerapan desain motif seni gebyok Kudus melalui proses mendesain dibuat menggunakan aplikasi scanner 3D (Tiga Dimensi).

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have proven to be able to overcome the wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Resilience to the impact of the crisis occurred because of the entrepreneurial capabilities possessed by MSMEs, especially at the home industry level. However, these small businesses are not free from problems. The problem that occurs is the lack of understanding of increasing management capacity, including production management and marketing management. Therefore, the community service team from Universitas Muria Kudus assisted Roti Global to improve its entrepreneurial capabilities through various training and implementation of machine technology that helps the production process. Roti Global is located in Piji Village, Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The methods used were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), socialization of improving the production process, marketing training, application of technology and observation and impact analysis. In the end, the goal of the Universitas Muria Kudus team's community service was achieved
