Abstract

"Lamusta" is an activities oriented towards serving and consulting on community issues with a Dawah approach, aiming to provide contributions and solutions to the issues faced by recipients (recipient) and to create programs that enhance the dignity and well-being of the underprivileged. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in optimizing zakat services for Mustahik in Dompet Duafa Palembang, South Sumatra. The research methodology used for this study is a qualitative approach, employing techniques such as interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings of this research reveal that the of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the optimization of zakat services is not yet optimal, primarily due to a lack of promptness in providing assistance to beneficiaries (Mustahik). Furthermore, the human resources responsible for conducting surveys and delivering aid are identified as inhibiting factors. It is hoped that the role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) can be improved in the future, particularly in terms of responsiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana efektifitas dana zakat pada mustahik zakat community development sumatera selatan dengan pendekatan CIBEST, motode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed methodology dengan teknis analisa data menggunakan angket tertutup yang dibagaikan kepada responden dengan lima alternative jawaban. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, dari program ZDC yang dibangun oleh BAZNAS memang memiliki kontribusi cukup baik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Banyuasin tetap belum signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan dan bimbingan teknik dari pihak BAZNAS dalam merealisasikan program tersebut. Sedangkan dengan pendekatan CIBEST pun memang ada perubahan tapi belum signifikan, karena masyarakat teluk payo masih banyak yang lebih mementingkan mencari nafkah daripada untuk beribadah tepat waktu.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze how the understanding of religiosity of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students on consumption behavior (consumerism). This article discusses how the understanding and application of religion has an influence on individual behavior, in this case consumption behavior. This article proves that a good understanding and application of religion can have a positive impact on consumption behavior. Meanwhile, religiosity is found to have a negative influence on student consumerism, meaning that the higher the level of student religiosity, the lower the student consumerism. This study suggests that religiosity affects student consumption behavior by 1.3%, while the remaining 98.7% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

One of the classical Islamic economic figures, Abu Yusuf, assumed that not always a small supply of goods causes expensive prices, likewise a large supply of goods causes prices to be cheap. Because in reality, prices do not depend on demand alone (supply) but also on the strength of supply (demand). According to Abu Yusuf, there are other variables that influence prices. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the increase in product prices at UMKM Majo Nugget using the concept of market mechanisms from Abu Yusuf's perspective. This research method is qualitative descriptive where data collection is done by means of an approach or interview with the research subjects and some data is taken from several other sources of articles, journals, and the internet. The results of the study show that demand and supply do not only depend on price but there is a supply side offered by UMKM Majo Nugget with its Halal MUI products so that consumers still want to buy these products. The relevance to Abu Yusuf's thinking is that the increase in the price of Majo Nugget products does not cause demand to fall, demand remains stable due to halal factors and product quality. This reflects the relevance of Abu Yusuf's theory in understanding current market dynamics.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of purchasing new clothes for UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students as an effort to create positive values ​​within themselves. In an Islamic microeconomic perspective, purchasing clothes is not only seen from the material side, but also from the social and psychological impacts that can be caused. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and surveys of female students. The research results show that purchasing new clothes can increase self-confidence, strengthen self-identity, and encourage positive social interactions. Apart from that, aspects of Islamic microeconomics which focus on justice and welfare are also an important basis for making purchasing decisions. Thus, purchasing new clothes becomes not only a necessity, but also part of an ongoing self-investment. This research is a field research that aims to explore in depth the relationship between context and interactions between individuals, groups, society and institutions. In this research, the approach used is descriptive qualitative. Purchasing new clothes for UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students not only fulfills their physical needs, but also has deeper implications for self-development, economic ethics and social relationships. By considering Islamic principles in shopping, female students can make decisions that not only benefit themselves, but also society and the environment. Therefore, it is important for female students to be aware of the impact of their choices and strive to shop in a responsible and ethical manner. awareness of budgets and expenses is very important. For example, by planning clothing purchases according to predetermined needs and budgets, female students can avoid unnecessary debt and maintain their financial health. This is in line with the principles of Islamic teachings which encourage its followers to shop wisely and not excessively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much the parking tax contributes to Palembang City's Original Revenue in 2017-2021 and to find out the Islamic Economics review of the parking tax contribution in increasing Palembang City's Original Revenue. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, archives and journals and articles from several sources. The results of this study show that the average contribution of parking tax to the local revenue of Palembang City in 2017-2021 is 2.57% and is categorized as having a very low contribution because the percentage level is less than 10%. The highest contribution rate of parking tax occurred in 2018 and the lowest contribution rate of parking tax occurred in 2020. According to an Islamic economic perspective, the contribution of the parking tax in increasing local revenue in the city of Palembang is in accordance with Islamic economic values, such as the presence of elements of justice, transparency, accountability and openness and the benefits of tax collection can be directly felt by the community through infrastructure development and other facilities so as to realize the benefit of the people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi judi online terhadap tingkat pengangguran dan dampaknya dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa judi online memperburuk kondisi finansial masyarakat, meningkatkan kecanduan, dan pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan pengangguran. Intervensi kebijakan diperlukan untuk menangani pengangguran dan dampak negatif judi online dalam konteks ekonomi Islam. Adanya penurunan jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia, meskipun menunjukkan tren positif, belum diiringi dengan perbaikan signifikan dalam kualitas hidup masyarakat. Banyak individu, terutama dari kalangan lulusan pendidikan menengah ke bawah, beralih ke aktivitas berisiko seperti judi online sebagai pelarian dari kesulitan ekonomi. Beberapa faktor utama penyebab pengangguran di Indonesia mencakup kurangnya lapangan kerja, keterampilan yang tidak memadai, kurangnya informasi pekerjaan, ketidakmerataan peluang kerja, dan rendahnya efisiensi pelatihan kerja oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

The Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) South Sumatra Zakat Management Institution (LAZ) is a registered and recognized institu tion by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that manages zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds. In managing ZIS funds, the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) South Sumatra faces several problems, namely collection, distribution, volunteers, and education. Risk management is a series of procedures used to identify, assess, control, and monitor risks arising from an activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of risk management implementation and the risk mitigation strategies carried out by LAZ IZI South Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative method where data is collected through interviews with three main sources, namely the head of the IZI South Sumatra office, the head of the collection division, and the head of the distribution division. In addition, this study also uses the observa tion method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of risk management by IZI South Sumatra is not yet optimal because IZI does not implement risk assessment. However, in terms of risk mitigation, the mitigation measures implemented by IZI are very good at handling existing risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business capital assistance and business mentoring on the welfare of mustahik in the Zmart Program by BAZNAS of South Sumatra Province, with sales turnover as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 50 mustahik respondents receiving Zmart assistance. Data collection was conducted using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale, as well as qualitative interviews with program implementers. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results showed that: (1) Business capital assistance has no direct effect on the welfare of mustahik, (2) Business mentoring has a direct positive and significant effect on the welfare of mustahik, (3) Business capital assistance has no direct effect on sales turnover, (4) Business mentoring has a direct positive and significant effect on sales turnover, (5) Sales turnover has a direct positive and significant effect on the welfare of mustahik, (6) Sales turnover does not mediate the effect of business capital assistance on the welfare of mustahik, (7) Sales turnover mediates the effect of business mentoring on the welfare of mustahik. This study also evaluates the implementation of the Zmart Program through the lens of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah according to Imām al-Ghazālī, which includes the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth. The results indicate that although business capital assistance does not significantly affect welfare, the Zmart Program contributes to achieving holistic mustahik welfare through business mentoring and income growth, in alignment with the goals of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia fashion dan gaya hidup yang semakin meningkat dan semakin banyaknya perusahaan riteil pada bidang produk fashion menjadikan fashion sebagai salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Ketertarikan konsumen terhadap produk fashion dapat meningkatkan perilaku pembelian impulsif dan selain itu juga pembelian impulsif dapat terjadi karena adanya promosi dari perusahaan yang dapat berupa discount pada produk fashion. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer pada penelitian ini dihasilkan dari data kuisioner responden, sedangkan data sekunder dihasilkan dari buku, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen toko busana muslim Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang, sampel dari penelitian ini diambil melalui pendekatan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pembeli produk busana muslim Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu 50 responden yang didapat melalui rumus Hair, et, al. Teknik pengujian instrumen ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fashion involvement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen busana muslim toko Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang. Maka dapat diartikan, fashion involvement bukan menjadi faktor utama terjadinya impulse buying pada konsumen toko busana muslim Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang. Variabel discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen busana muslim toko Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang. Artinya, semakin banyaknya promo dan discount membuat daya tarik dan minat konsumen dalam melakukan impulse buying di toko busana muslim Rabbani Plaju kota Palembang.
