Abstrak Kebutuhan akan rengginang sebagai oleh-oleh khas daerah Rembang meningkat pesar seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah wisatawan local maupun domestic yang berkunjung ke Rembang. Peningkatan kebutuhan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan produksi dari para UMKM Rengginang khususnya dari Pasar Banggi Kabupaten Rembang. Hal ini menyebabkan banyak stok kurang. Solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dengan melakukan pembuatan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin cetak rengginang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi rengginang sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian mencakup perencanaan, kegiatan pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan UMKM Rengginang Desa Pasar Banggi telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen secara optimal baik dari segi waktu dan volume produk rengginang. Kata Kunci: rengginang; pasar banggi; mesin cetak rengginang; teknologi; kapasitas Abstract The need for rengginang as a typical souvenir from Rembang has increased rapidly along with the increasing number of local and domestic tourists visiting Rembang. This increase in demand is not balanced with the production capacity of Rengginang MSMEs, especially from Pasar Banggi, Rembang Regency. This causes a lot of shortages. The solution to the existing problem is to create appropriate technology in the form of a rengginang printing machine. The community service activities that have been carried out aim to increase the production capacity of rengginang so that they can meet consumer needs. The stages of community service activities include planning, implementation activities, and evaluation of activities. Through the community service activities that have been carried out, Rengginang MSMEs in Pasar Banggi Village have been able to meet consumer needs optimally both in terms of time and volume of rengginang products. Rembang Regency is one of the areas with a coastline of 76 kilometers and has abundant marine products. UPT Dinlutkan Rembang Regency is a government agency responsible for managing marine potential and maintaining its sustainability. The research that has been conducted aims to obtain evidence and analysis of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment to employee performance. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method. The data testing method uses reliability testing and validity testing, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using the R² test. The variable measurement technique uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of UPT TPI Dinlutkan Rembang Regency totaling 167 employees, while the sample taken was 63 respondents, 30 male and 33 female. The type of data used is subject data. From the results of the study it is known that transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on performance and organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on performance. The results of the determination test show that the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational commitment can explain employee performance by 30.6%.

This study aims to analyze the influence of internship programs, self-efficacy, and academic achievement on students’ work readiness, as well as the correlation among these three independent variables. The study population consisted of 105 students, and a saturated sampling method was used. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis conducted with the data processing application IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The results of the study indicate that the variables of internship programs, self-efficacy, and academic achievement have a significant positive effect on students’ work readiness. The coefficient of determination was 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% is explained by other factors outside the model.

Wilayah Kecamatan Tlogowungu Kabupaten Pati memiliki potensi pada sektor Perkebunan yang tinggi. Salah satu hasil kebun yang melimpah yakni Belimbing Wuluh. Saat ini masyarakat hanya memanfaatkan belimbing wuluh sebagai campuran bahan masakan. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya belimbing wuluh yang tidak termanfaatkan sehingga membusuk. Pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga dilakukan dengan menerapkan teknik Training of Trainer (TOT). pada pelaksanaan kegiatan diikuti oleh 10 orang Ibu Rumah Tangga yang terdiri dari 5 Desa dari Kecamatan Tlogowungu. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, praktek oleh peserta, dan kegiatan pendampingan. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan ini Ibu Rumah Tangga mampu mempraktekkan cara membuat kurma analog belimbing wuluh. Selain itu, juga mampu membuat brand dan kemasan menarik serta promosi pada media sosial seperti Whatshapp, Instagram dan Tiktok. Kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dibutuhkan keberlanjutan program agar potensi kurma analog dapat lebih luas pada aspek produksi, keuangan, dan pemasaran.

Vocational high school education is an important path to foster skilled professionals with skills in accordance with their fields and is increasingly attracting attention in the world of work. Vocational education emphasizes the development of practical skills and vocational competencies of students. This equips them with the ability to adapt quickly to market demands and contribute to social and economic development, one of which is at SMK Harapan Mulya Kendal. Along with the advancement of globalization and technology, career planning has evolved beyond just career selection; career planning has become a comprehensive process that requires consideration of various factors such as personal interests, values, skills, and job market requirements. The purpose of community service is to provide training for the implementation of smart career applications for vocational high school students, to help them better overcome challenges in the workplace and realize their respective career goals before graduating from school. In the implementation of community service activities with the Implementation and Implementation Method, Training, Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation with an emphasis on solving problems, namely student human resources and counseling guidance in order to improve the quality of student careers, and understanding of the career potential of vocational high school students. The conclusion of the training results for guidance and counseling teachers can provide stimulus to each student, in this case the teacher as a supervisor, to increase students' self-confidence in building personality and exploring the potential of each student so that students realize what potential they have in themselves to be confident in their future careers. The only form of funding that a company used to obtain funds was by issuing bonds. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, company size, liquidity, bond age, and collateral on bond ratings in banking sector companies listed on the IDX. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the PT Pefindo website. The total sample was 14 banking sector company bonds for the 2018–2022 period, using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is a logistic regression analysis test with the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results of the analysis show that profitability has a significant positive effect on bond ratings. Company size has an insignificant negative effect on bond ratings. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on bond ratings. Bond age has an insignificant positive effect on bond ratings. Collateral has a significant negative effect on bond ratings.

Penelitian yang akan dilakukan dimaksudkan untuk menganalisi pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada Gugus PAUD Sembadra. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 51 responden atau seluruh guru yang merupakan anggota Gugus PAUD Sembadra karena menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda, disertai uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel dan uji determinasi (R Square) guna mengukur kontribusi variabel bebas, melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Adapun variabel lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian, motivasi yang baik mampu mendoroang peningkatak kinerjan guru meskipun kecil, sedangkan untuk lingkungan dan beban yang baik dan meningkat berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja guru pula karena lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja dianggap meningkatkan dorongan guru lebih optimal dan berkontribusi pada pencapaian kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dan guru PPPK di MTs Negeri 1 Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kinerja guru sebagai variabel dependen dan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, serta disiplin kerja sebagai variabel independen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS dan PPPK di MTs Negeri 1 Rembang, berjumlah 37 guru. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), dengan sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh populasi atau semua 37 guru pegawai negeri dan PPPK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Dalam uji determinasi, kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan sebesar 90,6% oleh variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja. Sementara itu, sisanya sebesar 9,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of School principal leadership, work discipline, work climate, and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK NU Lasem. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, in which all 48 teachers were included as the sample through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work climate, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while principal leadership has a negative but insignificant effect. The determination test shows that the four independent variables together are able to explain the variation in changes in teacher performance by 69.4%, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These results confirm that high work discipline, a good work climate, and strong motivation are the keys to improving teacher performance in vocational school environments.
