Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan di desa Pendem, yang memiliki potensi baik sumber daya manusianya, atau sumber daya alamnya. Peserta diberikan pemahaman dan penyuluhan tentang penguatan peran keluarga dalam Hukum Keluarga Islam dan juga dibekali pemahaman tentang ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Sehingga, para peserta mampu mengatasi ancaman ketahanan keluarga dan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yakni; bahwa dalam keluarga tidak ada dominasi yang kuat, yang ada adalah kolaborasi antar anggota keluarga. Penguatan peran keluarga agar masing-masing anggota keluarga mampu menjalankan perannya, walaupun di masa sulit sekalipun, ketahanan keluarga mereka tetap terjaga dan kuat. Selanjutnya, temuan kedua adalah bahwa pengelolaan keuangan selama pandemi sangat diperlukan, agar tercipta sebuah ketahanan ekonomi keluarga.

This study aims to determine the relationship between ethical climate and leadership effectiveness in companies with ethical leadership variables as intervening variables. Ethical leadership is based on the diversity of situations and conditions in the company and personal values within the leader so as to allow conflict or good synergy between employees. The population of this study were all permanent employees under the medical services division, especially the nursing field, totaling 133 employees at the Muhammadiyah University Hospital, Malang. The research variables will be elaborated through a questionnaire which will be distributed to respondents based on the total amount, because all pupulation is used as research objects. Data collected will be processed using the analysis "Partial least square (PLS)". This is because the PLS analysis is able to measure variables that cannot be measured directly but are interrelated. The results showed that the ethical climate and ethical leadership and influence on leadership effectiveness at Malang Muhammadiyah Hospital.Keywords: ethical climate, ethical leadership, effectiveness leadership

Islamic banks are a combination of conventional and sharia practices carried out in banking operations, different cultures will give birth to a dynamic condition. The main problem as described above is that employee performance is identical to Islamic values, this is caused by too much workload so that they have to continue to work beyond reasonable working hours or overtime. The number of employees who are absent due to various reasons. This study examines how religiosity, work stress on employee performance, and the effect of workload moderating variables on the relationship between religiosity and performance in Islamic banks in Pasuruan City. Data were distributed through questionnaires and in-depth interviews to 70 employees of Islamic Banks in Pasuruan City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Data collection through questionnaires was processed with SmartPLS data analysis. The results showed that religiosity had a positive and significant effect on work stress and employee performance, job stress had no significant effect on performance, and workload as a moderating variable weakened the influence of religiosity on employee performance.

Sharia Credit Banks are alternative financial financing for communities other than conventional banks and other Islamic banks. BPRS Daya Artha Mentari carries out the mandate as a financial institution to serve the needs of the community in Islamic banking practices. These noble mandates and ideals are related to elements of philosophy, goals, processes and human resources that require the presence and need of leaders who have the ability, competence and high integrity to reach their ideal goals and expected goals. Based on his profile, the leadership in this bank has been proven by achieving success in delivering the bank as one of the banks that is leading the way in serving banking services in East Java. To strengthen the uniqueness of the research on leadership style in BPRS Daya Artha Mentari, it is necessary to state the description of the history of bank development and the accompanying leadership dynamics since its establishment in 1999. The history is divided into three development phases, namely the pioneering phase, the integration phase and the innovation phase. The results of this study can also be one of the models of leadership style in financial institutions and provide theorytical contributions to the development of science related to Human Resource Management, especially leadership style that is applied by the leaders of the sharia rural bank.

Employee engagement has a very close relationship with the competitive advantage of an organization or company, where this competitive advantage cannot be achieved if there is no employee engagement with the company. Employee engagement is a form of positive employee attitudes towards their work and organization which is characterized by feelings of vigor, dedication and absorption. This study resulted in an ethical climate on employee engagement that had a significant positive effect, the effect of ethical climate on satisfaction was also positive, and satisfaction was able to mediate the relationship between ethical climate and employee engagement on employees of Bank Jatim Syariah Malang City. The ethical value is part of the organizational culture, as an organizational environment that plays a role in forming employee organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of a ethical values on organizational commitment with political behavior as a mediating variable. This research is a positivist approach or a quantitative approach because it tests existing variables. The ethical value is based on the diversity of situations and conditions in the company and personal behavior within the leader in using political influence to enable conflict or good synergy between employees. The population of this study were all employees other than the Head of the Office both PNS and non PNS under the Investment and Integrated Services Office of the Pasuruan City Government, amounting to 90 people. Research variables will be elaborated through a questionnaire which will be distributed to respondents based on the total number, because it uses census research. The collected data will be processed using smart PLS analysist

This research aims to find out the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on honda PCX purchasing decisions on Gresik Motorcycle MPM Dealers/ in this study using the type of descriptive research and population used by Honda PCX motorcycle users whose samples can be conflated using calculations into 96 rounded into 100 samples. This study aims to determine the influence of the country of origin, brand image, and brand trust on brand loyalty partially. This study uses primary data collected by questionnaires. The data sample used is 120 respondents of Oppo smartphone users from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The sample collection technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method that provides certain criteria to the respondents. Respondents selected are active students of the Management, Accounting, and Development Economics study program class of 2017 who use smartphone Oppo released in 2017 to 2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are 1) the variable country of origin has a significant effect on the variable brand loyalty, 2) the variable brand image has a significant effect on the variable brand loyalty, and 3) the variable brand trust has a significant effect on the variable brand loyalty.

This research examines the impact of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted at NTB Provincial Hospital. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with a sample number of 86 employees. Using a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in the study is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of ethical climate on employee performance mediated by communication. This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 67 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study conclude that there is a significant influence between ethical climate on employee performance. Ethical climate has a significant effect on communication. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication mediates the ethical climate on employee performance.
