Abstract

Di industri fashion dan ritel, sekelompok perusahaan rintisan, yang disebut sebagai merek Direct-to-Consumer (DTC). Merek DTC didefinisikan sebagai merek e-commerce yang menjual langsung ke konsumen, tanpa perantara pengecer seperti department store. Merek tersebut biasanya memulai sebagai bisnis online murni, sepenuhnya memanfaatkan saluran digital untuk pemasaran dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penentu sikap konsumen dan niat pembelian kembali terhadap merek DTC. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Survey menggunakan kuesioner (baik secara online dan ofline) dilakukan untuk mengambil data primer pada penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah merek Erigo, Laff Project, Nah Shoes, Ria Miranda, dan Heaven Light. Merek tersebut terkategorikan merek DTC karena pada proses pembeliannya menggunakan e-commerce dan termasuk merek ternama di Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan metode non probability sampling karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui secara pasti. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) berumur > 17 tahun (2) pernah membeli merek tersebut. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dilakukan analisis menggunakan Covariance Based Stuctural Equation Modelling (Partial Least Square-SEM) untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan, yakni evaluasi outer model, inner model, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel media sosial, keunikan, inovasi, dan sikap pembeli terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen. Faktor-faktor ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi perusahaan yang fokus pada inovasi, keunikan produk, dan penggunaan media sosial secara strategis, bersama dengan budaya perusahaan yang mendukung, sangat berperan dalam membentuk sikap konsumen yang positif.

Abstract

This quantitative study looks at the impact of person-organization fit on employee performance, including work happiness as an intervening variable, at PT. Victory International Futures. Using a saturation sampling strategy, the complete population of 150 employees was questioned via questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS. The results show that person-organization fit has a strong positive effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Furthermore, job happiness was proven to have a considerable impact on employee performance. The findings highlight the relevance of person-organization fit in improving employee performance, with job happiness serving as a key intermediary mechanism. This study contributes to the academic literature by filling gaps in our understanding of the relationship between person-organization fit, job satisfaction, and employee performance, thereby enhancing theoretical frameworks and providing insights for organizational practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja organisasi menggunakan metode Total Quality Management (TQM) pada industri pengolahan makanan UMKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Meskipun UMKM di sektor perikanan memiliki potensi untuk berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, UMKM di industri pengolahan makanan perikanan menghadapi beberapa tantangan yang membatasi potensi pertumbuhan mereka. TQM adalah pendekatan manajemen yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi dengan terus meningkatkan kualitas produk, layanan, dan proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan TQM untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel independen (komitmen manajer, manajemen karyawan, pemberdayaan karyawan, kualitas informasi, dan fokus pelanggan) dan variabel dependen (kesuksesan organisasi) di industri pengolahan makanan UMKM di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dedikasi manajemen dan manajemen tenaga kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, sementara pemberdayaan karyawan dan kualitas informasi tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penekanan pada pelanggan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan kinerjanya dan menyoroti pentingnya memfokuskan pada praktik manajemen yang dapat berdampak positif pada organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of talent management and work motivation on employee performance with employee retention as an intervening variable at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Jombang Regency. The population and sample in this study were all 50 employees using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study conclude that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, employee retention has a positive effect and significantly on employee performance, employee retention is able to mediate positively and significantly the relationship of talent management variables to employee performance and employee retention is able to mediate positively and significantly the relationship of work motivation variables to employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam  meningkatkan perekonomian Masyarakat daerah Danau Ranu di Desa Ranuklindungan, Kecamatan Grati, Kabupaten Pasuruan melalui branding dan networking pemasaran ikan lempuk sebagai keunikan local wisdom. Masyarakat tidak mahir dalam mengelola ikan mentah, sehingga tidak mendapatkan hasil yang ekonomis, maka pengabdi melakukan bebrapa metode untuk bisa membantu peningkatan hasil perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dengan cara pelatihan yang meliputi pengemasan produk dan pendampingan usaha melalui lini-lini masa pemasaran sebagai oleh-oleh khas Danau Grati. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan hasil olahan ikan lempuk, yang awalnya hasil ikan dijual langsung ke pasar, sekarang bisa diolah menjadi lebih menarik, berikutnya hasil olahan ikan lempuk dikemas dengan atraktif sehingga mempunyai tampilan yang bagus untuk dijual sebagai oleh-oleh.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze talent management, job satisfaction, employee retention and employee performance, the influence of talent management on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of talent management on employee retention, the influence of job satisfaction on employee retention, the influence employee retention on employee performance, employee retention can mediate the influence between talent management on employee performance and employee retention can mediate the influence between job satisfaction and employee performance.Design/Methodology/Approarch: The type of research in preparing this thesis is explanatory research with the population, namely, production employees at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik, namely 234 employees, with a sample size of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the partial least squares (PLS) method.Findings:  The research results show that talent management is included in the good criteria, job satisfaction is quite satisfactory, employee retention is good, and employee performance is quite high. Talent management does not affect employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, talent management has no effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has no effect on employee retention, employee retention has an effect on employee performance, employee retention is unable to mediate the effect of talent management on employee performance and employee retention is unable to mediate the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee well-being on employee performance, engagement and job satisfaction, the effect of satisfaction on performance, the effect of work involvement on performance and the effect of job satisfaction and involvement as mediation between well-being and employee performance in food SMEs in Malang Raya. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 220 employees but only 167 questionnaires were filled in by employees who worked in food SMEs. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. Data Analysis Method uses Scale Range Analysis and Data Processing Using the Smart PLS Version 4.0 Software Program. The results of this research are that well-being has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, engagement and job satisfaction and the influence of engagement on performance and satisfaction with performance also has positive and significant results.  The questionnaire was not filled in completely by all respondents

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate ethical values and ethical leadership on employee performance through happiness at work at the Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. Research Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was that all employees who worked at Saiful Anwar Regional Hospital were 148 respondents. Data collection techniques through interview and questionnaire. Data Analysis Method Using Scale Range Analysis and Data Processing Using Smart PLS Software Program Version 4.0. Results: The results of this study are the value of corporate ethics have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, corporate ethical values have a positive and significant effect on happiness at work, ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, ethical leadership has a negative and not significant effect on happiness at work, happiness at work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Conclusion: The study finds that corporate ethical values enhance employee performance through full mediation of happiness at work, while ethical leadership directly improves performance but shows no indirect effect through happiness at work. Limitations: The questionnaire was not filled in completely by all respondent. Contribution: It is expected that the results of this study can be a reference for further researchers and add insight in explaining the relationship between corporate ethical values, ethical leadership and happiness in the workplace on employee performance). In addition, the results of this study are expected to be a consideration for management in decision making and implementing policies.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important element that plays a role in determining the success of an organization, because the achievement of goals and the company's competitiveness are highly dependent on the quality and productivity of employees. Along with increasing competition in the global market, companies must understand and identify factors that can optimize employee performance, both in terms of motivation, leadership, and work environment. The importance of women's leadership in the business world is getting more attention, especially in the context of diversity and inclusion. This study aims to analyze the effect of women's entrepreneurial leadership on employee performance through innovative work behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method in this research is observation and a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is SEM PLS 4. The population subjects in this study were employees at SME of Sari Murni, Tulungagung, totaling 40 people. In the sampling technique in this study. The result of this study found that women's entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Women's entrepreneurial leadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has no significant effect on employee performance. Innovative work behavior is not able to mediate the relationship between women's entrepreneurial leadership on employee performance
