Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted on employees of PT XYZ using the proportional random sampling method, with a total sample of 96 respondents. This study employs a quantitative approach with path analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership style does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment, there is a significant relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction does not successfully mediate the relationship between leadership style and organizational commitment. Further research is needed to identify other factors that influence organizational commitment in the company.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan pada unit usaha di bawah naungan organisasi Aisyiyah melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang efektif dan sesuai standar. Laporan keuangan yang akurat dan terstruktur merupakan instrumen penting untuk memantau kinerja usaha, mendukung pengambilan keputusan, serta menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas bisnis. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian unit usaha Aisyiyah masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan transaksi, pengelompokan akun, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan periodik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teori dan praktik penyusunan laporan keuangan, simulasi pencatatan transaksi, penggunaan perangkat lunak sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel, serta pendampingan intensif dalam menyusun laporan keuangan aktual. Materi yang diberikan mencakup prinsip dasar akuntansi, siklus akuntansi, penyusunan laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas, serta teknik analisis sederhana untuk evaluasi kinerja usaha. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan, memperkuat akuntabilitas bisnis unit usaha Aisyiyah, dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dapat menjadi dasar perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini, organisasi Aisyiyah diharapkan mampu mengembangkan sistem tata kelola keuangan yang berkelanjutan dan profesional.

Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the effect of store atmosphere on impulsive buying through positive emotion as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. A sample of 246 was conducted using random sampling with the help of the PLS 4.0 tool. The results show that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, price discount has a positive and insignificant effect on impulsive buying, positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, price discount has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotion, price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying mediated by positive emotion.
