Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKPD) is a supporting tool as a tool to A teacher who takes a student-to-student approach also requires expertise in leading a class so that a learning process is created in accordance with existing rules. This is called the quality of human resources and managerial abilities. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 3094 people and the sample used was selected using the slovin formula with a total of 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is component or variance based structural equation modeling where the data processing uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study stated that the quality of human resources obtained a T-statistic value of 3.338> 1.96 with a P-value of 0.001. This means that the quality of human resources has a significant effect on competence, or H1 is accepted. Then managerial ability obtains a T-statistic value of 4.559 <1.96 with a P-value of 0.210. This means that managerial ability has a significant effect on competence, or H2 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of management information systems and information quality on the decision-making process tested partially and management information systems and information quality on employee performance at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Labuhanbatu Regency. This research started from November 2022 to March 2023 which was carried out on employees at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Labuhanbatu Regency with a population consisting of 83 State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The sampling technique uses a census technique with data collection techniques in the form of secondary data and primary data with Likert scale techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research and discussion in this study, the research can be concluded as follows: 1) management information system variables have a positive and significant effect on management decision making, 2) information quality variables have a positive and significant effect on management decision making, 3) information quality system variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) information quality variables have no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and 5) management decision making variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to dig deeper into differentiation strategies through appropriate indicators and what differentiation is offered by coffee shop business actors. Based on data from the Labuhanbatu Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Service in 2021, currently, the number of MSMEs operating in coffee shops is still surviving and is recorded as being actively assisted by 156 MSMEs. So, the authors decided to use the entire population as a sample of 156 respondents. Determination of sampling applies purposive sampling, one of the non-random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses validity and reliability tests as well as problem-solving using the IBM SPSS AMOS 22 path analysis approach. Based on the results of the respondent profile description, it is known that the majority are male, aged 31-40 years. The majority of businesses last 7-10 years with owner status. All hypotheses in this research can be accepted so that the variables of product differentiation, price differentiation, and service differentiation have a significant effect on marketing innovation.

Abstract

The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the future tends to use strategy and competitive advantage as benchmarks in a management approach that aims to touch long-term success. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main factors influencing the company's superiority which is closely related to Total Quality Management (TQM) as well as a novelty in this study to provide an accurate picture of Total Quality Management (TQM) as an internal investment in facing business competition in North Sumatra. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research using secondary and primary (questionnaire with google form). The population of this study refers to the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). The number of samples in the survey ranges from 100-200 pieces. So the author's sample set of 100 models, where the sample being researched is a leader/manager/supervisor who works in various manufacturing companies, plantations, banking services, and others. The right sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of the leader/manager/supervisor of the company who can represent the research representative. The data analysis technique used in this study is Smart PLS v 4.0 to predict the relationship between one construct and another. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in this study are sufficient to support the results of the research, the research respondents targeted are companies through the description or profile of the targeted sample respondents, most of them are respondents with supervisory positions, branch heads, and plantation clerks so that they understand well the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), the overall hypothesis testing results are well received because it has a t-statistic greater than 1.96 and has a p-value less than 0.05 and the test results have the highest influence value, namely Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect on Business Strategy with a t-statistic value of 32,048 > 1.96
