Abstract

This study was conducted in May 2016 in Pasar II Natal Village Natal Districts Mandailing Natal Regency North Sumatra Province. The purpose of the research are to identify the types of business of fisherman household members, to analyze the contribution of household members fisherman and the analyze business profitability cultivated by household members fisherman. The research method was used by survey and the determine of respondents by census. The results of this research indicate that activities performed by fisherman household members in Pasar II Natal Village on the fisheries sector and non fisheries. The contributions of household members fisherman given by the fishermen themselves is relatively high at 69.84%, from the fisherman's wife with a contribution of 14.46% which is low, as well as the children of fishermen with a contribution 25.7% were classified as low. Value business profitability cultivated by household members fisherman both wives and children of fishermen all > 25%, so that the business can be said is already profitable, efficient and feasible to be developed.Keywords : Contribution, Fisherman Household Members, Income

Abstract

This research is purpose to detemine the amount of invesment, income, profit also feasibility of tilapia cultivation in the pond in Tebing Tinggi Village, district of Benai, Regency of Kuantan Singingi. The method used based on case study. Populations in this research are 11 firsh farmers. From that populations sample taken with Stratified Random Sampling. Stratified Random Sampling is a method to choose sample by dividing populations into three categories that called level that is small secondary and big scale.Result ofresearch showed average investment of small scale that is Rp. 13.672.063. secondary scale that is Rp. 33.059.550 and for big scale it shown Rp. 116.571.950. Small scale earns Rp. 10.242.000 for average income and benefits about Rp. 1.783.388,-/hervest. Secondary scale aerns Rp. 27.166.000 and benefits about Rp. 6.158.182,-/harvest. Foe the big scale result shown Rp. 100.674.000 for average income and benefits Rp. 22. 947.184,-/harvest. Value of average RCR obtained from the small scale is 1,21, and 1,29 for secondary scale and 1,30 for big scale. Average FRR for small scale is 13,04%. 18,63% for secondary scale and 19,68% for the big one. And the value of average PPC for all scale are 5,67 period (small) 5,37 period (secondary) 5,08 period (big).Keywords : Tilapia, Investment, Income, Benefit, RCR, FRR, PPC

Abstract

 ABSTRACT                This Research was conducted on April 2019 in The Ampang Pulai Village, Koto XI Tarusan Sub-District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, Sumetera Barat Province. This study aims to analyze the investment in fishing boat fishing gear, analyze the income and profits of fishing boat fishing gear capture business, and analyze the feasibility of Bagan fishing gear business. The method used in this study is a survey method which was analyzed descriptively. The number of respondents in this study was 6 people for the size of the vessel 20 GT and 30 GT. Based on the results of research on the total investment for Bagan fishing gear business with a fishing fleet measuring 20 GT is Rp. 1.408.450.000 .and 30 GT is Rp.1.828.667.500. Based on the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) investment criteria, the value of 30 GT is better than the 20 GT vessel( 4.347.288.826>1.681.252.418), which means that IRR> 1 and the Bagan Perahu fishing gear business benefit and deserve to continue. While the Benefit Of Cost Ratio (BCR) of fishing gear business in the BCR value chart obtained from the 20 GT Boat Chart business is 1.25, which means that every cost is Rp. 1 benefit is Rp. 1.25 and the 30 GT Rp.1.82 ship is  which means that every cost is Rp. 1 benefit is Rp.1.82. The vessel's IRR of 20 GT is 50.21% and Ship 30 GT is 69.22% (IRR> i), is value is greater than the highest interest rate per year.  Keywords: Fisherman, fish gear,business feasibility analysis

Abstract

 ABSTRACT    The research was conducted on March 2018 held at Desa Kota Pari of PantaiCerminSub-district PantaiCermin Serdang Bedagai Regency of North Sumatera Province. This study aims to identify the factors causing poverty in the Desa Kota Pari  and to formulate what strategies are carried out by fishermen in the face of poverty. The method used in this research is survey method with 41 households as respondents, the determination of respondents through simple random sampling. Factors causing poverty in the Desa Kota Pari  is influenced by the low human resources which is characterized by the low level of education of fishermen, other causes of poverty are fluctuations in fish season, simple catching tools, consumptive behavior and income level and household expenditure. The strategy of dealing with the most powerful poverty to increase household income is to optimize the role of family members, other than that the strategy undertaken by the fishermen in the form of diversification of work, and borrowing. Keywords:Strategy,Household, Poverty, Fisherman

Abstract

This research was conducted on November 2015 in Kotalama village districts Kunto Darussalam Rokan Hulu Riau Province. The choice of location research done purposively or intentionally, with the consideration that there are areas of the river has become legally sand mining carried out by local people. The survey methode was used by case study in which by direct observation in the field, data collection was done by direct interviews with respondents based on the questionnaire that has been provided. Results of the research by the sand mining reduced the number of fishermen from ± 30 fishermen was reduced to 15 fishermen. The average income of the fishermen from the fishing in the river before and after at Rokan River sand mining activities before sand mining premises that the average ± Rp 2.733.000 and after sand mining decreased fishing revenue is ± Rp 1.446.000 this is due to lack of population polluted fish and the waters of the Rokan River. Sand mining activities have a positive impact and negative impact is felt by the local community to the social and environmental. Positive impact on the social is opening up jobs for the community, insufficient sand for the needs of the Development area as well as individuals and can develop creative power of the community, while the negative impact of his on the environment is the destruction of roads because frequently traveled by trucks of sand and the health impacts of society disrupted by of smoke and dust of the sand transport vehicle, the noise around river sand mining activities, pollution of waters in rivers such stem Rokan, and abrasion around the edge of the river..Keyword :Sand Mining,Income of Fishermen

Abstract

This study was conducted in january – february 2017 which located in Nagari Mungo Luak subsdistrict Lima Puluh Kota district West Sumatera province. This study aims to to analyze loan-use Gourami breeders (Osphronemus gouramy) based on kinship systems and sharing results system loan-use gourami breeders at seeding fish business the community Nagari Mungo. Methods used in this research is a method survey with the number of respondents from 15 people, where the determination of respondents were with purposive sampling. Loan-use system breeders fish were 2 categories lending breeders based on kinship an ancestor or because between one residence and lending based on kinship according to offspring or kinship ties. Loan-use category 1 the size of the ratio of the agreed by 50:50 it means share of the profits balanced that is 50 if the management and 50 for the owners , while system and loan use category 2 the size of the ratio of the in agreed of 60:40 it means management could get a share more namely 60 and the owner of is only 40 a share of the profits income .Keywords: loan-use system, sharing results, seeding, gourami

Abstract

Research was conducted In of Bukit Batu District Bengkalis Regency Riau Province April 2014. This study aimed to find out the characteristics of the fishermen and contribution level given by the household’s members. Method used in this research is survey method by observing and collecting data through interviews ith fishermen of bukit batu district, equipped with a questionnaire (a list of questions), 34 fishermen respondents comprised 8 owners and 26 workers.The characteristics of fishermen observed were age 38 - 45 years old, formal eduction taken was 6 years (elentary school graduates only), with working experience of 25 years, household’s incomes of IDR 2.078.000. Contribution level of households for fishermen (owner) was 84,34% husbands, 2,86% wives, and 12,8% children. Meanwhile, contribution level of household member for fishermen (worker) was 62,46% husbans, 19,67% wives, and 17,87% children.Keywords: Contribution, households, earnings.

Abstract

ABSTRACK                Research on the contribution of fisherman's wife to fisherman's household income in LubukTukkoBaru Sub-district of Pandan District of Tapanuli Tengah Regency was conducted in February. This study aims to: 1) Identify the types of work of workers' wives to increase the income of fisherman households; 2) Knowing the outpouring of working wives of workers' wives to increase the income of fishermen households; 3) Knowing the contribution of the fisherman's wife to the income of fisherman's household.The method usedinthisresearchis the method ofsurveysamplingpurposive samplingas many as16 wivesof fishermen.               The results of the study indicate that the fishermen's wife has a significant role in supporting the household economy. The wife's role in helping her husband earn a living makes the wife do double roles in the household. The contribution of the fisherman's wife to the household income is done by the work / activity which includes; as rubber tappers, fishery product processors, fish sellers, day traders and as tailors. The biggest contribution of the five jobs performed by the fisherman wife is as rubber tappers, and it can be concluded that alternative activities can be developed that is with SMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises)Keywords: Contribution wife, North Sumatera Revenue

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study was aimed to identify the types of activities or businesses undertaken by members of household fishermen, to know household income and to analyze the contribution of household members of fishermen. This research was conducted in April 2018 in Jorong Pasia Tiku Nagari Tiku Selatan Agam Regency. The research method used survey method. The respondents were collected by census in 40 KK. The result of the research shows that the income of laborers in Jorong Pasia Tiku is IDR1.767.625/ month. The fishermen's wife has job as salted fish farmer amounting to 12 people (30%), shellfish workers amounting to 2 people (5%), fried vendors there were 3 people (8%), traders were 20 people (50%) and food stalls were 3 people (8%). The average income of fishermen's wife in one month amounts to IDR801.000 / month. The fisherman's children have jobs as 8 fishermen (40%), shopkeepers 1 person (5%), fish dryers 2 people (10%), ojek drivers 3 people (15%), cell phone watchers 2 people (10%) and traveling traders numbered 3 people (15%). The average income of fishermen is IDR 1,092,500,- / month. The average household income of fishermen in 1 month amounted to IDR 3,112,375. Contribution of income given by fisherman is high (56,7%)and contributions to the members of the households of fishermen workers (wife and children) belongs to the medium (43,3%). Keyword: household, wife, kids, income, contribution

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to know marketing outlets, the margin and the revenue obtained marketing institutions Anchovies rice. Based on the results of research, there are two kinds of marketing outlets first is from a producer to middle-men, then into a retailer Rantauprapat traders and consumers Rantauprapat, while for the second from a producer to middle-men, then into the large Tanjung Balai Asahan, then consumers Medan, Jakarta and Malaysia.Marketing costs in a month from each of the largest marketing agencies are issued by retailers 2 Rp. 84.292/kg and the smallest is the merchant Gatherer 2 Rp 43.207/kg. Net receipts within one month of each marketing agencies is the largest obtained by the merchants for the purpose of marketing Malaysia amounting to Rp. 34.413/kg and the smallest is the retailers 2 Rp 5.708/kg.The value of marketing margins on the level of middle-men namely 28,57 %, the value of marketing margins on the level of a retailer Rantauprapat traders namely 44,44 %. Meanwhile, the value of marketing margins on their destination marketing Medan namelyJOM : Vol. 26 JANUARI 201544,44 %, area destination marketing Jakarta is 50,00 % and their destination marketing Malaysia namely 54,55 %.Keyword: Marketing Channel, Marketing Margin, Anchovies rice
