Abstract

Background: one of the activities that create a bonding between mother and child is bathing the baby. But most mothers are afraid when doing it, this is because the baby's physical condition is still weak. Therefore, it is important for postpartum mothers to know how to bathe the baby correctly and safely. However, based on preliminary studies conducted at PMB SR, it was found that most postpartum mothers still use shamans or in-laws to bathe their babies. Objective: to determine the skills overview postpartum mothers in PMB SR. The benefits of research for the population in the research area are to increase the knowledge and skills of postpartum mothers about how to bathe babies properly and safely, so as to prevent hypothermia, infection, and infant death, and increase bonding attachment between mother and baby. Research design: this study uses a descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. the population of all postpartum mothers in PMB SR who met the inclusion criteria amounted to 30 people in the period 08 May - 08 June 2023 the measuring instrument in this study was the baby bathing skills checklist. Results: from the results of descriptive analysis obtained, respondents with skilled categories of 7 people (23%), and unskilled obtained 23 people (77%). Discussion: based on the results obtained, most postpartum mothers are not skilled in bathing their babies. It is expected that this study can be used as data to improve the skills of mothers by changing the method in the class of pregnant women from lectures to a combination of lectures and demonstrations.

Abstract

The Terminal Service Officer (TSO) assists airport service customers in the terminal area. The Airport Operation Landside and Terminal Service Improvement Unit is a division that provides services to airport users. In accordance with Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Standard Operating Procedure of PM 178 of 2015, the responsibilities of the Terminal Service Officer include setting objectives for service performance and being a reference for evaluation, responsible for supervising, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating with related units to maintain the terminal area and the land side of the airport, in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The topic of this research is Terminal Service Officer. Three approaches were used to obtain data: documentation, interviews, and observations. Three informants were interviewed for this qualitative research approach: supervisors, information service officers, and terminal service officers. The results of this study show that low effectiveness and performance are caused by the breadth of responsibility of the position and limited human resources. Meanwhile, the workers who act as Terminal Service Officers have overcome obstacles in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Gerakan Keluarga Berencana Nasional yaitu mewujudkan keluarga kecil bahagia sejahtera yang menjadi dasar bagi terwujudnya masyarakat yang sejahtera melalui pengendalian kelahiran dan pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia. Jumlah peserta KB aktif di Jawa Tengah yaitu sebanyak 5.080.926 orang atau sebesar 78,37% dari jumlah PUS sebanyak 6.483.189 orang yang menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim hanya sebanyak 445.718 orang atau sebesar 8,77%. Tujuan :Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan Ibu postpartum dengan minat pemakaian Alat Kontasepsi Dalam Rahim di BPM Ny. D Desa Sukomulyo Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan Kabupaten Kendal. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional ini menggunakan sampel 39 ibu postpartum dari bulan April-Juni 2011. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil analisis univariat Ibu yang berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 19 orang (48,8%), yang berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 10 orang (25,6%) dan yang berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 10 orang (25,6%). Ibu yang tidak minat memakai Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim sebanyak 20 orang (51,3%), yang minat sebanyak 19 orang (48,7%). Dari hasil Fisher exact menunjukkan hasil bahwa nilai p-value = 0,000 (< a=0,05). Simpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan minat pemakaian Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim.

Abstract

Keluarga Berencana merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan preventif yang paling dasar dan utama bagi wanita. Berdasarkan laporan pelaksanaan program kependudukan dan keluarga berencana Provinsi Jawa Tengah, minat wanita menggunakan kontrasepsi implan belum sesuai harapan. Penyebabnya sebagian masyarakat masih merasa takut memakai implan, terutama yang berada di desa.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan pengetahuan WUS tentang kontrasepsi implan di RW IV Desa Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Kota Semarang Tahun 2011 sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (eksperimen quasi) dan menggunakan pendekatan “one group pretest-posttest”. Populasi yang diteliti adalah wanita usia subur yang mempunyai pasangan di RW IV Desa Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Semarang yang berjumlah 88 orang. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 31 orang sesuai kriteria inklusi danekslusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah sampling jenuh. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan tentang kontrasepsi implant sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Metode amenorea laktasi (MAL) adalah kontrasepsi yang mengandalkan pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) secara eksklusif. Keuntungan MAL diantaranya efektivitas tinggi 98% dan tanpa biaya. Keuntungan untuk bayi yaitu bayi mendapatkan antibodi melalui ASI dan sebagai sumber asupan gizi untuk tumbuh kembang bayi Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di Puskesmas Bangetayu, diperoleh hasil bahwa sebanyak 10 dari 12 ibu hamil trimester III belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan atau informasi tentang metode amenorea laktasi (MAL). Tujuan : untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III tentang metode amenorea laktasi (MAL) sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pra-eksperimen dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Bangetayu, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan leaflet. Hasil : menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III tentang metode amenorea laktasi (MAL) sebagian besar berpengetahuan kurang yaitu sebanyak 19 responden (54,3%). Sedangkan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III sesudah penyuluhan mengalami peningkatan menjadi baik yaitu sebanyak 35 responden (100%). Hasil Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III tentang metode amenorea laktasi (MAL) sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan (p-value=0,0001). Simpulan :Ada perbedaan pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III tentang metode amenorea laktasi (MAL) sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan.

Abstract

This community service aims to support the development of batik businesses in Kampoeng Jadoel, Semarang, through the implementation of digital marketing strategies. This activity is motivated by the challenges faced by batik MSMEs, such as limited market access, low digital literacy, and competition in the era of globalization. The implementation method includes digital literacy training, mentoring in creating marketing content, and optimizing the use of digital platforms such as social media, marketplaces, and websites. The results of the program show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of digital marketing, the ability to utilize digital media for promotion, and an increase in sales of batik products. In addition, stronger branding and more interactive relationships with consumers are created. This program also provides recommendations for business sustainability, such as the development of an integrated digital marketing system and ongoing coaching. It is hoped that this service can be a model for community empowerment in supporting economic independence based on local wisdom.

Abstract

The administrative financial data processing management system at SMP N 17 Semarang is carried out by students coming directly to pay to the Administration, because the use of 1 existing computer facility in the Principal's room and 3 computer facilities in the Administration room makes payment data recorded in a book. big. The data used in SMP N 17 Semarang still uses manual recording or bookkeeping, which can result in errors in recording payments with the same student's name, data easily lost or torn. The Grounded Research method is expected to be able to produce quality management information to support management policies. In addition, with good management of administrative activities, it is hoped that it will be able to provide comfort for students and parents of guardians in making transactions. To anticipate the occurrence of tuition payment services that are slow, not fast and inaccurate due to the large number of student payments. Seeing the duties and functions that must be carried out by administrative officers of SMP N 17 Semarang to hold a School Information system, the authors built a School Management Information System as an alternative to make it easier for administrative officers to input new student admissions, student data collection and tuition payments. which is in SMP N 17 Semarang.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah model pembelajaran yang berupaya mengembangkan kompetensi dan keterampilan belajar melalui rangkaian kegiatan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan menghasilkan produk tertentu yang dituangkan dalam wadah berupa proyek. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Penerepan model project based learning pada pembelajaran mengontruksi karya ilmiah di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Pule Trenggalek. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dalam penerapan PjBL dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran mengontruksi karya ilmiah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai siswa yang dikatagorikan baik. Model pembelajaran PjBL dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan ketekunan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: how regular monitoring of waiting room facilities by the terminal service officer unit is important to ensure that waiting room facilities are comfortable for passengers to use. If the terminal service office officers are negligent or do not adhere to the SOP guidelines in carrying out supervision, it can result in the functions of the waiting room facilities not being properly monitored so that when there are damaged facilities and so on they cannot be handled quickly which results in passengers experiencing problems. Disappointment This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interviews and observations. For the interview, the researcher interviewed the terminal service office officers 3 sources with the document data obtained researcher from documentation of the activities of terminal service office officers when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The role of the performance of Terminal Service office officers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to carry out operational activities for all facilities by the Standard Operational Procedures in the terminal service office By providing all facilities, especially in the departure and arrival areas, which makes service users feel satisfied. Obstacles faced by Terminal service office Based on the results of observations or field observations, it is the lack of personnel and lack of coordination with related units in carrying out operational activities which is the cause of the failure to fulfill the maximum performance of Terminal Service office officers to support security, comfort, smoothness, and safety of anyone at the airport.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: This research aims to find out: analyze the readiness of PKP-PK unit officers in efforts to improve aviation safety by National and International Regulations. This is because, when an accident occurs in the waterside area, the PKP-PK unit must be ready and alert to handle the condition. The PKP-PK unit's lack of alertness can pose a danger to the aircraft if an aircraft is about to land. In carrying out their duties, PKP-PK personnel have their respective roles according to the personnel's abilities and licenses. The license held by a personnel is of course a benchmark for the performance of the personnel in carrying out their duties, so that the performance of each PKP-PK unit is not completely the same or equivalent.This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and documentation along with observations. The researcher directly carried out observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during interviews and observations. For the researcher's interview with the resource persons, namely PKP-PK officers consisting of the Head Unit, Supervisor, Senior PKP-PK, and Junior PKP-PK at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap, and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, discussion, and conclusions. The readiness of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Cilacap Airport is a key factor in handling plane accidents effectively. Factors such as knowledge, skills, equipment, training, and external factors such as weather can influence officer readiness. To increase readiness, there needs to be ongoing efforts to improve training, maintain equipment, and conduct simulations regularly. Good readiness of PKP-PK officers will help minimize risks in emergencies and protect the lives of passengers and aircraft crew. Handling aircraft accidents by PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap is a very important task to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft crew. The obstacles faced by PKP-PK officers can hamper the effectiveness of the actions of PKP-PK officers at Nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap. Therefore, it is necessary to implement several solutions to increase the effectiveness of handling aircraft accidents and minimize the associated risks. These solutions must be implemented with caution and take into account the specific situation in each location and country. Improved training, coordination, investment in equipment, resource planning, and risk evaluation are key steps in overcoming these obstacles and improving the ability of PKP-PK officers at mogul Wulung Airport, Cilacap in responding to aircraft accidents quickly and effectivel
