Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much the quality of service services relates to the level of satisfaction felt by customers who use the services of Regional Water Companies (PDAMs). The research method used in this study is the observation method, the questionnaire using the Likert scale and the process of determining the sample used is the level of error of 10% as much as 162 samples, the type of research used is associative quantitative that is to find the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product Moment Person". There is a very close relationship between the quality of service to customer satisfaction, from the results of calculations using the product moment person correlation method to get the value of rxy of 0.996 according to the guidelines to provide an interpretation of coefficients the cost is between 0.8-1000. This can be proven that the better or the increased service provided by the PDAM, the higher the level of PDAM customer satisfaction

Abstract

Socialization efforts by the Electoral Commission This study aims to determine the extent of the socialization efforts carried out by the Regional General Election Commission of the City of Palangka Raya towards increasing the role of the community in political development in the City of Palangka Raya. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. Data sources come from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and interviews. Based on the results and discussion it can be explained that efforts to increase the role of the community in political development in the City of Palangka Raya by the Regional Election Commission, include (a) Simulation, voting procedures at polling stations in the Legislative Election, (b) Sympathetic Actions, dividing the Legislative Election flyers to citizens, (c) Seminars, activities which include simulations and sympathetic actions, (d) Technical guidance, methods for implementing the Legislative Election. Based on the recapitulation data on the calculation of the vote results of Political Parties and Candidates for Regional Representatives, the House of Representatives and the Election Regional Representatives as a whole as follows: Elections remain 141,028 people, those who use voting rights are 95,584 people, who do not exercise their right to vote 45,444 people . Seeing the efforts and results that were achieved by the General Election Commission of Palangka Raya City. In this case, the Palangka Raya City KPU as the organizer of the election has a large role in political development in the City of Palangka Raya. Evidenced from the community's role in using their right to vote in general elections.

Abstract

This research raises the issue of how the development of the Betang.TV company during its establishment, the purpose of this research is of course to find out about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Betang.TV company. Seeing the mass media market in Central Kalimantan, which is becoming a competitive arena for capturing the market, or at least creating a good image, known to the public as Betang. television target market. From seeing these problems, a promotional strategy was made to introduce this company to the public, not only introducing it, but also being able to reap profits through the strategy used, namely Instagram content by beautifying the Instagram feed (Main Page). From the strategy made, it is hoped that it will produce results for this company. The research method used starts from the data collection process carried out by field observations at the cyber mass media company (Local) PT. Betang.TV Multi Talent, Interview, Review of office location. Researchers analyzed digital data (Website and Social media) and analyzed licensing files. The result of this research is the promotion strategy of Betang.TV, first approach with other media and then ask for exposure from that media. Second, carry out direct promotion by word of mouth and improve the governance of social media settings. Third, branding Instagram Betang TV social media.

Abstract

Youth is one of the pillars that has a big role in the journey of the life of the nation and state so that the progress of a country is more or less determined by the thoughts and active contributions of youth in the State of Indonesia. Likewise in the scope of social life, youth is a potential identity in the community structure as the successor to the nation's struggle and a human resource for development, because youth as the hope of the nation can be interpreted that whoever controls youth will control the future. This research is expected to provide an overview of youth in youth organizations in Central Kalimantan in the development process, especially in the city of Palangka Raya. In addition, this paper is also expected to be a motivation for young people to take part in the regional development process. Therefore, it is very important to see an overview of the function and role of youth in regional development through the Central Kalimantan Indonesian Youth National Committee which accommodates it. So that this research becomes interesting to review considering that the results of this study will analyze how the participation of youth in the sustainability of the development of the Central Kalimantan Region will be.

Abstract

Pelatihan mitigasi bencana banjir kepada relawan dan masyarakat yang rawan terkena banjir merupakan solusi konkrit untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bencana banjir. Diharapkan melalui pelatihan ini akan menimbulkan kesadaran bagi relawan dan masyarakat tentang pentingnya melakukan pencegahan dan kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana banjir. Serta diharapkan relawan dan masyarakat dapat menanamkan sikap siaga bencana dan pencegahan bencana banjir bagi masyarakat. Teknik kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan konseling paska bencana banjir oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, selanjutnya melakukan pelatihan kepada relawan dan masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya khususnya komplek Mendawai Kelurahan Palangka dan diakhiri dengan monitoring memantau keberlanjutan kegiatan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the User Experience in the Threads application through the application of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. User Experience (UX) is how users interact with a product or service offered by a company or organization. The role of users certainly greatly influences the success of an application. The Threads app is a social media app that launched on July 5, 2023, but its user experience has not been explored much. The UEQ method is used to measure various aspects of user experience, including Attractiveness, Clarity, Efficiency, Appropriateness, Stimulation, and Novelty. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been created using Google Form and then processing the data results using the Data Analysis Tool. UEQ analysis results provide deep insight into how users interact with Threads applications and how certain aspects of the user experience can be improved. Of the 6 UEQ assessment scales, the results of this research are that there are 4 scales with "Bad" results in Attractiveness, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Stimulation. Then, there is a scale with “Below Average” results in Clarity. And there is a scale with “Above Average” results in Recency. This indicates that the Threads application has a poor benchmark level. The results of the User Experience (UX) analysis show that users feel less satisfied when using the Threads social media application.

Abstract

The design of a web-based sales information system is a form of utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in the economic sector. It is expected to facilitate financial transactions in a virtual marketplace, allowing buyers and sellers to meet and mutually benefit. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based application using WordPress CMS for the sale of ready-to-wear clothing at Wegah Mangan store. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a ready-to-use online store. The development process involves several stages, including feasibility study, system analysis, planning, system design, and implementation. The result of this web-based clothing sales website at Wegah Mangan Online Clothing Store is expected to be one of the online shop making options that utilizes information technology and facilitates the sales and purchasing process between sellers and buyers according to the developments of the times.

Abstract

The website has information about the product's name, price, and specifications, which aims to make it easier for customers to choose the product they want to buy. This website is exclusively for men's jeans. This men's jeans E-Commerce Website contains information about products for men's needs. Andika Jeans previously used conventional methods, where customers had to come to the store to see the product. With these problems, the Andika Jeans website was created. The method used in this writing is SWLDC, which has several stages: analysis, design, implementation, and trial. The conclusion that can be drawn from this website is that it aims to get information about the available products so that visitors can easily choose products that meet their needs. This website has been hosted so that customers can access it and can also place and confirm orders. This website has been tested in several browsers and devices, and the results of this website function very well; this website can be accessed via http://widi-system.co/andikajeans/.

Abstract

Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan bidang prasarana, sarana dan utilitas umum dalam menjalankan tugas salah satunya pada peningkatan jalan lingkungan agar mempermudah akses transportasi. Dalam hal ini kinerja tersebut dapat dikategorikan baik. Teori yang digunakan sebagai landasan dalam penilitian ini adalah pengukuran kinerja birokrasi publik. Di dalam pengukuran kinerja terdapat lima indikator yang digunakan menurut Dwiyanto yaitu 1) Produktifitas, 2) Kualitas Layanan, 3) Responsivitas, 4) Responsibilitas dan 5) Akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif karena peneliti ingin memahami faktor sosiologis, situasi dan gejala atau fenomena sosial secara mendalam dan komprehensif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Bidang Kawasan Permukiman, Kepala Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan bidang prasarana, sarana dan utilitas umum dan masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Kinerja Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan bidang prasarana, sarana dan utilitas umum dalam Peningkatan Jalan Lingkungan di Kota Palangka Raya dalam hal ini kinerja tersebut dapat dikategorikan baik. Program kegiatan yang direncanakan dan dikerjakan sudah mencapai target yang diharapkan dalam hal mengurangi kawasan kumuh dan meningkatkan hunian yang layak khususnya permasalahan terhadap jalan lingkungan, walaupun tidak semua usulan yang datang langsung dari masyarakat dikerjakan namun semuanya tetap ditampung dan dipelajari oleh Disperkimtan.

Abstract

Industri kelapa sawit memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun limbah yang dihasilkannya menimbulkan dampak lingkungan dan kesehatan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat Desa Goha, Kecamatan Banama Tingang, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, terhadap dampak limbah sawit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencemaran air sungai akibat limbah cair sawit berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat, seperti iritasi kulit dan gangguan pencernaan. Limbah padat juga menurunkan kesuburan tanah dan hasil pertanian. Meskipun industri sawit menciptakan lapangan kerja, dampak negatifnya memicu keresahan sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengawasan lebih ketat terhadap pengelolaan limbah serta penyediaan akses air bersih bagi masyarakat. Kesadaran dan keterlibatan berbagai pihak sangat penting untuk mendorong solusi berkelanjutan dalam industri kelapa sawit.
