Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis risiko sistem pembayaran digital pada aplikasi Shopee menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO 31000 berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 31 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tahapan analisis meliputi identifikasi, analisis, dan evaluasi risiko, dengan penilaian risiko dihitung menggunakan rumus Risk Score = Likelihood × Impact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar risiko berada pada kategori tinggi. Risiko tertinggi adalah kehilangan uang akibat kebocoran akun dengan skor risiko 21,0, diikuti kerugian akibat kegagalan transaksi dengan skor risiko 20,1, dan penipuan dengan skor risiko 18,8. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan ISO 31000 terbukti efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko secara sistematis. Upaya mitigasi yang direkomendasikan meliputi peningkatan keamanan sistem, verifikasi transaksi berlapis, dan peningkatan kesadaran pengguna.

Abstract

PT Dian Aristy Energi Palembang is a company engaged in the distribution of industrial fuel oil (BBM). The current operational processes are still conducted manually and are not integrated, leading to data duplication, reporting delays, low information accuracy, and difficulties in monitoring distribution activities, which affect managerial decision-making. This study aims to develop a strategic Enterprise Architecture plan based on TOGAF ADM to improve the alignment between information systems and fuel distribution operations. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The TOGAF ADM phases applied consist of Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and Technology Architecture. The results of this study produce an Enterprise Architecture design that describes the current condition (AS-IS) and the proposed condition (TO-BE), including business process modeling, data architecture, application architecture, and supporting technology architecture. The proposed design enables the integration of operational processes through digital systems such as purchase order processing, distribution monitoring, and complaint management. This study concludes that the implementation of Enterprise Architecture based on TOGAF ADM can improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, information transparency, and support better decision-making, as well as provide a reference for the development of integrated information systems

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di perguruan tinggi mendorong penggunaan portal akademik untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik dan administrasi. Portal Akademik New Student Universitas Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM) digunakan untuk pengisian Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS), melihat jadwal kuliah, memeriksa hasil studi, serta pembayaran administrasi. Namun, masih terdapat risiko seperti gangguan sistem, error saat pengisian KRS, kebocoran data mahasiswa, dan lambatnya respons sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko keamanan informasi pada Portal Akademik New Student UIGM menggunakan metode ISO 27005. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tujuh risiko utama, dengan tiga risiko berkategori tinggi yaitu gangguan sistem, error saat pengisian KRS, dan kebocoran data mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas server, penguatan kontrol akses, backup data rutin, dan monitoring sistem untuk meningkatkan keamanan serta keandalan portal akademik.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents new opportunities in education, particularly in lesson planning. However, most vocational high school teachers in Palembang City, including those at SMK PGRI 2, still have limited knowledge and skills in utilizing AI. This problem is the background to the implementation of community service activities (PkM) with the aim of improving teacher competency in using Large Language Models (LLM) such as Gemini and ChatGPT to develop Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP). The methods used included needs surveys, interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation through post-tests and participant feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, where teacher knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and the application of AI in lesson plans increased from 10% to 65%. The contribution of this activity lies in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI to develop lesson plans more effectively and providing a scientific basis for the application of LLM in lesson planning in vocational education. Keywords: artificial intelligence, lesson planning, vocational school teachers Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) menghadirkan peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru SMK di Kota Palembang, termasuk di SMK PGRI 2, masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan AI. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan Large Language Models (LLM) seperti Gemini dan ChatGPT untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana pengetahuan guru meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80% dan penerapan AI dalam RPP naik dari 10% menjadi 65%. Kontribusi kegiatan ini terletak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun RPP secara lebih efektif serta penyediaan dasar ilmiah bagi penerapan LLM dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi. Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged many companies to adopt Management Information Systems (MIS) to enhance operational performance. However, a significant number of organizations continue to experience suboptimal results due to inadequate employee training, inconsistent system maintenance, and weak managerial support. This indicates a critical gap between MIS implementation and its expected benefits, particularly in improving operational efficiency. This study aims to bridge that gap by investigating the impact of MIS implementation on operational performance and identifying key success factors that influence its effectiveness. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved a case study in a medium-sized manufacturing company, with data collected from 100 respondents across operational-related depart-ments through a structured questionnaire. The findings show that effective MIS implementation contributes substantially to operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, minimizing processing time, and enhancing resource allocation. Furthermore, success is strongly associated with comprehensive user training, consistent system maintenance, and committed managerial support. These findings offer practical insights for organizations seeking to maximize the benefits of MIS and can serve as strategic references for improving operational performance through targeted system implementation efforts.

Abstract

The implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) encourages government institutions to utilize information technology to improve employee effectiveness and administrative efficiency. One implementation in Ogan Ilir Regency is the SiNonA application, which is used as a digital attendance system for Non-ASN employees. However, several problems are still encountered in its implementation, such as limited application features, difficulties in system usage, and the mismatch between system capabilities and employee work requirements. Previous studies on digital attendance systems mostly focused on usability, system quality, and technology acceptance, while studies examining the suitability between technology characteristics and employee task requirements using the Task Technology Fit (TTF) approach are still limited, especially in the government sector for Non-ASN employees. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Task Characteristics and Technology Characteristics on Task Technology Fit and its impact on employee performance improvement in using the SiNonA application. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 353 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS software. The results showed that Task Characteristics and Technology Characteristics had a positive and significant effect on Task Technology Fit, while Task Technology Fit also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance improvement. These findings indicate that the suitability between technology and work tasks plays an important role in improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of Non-ASN employees in using the SiNonA application.

Abstract

The distribution of social assistance under the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Sukodadi Village, Sukarami District, Palembang, is still carried out conventionally, making it vulnerable to inaccuracies, subjectivity, and potential fraud in the recipient selection process. This problem concerns not only the accuracy of decision-making methods but also the weakness of information system governance at the architectural level. This study integrates the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method as a multi-criteria ranking engine with The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) as the foundation for enterprise architecture planning. TOPSIS is used to rank 15 alternative PKH candidate recipients based on 10 criteria, while TOGAF ADM Phases A through F are applied to produce an enterprise architecture blueprint encompassing business, data, application, and technology architectures. The results indicate that the integration of both methods yields a Decision Support System (DSS) that is not only algorithmically accurate (Subroto as the best alternative with a preference value of 0.637) but also architecturally governed through a blueprint ready for replication across 107 sub-districts in Palembang City. Black box testing confirmed all system functions operate according to specifications, and user acceptance testing demonstrated high satisfaction levels.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem pembayaran digital pada platform jual beli online lokal di Toko Acong Alvino Palembang dengan menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) sebagai metode perencanaan strategis yang terukur dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang berfokus pada pemahaman proses, pengalaman, dan dinamika organisasi selama penerapan sistem pembayaran digital berlangsung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik, karyawan, serta pelanggan toko, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan validasi triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pembayaran digital berbasis QRIS dan e-wallet berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi hingga 45%, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan sebesar 70%, serta mempercepat konfirmasi pembayaran secara signifikan. Penerapan TOGAF ADM terbukti efektif dalam menyelaraskan strategi bisnis, sistem informasi, dan infrastruktur teknologi secara terpadu, serta memperkuat tata kelola arsitektur digital pada tingkat usaha mikro. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi berbasis arsitektur strategis tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga membentuk budaya kerja adaptif terhadap teknologi, sehingga dapat dijadikan model pengembangan digitalisasi UMKM yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang perencanaan arsitektur enterprise menggunakan framework TOGAF pada Toko Sekip Makmur, sebuah toko ritel tradisional yang masih mengelola proses bisnisnya secara konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang arsitektur enterprise yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengoptimalkan manajemen inventaris, dan memberikan kemudahan dalam pengambilan keputusan melalui data yang terintegrasi. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan observasi langsung, wawancara terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen. Implementasi TOGAF ADM dilakukan melalui beberapa fase yaitu preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information systems architecture, dan technology architecture. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan framework TOGAF dapat membantu Toko Sekip Makmur dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, merancang solusi arsitektur yang sesuai, dan memberikan panduan implementasi yang mencakup seluruh aspek sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi arsitektur enterprise yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing Toko Sekip Makmur di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membuka peluang baru bagi dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru di SMK PGRI 2 Palembang masih menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang inovatif dan terintegrasi dengan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi AI dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan prompt engineering guna menghasilkan RPP berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan workshop partisipatif dengan model learning by doing yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 September 2025, diikuti oleh 24 guru dari berbagai program keahlian. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru terhadap konsep AI (96% peserta memahami dengan baik), kemampuan menyusun RPP berbasis PjBL (100% peserta meningkat), serta keterampilan membuat prompt terstruktur (92% peserta mampu menerapkan). Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kreativitas, dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam memanfaatkan AI secara etis sebagai asisten pedagogis dalam perencanaan pembelajaran
