Abstract

In line with the Increasingly tight competition along with the higher and more varied customers’ demand, companies do not stock pile their invnory in warehouses anymore, but they are required to be subtle in integrating the flow of information and goods from suppliers , manufacturers, distributors, outlets, and up to the costumers, which is known as Supply Chain Management (SCM).. Currently, SCM has become the primary concern of every company to improve its operating performance. The changing paradigm of compettion, which was initially amongst companies, now has moved to be amongst chains. In addition, as the information technology is getting more advanced. SCM should be applied in order not only to maintain its existence but also to become strategic assets leading to improvement of the company’s operating performance. This study is aimed at investigating the integration strategy of suppliers and customers using a sample of 24 (twenty four) cosmetic companies in East Java Province. After the identification of sample and conducting a factor analysis, it is found that there are five different strategies in which each of them is characterized by different arc of integration which represents the directions of suppliers or customers.. The findings show that the five integration typology areas, which are inward facing, inward facing skewed to customers, inward facing skewed to supplier, periphery facing, and outward facing, have significant differences among those five SCM integation typologies, particularly in the financial perspective criteria. Meanwhile, no significant differences are shown seen from the other two perspectives, namely customer perspective and internal business process perspective.Keywords: Supply Chain Management, Arc of integration

Abstract

The tourism and agriculture sectors are important aspects of economic life for the people of Bromo. However, since the pandemic that almost destroyed the economic sector in almost all corners of the world, it also affected the BromoTengger Semeru area. This study aims to determine the effect of the pandemic on the economic sector of the BromoTengger Semeru community before and after the pandemic. This study will use a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires and direct observations in order to find out the economic condition of the Bromo community before and after the pandemic and analyze how the Bromo community deals with these conditions. The results of this research and observation are that the majority of the tengger people in the Sukapura sub-district affected by the pandemic experienced a decrease in income. However, the economy in general can still face this pandemic because people have income in the agricultural sector. So that the decline in social welfare does not change drastically. Abstract

Skill Flight Instructor menjadi acuan bagi akademi penerbang di Indonesia sebagai ukuran keberhasilan pada capaian taruna pilot, metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey lapangan dan Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 29 responden, analisis pengujian menggunakan bantuan SPSS 25 dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Flight Instructor terhadap jam terbang secara signifikan sebesar 14.28%. Tidak terdapat pengaruh Kualifikasi Flight Instructor terhadap jam terbang dan tidak signifikan sebesar 21.71%. Sedangkan pengaruh terhadap skill taruna, terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Flight Instructor terhadap Skill taruna secara signifikan sebesar 17.72%. Terdapat pengaruh Kualifikasi Flight Instructor terhadap Skill taruna secara signifikan sebesar 19.36%. Terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi Flight Instructor melalui Jam terbang Flight Instructor terhadap Skill taruna secara signifikan sebesar 94.09%. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap skill taruna, terdapat pengaruh Kompetensi melalui Jam terbang terhadap Skill taruna secara signifikan sebesar 13.39%. Terdapat pengaruh Kualifikasi melalui Jam terbang terhadap Skill taruna secara signifikan sebesar 20.43%. Untuk Pengupayaan seorang ahli dalam bidangnya dapat menggunakan kaidah teori 10.000 jam terbang, kemudian dapat diterapkan sebagai indikator kematangan Flight Instructor dalam skill yang dimiliki di tempat kerja kedepannya.

Abstract

Experiment of the influence  of quality service on customers satisfaction and loyalty in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember is intended to (1) test qualityinfluence services to the customers satisfaction. (2) test quality influence services to customers loyalty. (3) test the  influence of customers satisfacion to their loyailty. The Population in this study is all customers in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember, meanwhile the target of this study is  exhaustive and active users of Indovision's service. Determination of sample size of 140 consumers ,conducted by Accidental Sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is structural equation. And results of analysis showed that quality services significantly ascendant to customers satisfaction, the quality services significantly ascendant to customers loyalty and signifantly ascendant satisfaction to loyalty of the customers. The influence of quality services to customers loyalty  have the most dominant factors  compared with the influence of quality services towards the customers satisfaction and satisfaction of influence of customers loyalty.

Abstract

Based on the results of research in the Faculty of Economics, University ofJember on the influence of the physical work environment, organizational cultureand work motivation on employee performance This study used path analysis (PathAnalysis) with data processing using Statistical Product and Service (SPSS Versi.15)The results of the study show that the Physical Working Environment (X1), andCultural Organization (X2), the motivation of Work (Y1) simultaneously positive andsignificant effect on employee performance (Y2). This can be concluded when thefourth variable is certainly increased employee performance also increased.Physical Work Environment (X1) partially not significant effect on employeeperformance (Y2). But with the results of a positive coefficient of the workingenvironment then lambatlaun improve the performance of the company to generatebetter employment process takes long enough to be supported by a conduciveenvironment, the results of the work will be the maximum in accordance with thedesired company. Cultural Organization (X2) partially not significant effect onemployee performance (Y2). Good organizational culture will produce output that isalso good that the realignment of work habits do not tutas should be avoided.Motivation (Y1) partially positive and significant impact on employee performance(Y2). Motivation needs to be improved in an effort to stimulate the performance ofemployees, with rewards for the work that deserved the employee will improve itsperformance which will have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

The shrimp is one of Indonesia's main export commodity. Since 2004 intensive shrimp farmers cultivation of vannamei shrimp. Intensification of shrimp farms require of quality and quantity of fry. This study aimed to analyze the influence of marketing mix variables on purchase decision and satisfaction and loyalty intensive shrimp farmers in purchasing shrimp fry to the hatchery. The marketing mix consists of variables: product, price, distribution, promotion, people, physical evidence, process. This research is an explanatory  research and  confirmatory study with a sample of intensive shrimp farmers horseshoe area of East Java. Analysis of causal relationships between variables and test research hypotheses using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Research results shows that marketing mix variables that influence purchase decisions are price, people, physical evidence and that affects customer satisfaction is product, price, distribution, people, processes and purchasing decisions affect the satisfaction and loyalty of farmers and also satisfaction effect on loyalty.   Shrimp hatchery needs to pay attention to their marketing mix strategies to influence purchasing decisions and get the satisfaction and loyalty of farmers as their consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the important role of purchasing decisions in mediating the relationship between e-marketing and customer satisfaction. The sample used was 120 customers from Denpro Dental Store in Online Stores (Shopee and Tokopedia). The research uses a quantitative approach with the help of SmartPLS. The research results show that e-marketing in the form of convenience, responsiveness, marketing content, and trust plays an important role in increasing purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions have an important impact on increasing customer satisfaction. An important implication of this research is that effective e-marketing strategies in the aspects of convenience, responsiveness, marketing content, and trust significantly increase purchasing decisions, which in turn increases customer satisfaction. Therefore, online stores like Denpro Dental Store must focus on improving the quality of their e-marketing to encourage positive purchasing decisions and increase customer satisfaction levels.

Abstract

Kabupaten Jember merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur yang memiliki potensi luar biasa di bidang pertanian sebagai kota tape karena sebagian besar oleh – olehnya terbuat dari bahan dasar tape. Tidak hanya sebagai kota tape kabupaten Jember juga merupakan penghasil kopi. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi peluang bagi kabupaten jember untuk menambah perekonomian daerah. Banyak penjual tape dan kopi yang menjadi binaan Kabupaten Jember dibawah Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) Jember. Salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi olahan tape dan kopi adalah UMKM “La Tansa”. La Tansa memiliki beberapa permasalahan dalam menjalankan usahanya yang pertama yaitu belum memiliki pembukuan keuangan yang baik, kedua masih minimalnyanya diversifikasi produk yang dihasilkan dan yang ketiga adalah proses pemasaran yang belum terdigitalisasi. Berdasarkan potensi dan permasalahan tersebut digagas konsep pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis agrobisnis dengan pelatihan keuangan, pengadaan alat guna diversifikasi produk dan pengembangan sistem E-Commerce.

Abstract

Pelatihan manajemen pariwisata di BUMDes Bermi Ecopark Kota Lumajang, dapat membantu para karyawan dalam merencanakan, mengkoordinasikan, mengarahkan dan mengendalikan berbagai aspek yang berkaitan dengan destinasi wisata. Ini mencakup pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang fungsi-fungsi dan strategi bisnis, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, serta pemeliharaan dan pengembangan fasilitas. Peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, termasuk pelatihan bagi karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan mendukung konsep konservasi alam, juga akan memperkuat Bermi Ecopark dalam memenuhi harapan wisatawan. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk Pelatihan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja individu sehingga mereka dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap tujuan organisasi. Dampak pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan adanya pelatihan, organisasi dapat memperkuat budaya kerja yang positif, seperti kerjasama tim, komunikasi terbuka, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan.
