Abstract

This research was based on the results of direct field observations conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City. The results of this investigation were derived from direct field observations conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City. This research indicated that the conventional learning previously implemented at SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City was insufficient to draw students' interest in learning. The approach lacked innovation and creativity. As a result, the lessons become tedious and repetitive. The objective of this study was to investigate the extent to which students' interest in the learning process of Pancasila and Civics Education subjects is influenced by the use of E-learning websites. The descriptive qualitative research methods used in this study were utilized to provide a detailed account of the conditions of E-learning website utilization and its influence on the learning interest of class XII students at SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City. The results indicated that the implementation of E-learning websites in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education has been successful, as evidenced by the utilization of these websites in the learning process and the schools' policies. Using an E-learning website in the classroom as a learning media includes various features, such as student attendance, material delivery, and individual or group questions for evaluation, which can also be used as an exam media. Thus, e-learning websites are essential to students' interest in learning during the learning process and following technological developments in education.

Abstract

Penilitian ini menganalisis peran WhatsApp Group "Pasar Online" dalam mendorong kewirausahaan di masyarakat modern, khususnya di kompleks Banten Indah Permai, Taman Banten Lestari, dan Taman Mutiara Indah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana platform ini memfasilitasi interaksi antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen serta dampak sosial yang ditimbulkannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap pelaku usaha. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp Group berfungsi sebagai alat pemasaran yang efektif dan sarana berbagi informasi, menciptakan komunitas yang solid serta mendukung inovasi. Namun, tantangan seperti keamanan dan interaksi yang tidak sehat juga diidentifikasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa WhatsApp Group memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung kewirausahaan, meskipun perlu adanya strategi untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada demi memaksimalkan manfaatnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the steps and obstacles and challenges experienced by the Badan Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (BP2MI) of Serang City in implementing protection for Indonesian Migrant Workers. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. The results of the study obtained were a.) The Role of Protection provided by BP2MI of Serang City is divided into 2 (two), namely administrative protection and legal protection; b.) Obstacles experienced by BP2MI Serang City in implementing protection for Migrant Workers include the departure of PMI in a Non-Procedural (Illegal) manner; and c.) Challenges experienced by BP2MI in implementing protection for PMI are differences in handling PMI who are departed in a Procedural and Non-Procedural manner. This step has shown that BP2MI Serang City and Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Serang City have carried out their performance well in implementing Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (UU PPMI). For existing obstacles and challenges, they will be followed up firmly both legally, socially and administratively to strengthen supervision and protection for Workers and Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was carried out with the aim of analysing the impact of using MilleaLab teaching materials on the cognitive learning outcomes of Class VIII students in Pancasila subjects at SMP Negeri 8 in the city of Serang. The methodology used was a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach, using a non-equivalent control group design. The research sample was randomly selected, namely class VIII B as the experimental class and class VIII C as the control class, assuming that the two classes had identical or homogeneous characteristics. Data was collected using multiple-choice learning tests based on Bloom's revised taxonomy. Data analysis began with initial tests of normality and homogeneity, followed by hypothesis testing using the T-test for independent samples. The results of the analysis showed that using the MilleaLab support had a significant effect on improving cognitive learning outcomes. This was reflected in the experimental class's highest pre-test score of 81 and highest post-test score of 100, while in the control class the highest pre-test score was 77 and the highest post-test score was 92. The significant increase in the test class shows that the MilleaLab learning environment can contribute positively to students' cognitive learning outcomes. The hypothesis test shows a significant value (two-tailed) of 0.000, which is below the threshold of α = 0.05, so that H₁ is accepted. It can be concluded that the use of MilleaLab learning aids has a significant impact on Grade 8 students' cognitive learning outcomes in Pancasila subjects at SMP Negeri 8 in Serang City. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar MilleaLab terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Negeri 8 Kota Serang. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen menggunakan desain kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak, yaitu Kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan Kelas VIII C sebagai kelas kontrol, dengan asumsi bahwa kedua kelas tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang sama atau homogen. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar dengan menggunakan soal pilihan ganda yang dikembangkan berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom yang telah direvisi. Analisis data diawali dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas awal, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan T-test untuk sampel independen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan dukungan MilleaLab memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif. Hal ini tercermin dari nilai pre-test tertinggi pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 81 dan nilai post-test tertinggi sebesar 100, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol nilai pre-test tertinggi sebesar 77 dan nilai post-test tertinggi sebesar 92. Peningkatan yang lebih signifikan pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran MilleaLab dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikan (dua sisi) sebesar 0,000 yang berada di bawah batas α = 0,05, sehingga H₁ diterima. Dari hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran MilleaLab berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila di SMP Negeri 8 Kota Serang.
