Abstract

Abstrak. Digital marketing merupakan bentuk pemasaran modern yang dapat mencapai tujuan dengan cara yang lebih mudah dan lebih cepat. Penggunaan digital marketing juga dapat membantu pelaku UMKM mempromosikan dan mampu memperluas pasar. Terdapat perbedaan antara pelaku UMKM yang mengimplementasikan digital marketing dengan pelaku UMKM yang tidak mengimplementasikan digital marketing dalam usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh modal, lama usaha, tingkat pendidikan dan implementasi digital marketing terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh dan menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan UMKM yang mengimplementasikan digital marketing dengan UMKM yang tidak mengimplementasikan digital marketing di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji mann whitney. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasinya sebanyak 525 orang, responden yang mengimplementasikan digital marketing sebanyak 23 responden dan responden yang tidak mengimplementasikan digital marketing sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil dari penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal dan implementasi digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh. Sedangkan variabel lama usaha dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil analisis uji mann whitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan anatara UMKM yang mengimplementasikan digital marketing dengan UMKM yang tidak mengimplementasikan digital marketing di Kota Banda Aceh.The Influence of Capital, Length of Business, Education Level and Implementation of Digital Marketing on MSME Income in Banda Aceh CityAbstract. Digital marketing is one of the modern marketing techniques that can help entrepreneurs achieve their goals of increasing sales efficiently and faster. Digital marketing can also help MSME entrepreneur to promote and expand their market. There is a difference between MSME entrepreneurs who implement digital marketing and MSME entrepreneurs who do not implement digital marketing in their businesses. This study aims to determine the business capital, how long the business has been running, education level and implementation of digital marketing on MSME income in Banda Aceh City and analyze the differences in the income of MSMEs that implement digital marketing and MSMEs that do not implement digital marketing in Banda Aceh. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the Mann-Whitney test. In this study, purposive sampling is the sampling method with a population of 525 people. The respondents can be divided into two groups: (1) those who implement digital marketing are 23 respondents and (2) those who do not are 20. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis studies show that the variables of the business capital and digital marketing implementation significantly affect the income of MSMEs in Banda Aceh. At the same time, the variables of the duration of business and education level have no significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Banda Aceh. The Mann-Whitney test analysis results show significant differences between MSMEs that implement digital marketing and MSMEs that do not implement digital marketing in Banda Aceh.

HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwabahwastrategiprioritasdalampengembanganagribisnistembakaudiKecamatanBintangKabupatenAceh Tengahadalahstrategiperluasanaksespermodalan.Tobacco Agribusiness Development Strategy in Central Aceh Regency using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) MethodAbstract :Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) is an agricultural commodity that has an important role, not only as a source of income for farmers, but also for the country. Tobacco is one of the crops that is being developed by the Central Aceh District Government by looking at the agricultural potential that exists in Central Aceh District. One of the tobacco development areas in Central Aceh District isKecamatanBintang. However, tobacco production in Bintang Sub-district has not developed widely and the amount of production is still limited so that there is a gap between the development of tobacco plant production and tobacco plant productivity. This study aims to formulate priority alternative strategies used for the development strategy of tobacco agribusiness in Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency. The data used in this study used primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations. Meanwhile, secondary data includes data obtained from related agencies, literature, reports and records related to this research. The research approach used is AHP with Microsoft Excel software as a data processing tool. The results showed that the priority strategy in the development of tobacco agribusiness in Bintang District, Central Aceh Regency is the strategy of expanding access to capital.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research was conducted in the Province of Aceh. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and labor demand in the Province during the period from 1998 to 2012. The data used in this study is secondary data time series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh, Department of Labor and Population Mobility Aceh, Department of Trade and Industry Aceh and Aceh Pertamina. The model used is the model of simultaneous equations by the method of 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) is used to analyze the function of each equation in this study. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage impact on inflation and the increase in labor supply and the impact on the demand for labor in the province. Economically, the regression results indicate that for each of the variables that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and demand in the province of Aceh has not been all in accordance with the sign the expected coefficients and variables in each equation only population significant effect on labor supply, whereas the other variables did not significantly affect the endogenous variables. However, simultaneous testing for functionality inflation equation has no real effect, whereas the function of the provincial minimum wage equations, labor supply and labor demand in the province has a real impact.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The aim of this study is to analyse the influence of the number of the agricultural labours, agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit toward the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. The independent variables are the agricultural labours, agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit and the dependent variable is the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. The data that are used in this study are time series data which are taken from 1999-2012. This study method also use the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result shows that the variables of agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit have positively affected and highly significant toward the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province, where as the number of the agricultural labours has negatively affected and highly significant toward agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. Closeness of the correlation between the dependent variable and the independent variables that affect the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province is amounted to 89.7% which can be explained by the four variables in the model. The remaining 10.3% is explained by other factors outside the model's equations.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to determine whether the traditional salt industry already has the appropriate standard manufacture the technical aspects and prospects of development of the traditional salt industry reviewed of the financial aspects of feasibility and prospects of the market aspects Opportunities for the salt industry in Aceh Besar district is still wide open. These results indicate that the average farmer owned land measuring 468 M2. Salt processing is still done traditionally, wiyh an average production of 25 kg of salt per day. Financial analysis explains that the salt production is feasible, with the B/C ratio of 1.48. IRR of 37.60 percent, means that manufacture salt is able to produce a greater opportunity cost than the cost of capital so that the desired feasible. With NPV of Rp. 5,515,758 per year and a payback period of 11 months for 2 years. Opportunities for the salt industry in Aceh Besar district is still wide open. Until 2014, Aceh Besar can only produce as much as 117.74 tons of salt people or 117 740 kg per year. While the number of requests to salt over 572 835 kg per year.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The study entitled "Womens Contribution of the Banana Worker Womens Family Income in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie." There are two problems in this study, that is: 1) How much money can women earn as a peasant in the women of farm workers family in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie? and 2) How large is the revenue contribution of women of farm workers in the banana farming to monthly household income in the district of Padang Tiji, Pidie? The aim of this study is 1) To know much money can women earn as a peasant in the women farm workers family in the District of Padang Tiji, Pidie and 2) To determine how is the revenue contribution of women farm workers in the banana farming to monthly household income in the district of Padang Tiji, Pidie. The population of this study were 282 women farm worker women, with a total sample of 28 respondents or 10 % of the total population. The results showed that: 1) The average income of farm workers women of banana farm in the district of Padang Tiji is about Rp.787.500,- while 2) The contribution income of farm workers women banana farming is one of the biggest income besides husband's income in a family, which is in line with the level of the percentage income of women up to 30 % of total family income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. After Tsunami 2004, many local and international NGOs came to help Aceh community in rehabilitation and reconstruction processes in order to relief economic condition of the community. In the rehabilitation processes of coast community, NGO gave more attention to gender equity in their program, especially in the program aimed to increase knowledge and skill through the training of small scale enterprise and giving fund for their business. In 2010, the rehabilitation and reconstruction processed was finished. How is the women role in economic sector? This research aimed to: (1) Describe the women role in fishery subsector before and after tsunami, (2) Analyze factors which caused the change of woman role in fishery subsector after tsunami, (3) Formulate the strategy to reinforce woman role in economic activity of fishery subsector. This research was a case study in Meunasah Keudee Village, Mesjid Raya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District by using a qualitative approach. The results showed that there were a movement in a role of men and women in fishery agroindustry. Many factors caused this movement: internal factors which are: (a) the increasing awareness of self potential, (b) the increasing of cosmopolitness in women activity after tsunami, (c) the movement of status and women role in their family (widows case); external factors which are: (a) NGOs assistances and guidances in women economic activity, (b) the increasement of family needs, (c) the movement of reference group. Strategy to enhance women role are: (1) increasement of women education through training which includes gender issues in economic assitances to the community; (2) reformation of local or traditional institution which neglect women role; (3) advocate the men to give the same place and role to the women to involve on desicion making processes in the family, economic activity and public sphere.

Abstract

Efficiency Analysis of Marketing in Fisheries Agro-industry(A Case Study: Marketing of Dried Anchovy in Meunasah Keudee village,District of Aceh Besar)ABSTRACT. The issue of marketing efficiency is still an important topic to be discussed in agribusiness. The specific goals of this research are: (1) identifying marketing channel of dried anchovy and (2) analyzing market performance of dried anchovy (includes margin, profit margin, share as well as value chain). This research is quantitative and qualitative researches using observations, in-depth interviews and questionnaires. Field research was conducted in Meunasah Keudee Village, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. This location is selected from areas that are most popular as a central production of dried Anchovy in Aceh. Results from this research indicated that the marketing margin in all channels was enormous and unwell distributed yet. Increasing marketing efficiency at market level in local market through reducing marketing cost (transportation, handling, packing and loss) is important. Similarly, encouragement of investment in those efficiency activities are still essential.
