Abstract

Jalan lingkar Selatan Kota Cilegon masuk dalam klasifikasi jalan perkotaan sesuai Sk Walikota No. 620/Kep.19-DPUTR/2022 Tentang Status Jalan Kota Cilegon, kelas III, jalan kolektor sekunder Ruas jalan ini merupakan salah satu urat nadi pertumbuhan ekonomi baik di Kota Cilegon maupun Kabupaten Serang. Pada bagian ruas jalan terdapat titik-titik jalan yang rawan terhadap keselamatan lalu lintas, salah satunya di Stationing 08+175 sampai Stationing 08+425 pada lokasi Simpang Lebak Denok. Pada titik kemacetan lalu lintas terbesar disebabkan oleh alinyemen vertikal yang belum memenuhi standar yang disyaratkan oleh Bina Marga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data berupa angka yang dianalisis menggunakan rumus-rumus empirik sesuai Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan Bina Marga 2021. Data ukuran geometrik jalan dikumpulkan secara pengukuran langsung yang menjadi data primer seperti lebar lajur jalan, bahu jalan dan jenis perkerasan, dan juga ada yang didapatkan dari dokumen berupa data sekunder berupa data klasifikasi jalan, indikator kecepatan rencana dan besar jari-jari tikungan pada alinyemen horisontal. Analisis pada geometrik jalan berupa alinyemen vertikal dan horisontal bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai elevasi alinyemen vertikal maupun horizontal yang ada di lapangan. Analisis alinyemen vertikal dan horizontal pada jalan lingkar selatan ini mempertimbangkan aspek keselamatan pengguna jalan. Elevasi vertikal maksimum pada ruas jalan ini sebesar 10% dan elevasi horizontal menunjukkan angka 200 sampai dengan 500 m. Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan Bina Marga 2021 mensyaratkan untuk tinggi elevasi maksimum alinyemen vertikal adalah 8%. Untuk alinyemen horisontal sudah memenuhi standar geometrik jalan yaitu > 200m, sehingga direkomendasikan perlunya perencanaan ulang kondisi Geometrik Jalan Lingkar Selatan STA. 08+175 sampai STA. 08+425 agar memenuhi standar geometrik dan kemantapan jalan sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan. Selain itu diperlukan rambu-rambu agar pengendara mengetahui bahwa akan memasuki tanjakan yang curam sehingga dapat menurunkan resiko kecelakaan.

Abstract

PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (PT KCI) sebagai salah satu operator sarana perkeretaapian di Indonesia memiliki tugas pokok memberikan pelayanan terhadap perjalanan kereta rel listrik (KRL) termasuk lintas Tangerang –Duri, berdasarkan observasi awal kereta rel listrik commuter line lintas Tangerang Duri memiliki jumlah pengguna jasa yang cukup tinggi, terutama pada jam – jam sibuk sangat padat bahkan pengguna sering kali tidak bisa masuk ke dalam KRL yang membuat perjalanan penumpang di dalam KRL kurang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional, tingkat pelayanan serta mengetahui upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Adapun metode yang digunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) serta Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan load factor hari libur 26,70% dan hari kerja 53,45%. Dengan kapasitas lintas telah memenuhi standar namun, kecepatan perjalanan 44,00 Km/jam masih di bawah standar, berdasarkan preferensi kinerja pelayanan TNG-DU belum maksimal perlu untuk diperbaiki, sedangkan tingkat kepuasan penumpang dikategorikan puas 78,929% termasuk skala 60%<CSI≤80% sehingga upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dengan peningkatan kecepatan perjalanan, peningkatan fasilitas aksesibilitas untuk pengguna kursi roda di stasiun, dan penyediaan fasilitas khusus lainnya, serta melakukan menganalisis kinerja operasional berkelanjutan pada jam sibuk dan jam sepi, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik populasi penumpang.

Abstract

The cases of narcotics and illegal drugs abuse among the younger generation have been increasing and could impede the sustainability of Indonesia’s young population in the future. Therefore, efforts to protect the younger generation from these issues are highly necessary. The socialization activity at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, Serang Regency regarding the dangers and impacts of narcotis abuse aimed to help participants understand the impact of narcotics abuse, namely physical, psychological, and socio-economic impacts. This activity applied lecture and participatory discussion method using PowerPoint slides, organized by the university students from community services Group 15 Kampungbaru Village, Pamarayan. The speaker (resource person) in this socialization was the staff from National Narcotics Agency, Serang Regency. This activity was conducted on September 4, 2023, attended by a total of 51 participants. The results reveal that the socialization has positively contributed in increasing students’ knowledge and understanding of the dangers and impacts of narcotics abuse, as proven by the number of students who actively participated and became more aware about the dangers of narcotics. This socialization is expected to be a solid foundation to fortify the younger generation as Indonesia’s next generation, especially students at Public Junior High School 1 Pamarayan, from the dangers of narcotics abuse

Abstract

Leachate generated from municipal solid waste landfills contains various pollutants that may pose significant environmental risks if discharged without proper treatment. The increasing volume of waste and high rainfall intensity in tropical regions contribute to fluctuations in leachate quantity and quality, creating challenges for landfill management. This study aimed to design a leachate wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) for the Cilowong Landfill, Serang City, Indonesia, by integrating a Vertical Subsurface Flow Constructed Wetland (VSSF-CW) system with natural filtration units. The research employed a quantitative engineering design approach involving field observation, leachate characterization, hydrological analysis, rainfall frequency analysis, and hydraulic design calculations. Laboratory results showed that the average concentrations of Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) were 401.8 mg/L, 28.08 mg/L, and 765.6 mg/L, respectively. Hydrological analysis indicated that the maximum leachate discharge corresponding to a 10-year return period rainfall event reached 6,998.4 m³/day, while the average operational discharge was only 27.36 m³/day, highlighting the substantial influence of rainfall on leachate generation. Based on the design calculations, the proposed treatment system consists of an equalization basin with a volume of approximately 7,000 m³, a sedimentation basin of 600 m³, a constructed wetland unit of 260 m³, a filtration basin of 260 m³, and a separator basin of 130 m³. The integration of VSSF-CW and natural filtration is expected to enhance pollutant removal through sedimentation, adsorption, filtration, phytoremediation, and microbial degradation processes. The proposed design provides an environmentally friendly, cost-effective, and sustainable alternative for leachate treatment, particularly for landfills located in developing regions with tropical climatic conditions.

Abstract

Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Rahmaniyah Depok, West Java, has 1059 students and 140 staffs (academic year of 2015/2016). Parking activity at school in the morning (students arrival) and in the afternoon and evening (students leave the school) is quite high. The current parking area is 1.260 m2.. It can handle 54 Parking Unit Area. Based on the surveys (five working days), delay and queue always happen to the shuttle cars at school during dropping and picking up the students. Therefore, the parking activity is on street parking. This situation makes chaos and inconvenience as well as high risk of accidents for students who are walking across or walking around in the school. After surveying, collecting, and calculating data, it can be concluded that the parking area that are provided hasn’t fulfilled the needs of parking area for the whole shuttle cars. Results showed the maximum parking accumulation reaches 110 cars, with the maximum parking volume of 657 cars, and the duration parking that reach the maximum amount of cars is 30 minutes. The study showed the school needs 1.820m2 parking area with the capacity of 82 Parking Unit Area. In the future, the school may need to arrange a plan to provide vertical parking space or with hydraulic system.
