Abstract

Background: Learning media is one of the essential factors in achieving learning objectives, so a subject requires appropriate learning media. Objective: This research aims to develop a volleyball game learning media for students in class VIII at State Junior High School 9 Malang. Methods: This research uses the Research and Development method ADDIE. As for the data collection instrument in the form of observation by directly observing learning activities in class VIII State Junior High School 9 Malang, namely learning volleyball games, the time is relatively short, so the teacher needs help giving students the material as a whole. Results: This research has gone through three validations, including volleyball game learning experts with an average of 74.30%, learning media experts with an average of 98.95%, and physical education, sports, and health teachers with an average of 97.5%. Then, the results of the overall product trial involving 45 class VIII students of State Junior High School 9 Malang were divided into two small group trials, with 15 students getting a result of 87.93% and the large group tryout of 30 students getting a result of 86.5%, from the results obtained it was declared very feasible. Conclusion: Based on the results of the above research, namely the product of learning media for volleyball games with the ISpring application for class VIII students of State Junior High School 9 Malang, it is included in the criteria of being very suitable for learning volleyball games.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Lumajang, menggunakan pendekatan survei. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 30 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal, data dianalisis dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan 21 siswa (70%) peserta. kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMK Negeri 1 Lumajang termotivasi. Kesimpulan motivasi siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal termasuk kategori sedang.

Abstract

Angka indeks masa tubuh digunakan untuk menunjukkan kategori proposional berat badan seseorang. Indeks masa tubuh seseorang sedikit banyak juga berpengaruh pada tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max). Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular disekolah salah satunya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Ekstrakurikuler adalah wadah pengembangan pribadi peserta didik melalui berbagai aktivitas baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji indeks masa tubuh dan tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max) peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga SMAN 1 Bululawang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei serta pendekataan cross sectional. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu 40 peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga yang ada di SMAN 1 Bululawang. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga SMAN 1 Bululawang dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil indeks masa tubuh termasuk dalam kategori berat badan ideal dan tingkat daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max) termasuk dalam kriteria sangat kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on android in physical education, sports and health subjects for class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang with the help of Unity 3D software. This study used the Borg & Gall Research and Development method. The subjects used were all students of class VII SMP Tamansiswa Malang. For data collection instruments in the form of observation, by observing the process of learning activities directly on subjects of physical education, sports, and health on health material. This research was validated by physical education, sports and health learning experts, learning media experts, and physical education, sports and health teachers for class VII SMP Tamansiswa with a very decent category. Then the results of the overall product trial involving all VII grade students of Tamansiswa Malang Middle School were divided into two small group trials with a sample of 10 students obtaining 83.37% results and large group trials with all VII grade students obtaining 95.34% results so very worthy. Based on the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the android-based interactive learning media developed for class VII students of SMP Tamansiswa Malang is categorized as very feasible and can be used without revision.

Abstract

Futsal is a sport that is included in the physical activity category of dynamic sports. To produce quality players, one must pay attention to body mass index, because futsal is a sport that involves direct physical contact. Cardiovascular endurance and body mass index are equally important for futsal players. Based on this explanation, body mass index and cardiovascular endurance are important things to understand to support performance and as assessment instruments. The aim of this study was to assess the cardiovascular endurance and body mass index of futsal extracurricular players of Public High School 8 Malang. In this research, researchers used quantitative descriptive research with survey methods and a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of this research were 30 futsal extracurricular participants who were active of Public High School 8 Malang. The instrument used in this research is a test. When the test is carried out, all forms of activities and actions are recorded and documented. The tests used include measuring body mass index and the Multistage fitness test. The average cardiovascular endurance of the futsal extracurricular participants of Public High School 8 Malang was (46.66%) included in the very poor category, and the average body mass index of the participants (73.33%) was included in the ideal weight category based on the measurement results. which is obtained. Therefore, it can be said that even though cardiovascular endurance is in the very poor category, the body mass index is in the ideal body weight range.

Abstract

Di dalam olahraga sepak bola, pemanasan harus melibatkan aktifitas-aktifitas yang dapat meningkatkan suhu tubuh serta otot, yang berguna untuk mempersiapkan tubuh untuk game atau sesi latihan selanjutnya. Salah satu model pemanasan yang sering dilakukan oleh pemain atau tim sepak bola profesional adalah pemanasan dinamis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada para pelatih sekolah sepak bola di Kota Malang tentang model-model pemanasan dinamis serta model latihan fisik untuk anak usia 10-13 tahun. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode teori dan praktek. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan cara menyelenggarakan workshop kepada pelatih Sekolah Sepak Bola Kota Malang yang berjumlah 30 orang tentang penerapan pemanasan dinamis dan latihan fisik untuk anak usia 10-13 tahun. Materi-materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi; definisi stretching dan pemanasan, pendapat yang menentang stretching statis sebelum sesi latihan atau pertandingan, pola pemanasan yang ideal, definisi latihan fisik, biomotorik dasar, karakteristik anak usia 10-13 tahun, model-model latihan fisik anak usia grassroot (10-13 tahun). Hasil dari kegiatan workshop ini adalah pelatih Sekolah Sepak bola Kota Malang memahami fungsi dari pemanasan dinamis dan bentuk-bentuk pemanasan dinamis dalam permainan sepak bola, serta memahami model latihan fisik untuk anak usia 10-13 tahun.

Abstract

Physical fitness merupakan peran yang diperlukan oleh para peserta didik untuk memberikan kegiatan dengan baik dalam maupuan luar sekolah, tingkat physical fitness siswa di sekolah dasar, menunjukan adanya presentase 45,83 %, dengan kategori sedang, 37,50 % dengan kategori kurang dengan, 8,33% dengan kategori baik dan 8,33% dalam kategori kurang sekali, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa tingkat physical fitness pada siswa sekolah dasar masih dalam kategori sedang hingga rendah, selain itu media pembelajaran pada materi kebugaran jasmani masih belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi pada aktivitas fisik yang menyenangkan dan menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran gamification fun thinkers movement terhadap kebugaran jasmani dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen one group pretest dan post test design, sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 28 siswa kelas 5 di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara media pembelajaran gamification fun thinkers movement terhadap physical fitnees dan keterampilan critical thinking.

Abstract

Physical literacy is the development of various human movements consisting of basic movement skills and basic sports skills, so that these skills provide tools for humans to do physical activities that improve or maintain lifelong health. On average, students after school do not have time to do physical activities, this shows that awareness of physical activity is very low, in addition, in physical education learning there are still students who lack and have not optimized physical activity, so that motivation, understanding, knowledge and movement activities in children decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of reciprocal learning in big ball games in improving physical literacy in 12-year-old children at the junior high school level. The method in this study uses a randomized control group pretest-posttest design experimental study, this experimental study was conducted on a group with a control or comparison group, the research sample consisted of 12-year-old children at the junior high school level, the research instrument used in this study adopted from the measurement of physical literacy from the Canadian Assessment of Physical Literacy (CAPL). The results in the independent t-test output table in the equal variances assumed section are known to have a Sig (2-tailed) of 0.015 <0.05 so that a decision can be taken that in the independent sample t-test it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus the results of this study conclude that there is a significant difference in the final test results of reciprocal learning in big ball games in improving physical literacy between the intervention group and the control group.

Abstract

The process of learning basic techniques and swimming styles is the first very important thing that students must have in the swimming extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang. In extracurricular swimming there are still no manuals that can be used to support student learning. The implementation of extracurricular swimming is still very lacking because implementation is uncertain every week. Based on the results of observations, it shows that 93.3% of SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang students need books as a guide to basic swimming learning techniques. The aim is to develop part and whole swimming learning in extracurricular swimming at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang by providing assistance in the form of ebooks to students so that they have a guidebook on basic swimming techniques.  This research is Research and Development (R&D) research using the Borg and Gall development model. With initial field trial subjects of 6 students and large field trials of 30 students. Based on data obtained from the results of data analysis from experts, namely media experts, 98% results were obtained from learning experts, 95% results were obtained from swimming experts, 98% results were obtained from initial field trials, initial field trials obtained 97% results and large field trials obtained 96% results. The results of data analysis from experts and field trials obtained the result "Very Suitable for Use". The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire instrument. It can be concluded that this learning development product can help extracurricular learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang.

Abstract

Sports science is one of the fields of sports science that can help sports develop and coach each athlete. Phenomena and problems that occur during the training process in the field can be solved by applying sports science based on data obtained scientifically; this data record assists coaches in determining and providing the proper method for their athletes. One way to use sports science in the field is by measuring the anthropometry of Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students. This study aimed to determine and examine anthropometric measurements in Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students aged 7-10 years. This study uses a quantitative method. This type of research is observational and test. To collect data on student anthropometric measurements that are to be known include a) height, b) weight, c) skin fat, and d) BMI. The subjects in this study were Kuantanamo futsal academy students aged 7-10 years, totaling 20 students. The anthropometric measurements of Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students obtained the following average: height 145.8, weight 41.24, skin fat 14.85, categorized as underfoot (mild level), BMI 19.3, classified as ideal. This can be a reference for coaches to determine what programs should be carried out so that students get treatment appropriate to their body condition.
