Abstract

Special Economic Zones (SEZs) Sei Mangkei located in Simalungun has a location adjacent to the Port Hub International Kuala Tanjung. Location of KEK Sei strategic Mangkei connected by train along the 20 miles of High City to Kuala Tanjung. Railroad construction is planned to be completed and can be used in 2014. Intermodal connectivity between KEK Sei Mangkei to the Port of Kuala Tanjung very necessary to reduce stagnation and damage to roads and to support the customs facilities required in a special economic zone. In the establishment of special economic zones, will create an interconnected agglomeration that can improve the industry for the surrounding area and the spirit of entrepreneurship. In the study contained in www.kemenperin.go.id/artikel/22/ explained that a number of industries are being and will be built in the area of Palm Oil Industrial Cluster Sei Mangke, North Sumatra, which was built to increase the added value of palm oil in Indonesia. Besides the addition of plant oil kelaps (MCC) PTPN 3 with a total capacity of 75 tons per hour, also will be built a few other industries. Start of power plant 2 x 35 mega watt, will also be built palm kernel oil mill berkapsitas 400 liters per day, biodiesel plants.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the socio-economic mapping with case studies Siantar Siantar District of Western society. The purpose of this study is to see how far the characteristic ability of socioeconomic District of Siantar Barat both in the category of business, inspiration and medium enterprises, business development, years of starting the business, the age of the respondent, number of employees, type of business development assistance, the type of assistance expected private agencies / SOE and suggestions for the development of businesses that are part of the socio-economic mapping Siantar. The data used is primary data using questionnaires to society western range. The results of this study indicate that the Business Name: Herb Healthy Fresh: 33%, Business category: Drinks totaling 82% Address Enterprises: Street Football on: 53%, Inspiration Making Business: 17% was from the beginning migrated to focus on making herbal medicine, Yang assist in the creation of business: wife of 19%, Points of Creation: the direct business 89%, Start of Business: in 1974 as much as 9.1%, Business Start hour: 45% starting at 8:00, Business development: developing .: help Available : Pertamina Depot Siantar as much as 51%. The assistance is expected from the Private Sector, Blender, Pots, Dandang as much as 33%, Advice for Business Development: 73% The existence of business coaching.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat ini merupakan konsep aplikasi kuliah kewirausahaan dalam Program Studi Manajemen kewirausahaan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Al Azhar berdasarkan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, diharapkan para petani mengetahui pentingnya kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan bisnis dan dilanjutkan . Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode pembelajaran eksperimental dan konsep studi kepustakaan tentang kewirausahaan. Penyampaian berupa ceramah, diskusi kelompok sehingga orang dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Dalam pelatihan disajikan materi: Konsep berwirausaha. Setelah kegiatan dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa peserta cukup responsif dan antusias dalam mengikuti materi pelatihan, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh para peserta dan ada rencana bisnis yang dibuat untuk membuatnya setelah mendapatkan pelatihan melalui di Universitas Al Azhar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities that exist in PT. Aquafarm Nusantara Naga Kisar Perbaungan. This research is a type of qualitative research method that uses a quantitative approach. The qualitative method uses IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) matrices which are then processed by AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to assist data processing and make decisions in implementing strategies at PT. Aquafarm Nuantara Naga Kisar Perbaungan. The results of this study indicate that PT. Aquafarm Nusantara Naga Kisar Perbaungan in the SWOT diagram is in quadrant 3, then the right strategy for the company to run is to support the turn around strategy by implementing the WO (weaknesses opportunities) strategy. where the strategy can be healthy for the company. From the results of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) processing, it was obtained a proposal to run method 2 (new), namely by lowering product prices by making adjustments to current economic conditions and increasing the quality of human resources. PT. Aquafarm Nusantara Naga Kisar Perbaungan is expected to reshape the structure of the marketing division and innovate products in accordance with current market conditions.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry has not been matched by the existence of workshops for motorcycles. In some areas, the number of workshops cannot cover the needs their need as to. the customer satisfaction so that in this study is needed to indicate the variable observed such as service quality, price, and location in Murah Rezeki Motorcycle Workshop Stabat, either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used incidental sampling method with a total sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis method is the multiple linear regression analysis. The result found that the variables of service quality, price, and location partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The result of the coefficient of determination is 35%. It shows that the variables consisting of service quality, price, and location affect the customer satisfaction variable by 35.0%, while the remaining 65% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Accounting is the process of recording, grouping, presenting data, and recording financial-related transactions where accounting serves as a measuring tool for the results of economic activities to convey information to various parties including management, investors, creditors, and regulators to provide information regarding the financial position” (Soemarso, 1983) The purpose of this community service is to find out the constraints faced by micro-businesses in compiling accounting books and to design a simple accounting bookkeeping system model that can help and facilitate micro-business owners in making good and neat financial reports. The results obtained from this training activity are able to increase the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in making simple bookkeeping so as to increase motivation at work. The conclusion is that simple bookkeeping training received a positive response from business actors as well as gaining knowledge and skills regarding new insights in running their business through simple bookkeeping or financial records that are easy to apply. The implication is that through simple bookkeeping training, business actors in Tanjung Morawa, Bangun Rejo Village, are able to understand how to be a good entrepreneur through financial records.

Abstract

This research is a concept online training about entrepreneurship for Asahan University students in pandemic era. The research goal is making the creativity for young students for getting the willingness and idea to increase the entrepreneurship ability in pandemic era. The method used is an experimental online learning method in the entrepreneurship material and literature study concept with zoom meeting room Website and Seminar (Webinar). The way to tranfer entrepreneurship knowledge based on journals, books mentioned about the creativity for requiring its quality for economics students and invited entrepreneurship beginner conducted with focus in business feasibility concept of tendency for attracting consumers to for buying interest continuously. From the online presentation of the entrepreneurship to Asahan University Student, there are several points that are asked by audiences about entrepreneurship such as the way to get the entrepreneurship willingness in the Asahan University. From the activity, the government actors must commit the achievement of the results of activities to make the brand new approachment in Asahan Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Price, Product Quality,and Brand Image of Decision Purchase Instant Noodles. This study uses 88 respondents assample research and technique of determining the sample using purposive samplingmethod.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linierregression analysis method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtainedthrough documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires whose measurements usedifferential semantic scales. Hypothesis testing by using multiple linear regressionanalysis.The results showed that simultaneously the price, Product Quality, and BrandImage significantly influence the Decision Purchase Instant Noodle. Partially, price hasno significant effect, while brand image has significant effect. Brand image is the dominant factor influencing the Decision of Buying Instant Noodle. The value of Adjusted R Squareis 0,222, meaning 22,2% Purchasing Decision of Instant Instant Noodle can be explainedby Price, Product Quality, And Brand Image, and the rest 77,8% explained by factors notexamined in this research.

Abstract

This paper is a concept of business and information technology (IT) training in facing the progress of transformation of communication for college students in Management Computer Informatics (MCI) Royal Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Through this program, it is expected that they knew the importance of business in legal concept based on the improvement of IT. The method used is experiential learning method and the concept of literature study about business and IT. The delivery in the form of lectures, group discussions, games so that people can participate actively through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). In the training presented the material: Concept of information technology (IT) training in facing the progress of transformation of communication. After the FGD are conducted, it is found that the participants are quite responsive and enthusiastic in following the training materials, as evidenced, there are many questions asked by the participants. By improving their knowledge and IT are quite good then they are going to improve the real fact through academic assistance with the motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim didalam sebuah perusahaan dengan dampak yang ditimbulkan pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu PT. Mahadana Asta Berjangka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi tim dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan cara disebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form kepada 30 responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0 dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa dengan t hitung sebesar (0,687) ? Ttabel (2,048). Komunikasi tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar (5,851) ? Ttabel (2,048) dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 94%. Kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi para peneliti untuk memperhatikan dan membangun kerjasama tim dan komunikasi tim yang baik.
