Abstract

Unit Produksi Ikan Patin Super Politeknik Negeri Lampung merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi perikanan ikan air tawar khususnya produksi ikan patin super.  Unit Usaha produksi ikan patin super ditujukan untuk menyediakan produk ikan patin konsumsi yang berkualitas di masyarakat untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan industri pengolahan ikan.  Produksi ikan patin super sebagai usaha penyedia ikan patin konsumsi pada tahun 2016 dapat memproduksi ikan patin konsumsi sebesar 22.250 kg dan pada tahun 2017 mencapai 32.450 kg dengan spesifikasi produk ikan patin yang dihasilkan yaitu ikan patin konsumsi dengan bobot > 900 gram per ekor dan daging berwarna putih.  Nilai nominal penjualan produk pada tahun 2016 mencapai 300.375.000,- atau rata-rata mencapai 25.031.250,- per bulan dan pada tahun 2017 mencapai  438.075.000,- atau rata-rata mencapai 36.506.250,- per bulan.  Selain sebagai sarana produksi, Unit Produksi Ikan Patin Super juga digunakan sebagai wahana pembelajaran bagi siswa, mahasiswa maupun masyarakat di bidang usaha dan budidaya ikan.  Sejak tahun 2012, Unit Produksi Ikan Patin Super menjadi tempat magang bagi siswa SMK perikanan serta magang bagi mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Lampung serta menjadi tempat wisata pendidikan bagi siswa-siswa taman kanak-kanak dan sekolah dasar.  Kata Kunci : Unit Produksi, pakan ikan patin super, jasa konsultasi

Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the effect of temperature shock gift time distance from fertilization on the triploidy individual process, persentage of hatching rate and survival rate of larva patin catfish. Temperature shock gift time distance treatment from fertilization process is given each 120 second, 180 second, 240 second and 300 second in temperature 40C during 90 second. Each treatment is done as much as 3 times. Hatch and larva maintenance is done in aquarium and hapa for fingerling activity. The result shows that temperature shock gift time distance treatment from fertilization process gives real result on the triploidy individual procces in patin catfish (p<0,05). Highest percentage triploidy individual is got in temperature shock gift time distance from fertilization process 180 second as big as 83,33 %. The growth level patin catfish day 28 show enhanced in line with individual percentage enhanced triploidy from each treatment. The highest growth rate is got from temperature shock gift time distance treatment from fertilization process as big as 11,13 %. Keywords: catfish, triploidy, time distance, temperature shock

Abstract

The prominent purpose this experiment was producing superior quality of Carasius auratus, which is have to growth faster and good morphology. While particular purpose was to know temperature level effect on triploidisation on individual triploid (3n) formation of Carasius auratus and to find suitable spawning method /combination in Carasius auratus propagation but settle make high productivity. Spawning was conducted using induce breeding. Carasius auratus was spawn with support by hormone stimulation. Triploidisation was using heat shock to achieve triploid fish (3n). The same procedure was conducted to control. Heat shock temperature level was 40, 41 and 42oC. Result of this experiment showed that fish on heat shock 40oC given individual triploid presentation high more than fish on heat shock 41 and 42o C. Where as control was 100% of individual diploid. Hatching and larvae survival rate were shown value lower than control without heat shock. Keywords: Carasius auratus, quality, triploidisation

Abstract

Ikan patin merupakan salah satu ikan unggulan budidaya di Indonesia. Produksi ikan patin nasional pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 1.149.400 ton. Pendederan merupakan tahap penting dalam pembenihan. Pada tahap ini sering terjadi kematian akibat perubahan lingkungan yang ekstrim. Pendederan ikan patin pada kolam terpal memiliki beberapa keunggulan yaitu biaya pembuatan murah, mudah dibuat dan dibongkar, serta dapat diterapkan di daerah lahan sempit. Tujuan dari kekeiatan ini adalah mengetahui pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin. Benih ditebar dengan ukuran 1 inci dengan jumlah tebar 7.200 ekor, dengan ukuran kolam 2m x 1m, pemberian pakan secara at satiation dengan frekunsi 3 x sehari (pagi, siang dan sore). Dari hasil pemeliharaan selama 21 hari didapat SR benih  ikan patin mencapai 85%, pertumbuhan panjang akhir 2.1  inch (5.25), pertumbuhan bobot akhir 1.09 gram dan rata-rata laju pertumbuhan panjang harian 2.1% dan rata-rata laju pertumbuhan bobot harian mencapai 5.275%.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan penelitian adalahmengetahui pengaruh lama waktu kejutansuhu terhadap pembentukan individutriploid pada ikan patin, tingkat derajatpenetasan dan kelangsungan hidup larvaikan patin Perlakuan lama waktu kejutansuhu dingin yang diberikan masing-masing120 detik, 180 detik dan 240 detik pada suhu4oC pada fase meiosis 1. Masing-masingperlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali. Penetasandan pemeliharaan larva dilakukanpada akuarium serta hapa untuk kegiatanpendederan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa perlakuan lama waktu kejutan suhudingin memberikan hasil yang nyata terhadappembentukan individu triploid padaikan patin (P<0,05). Persentase individutriploid tertinggi diperoleh pada lamawaktu kejutan 78,33%. Selain itu tingkatpertumbuhan benih ikan patin hinggahari ke-28 menunjukkan peningkatan sejalandengan peningkatan persentase individutriploid dari masing-masing perlakuan.Laju pertumbuhan tertinggi diperoleh dariperlakuan lama waktu kejutan suhu 4oCsebesar 10,40 %.

Abstract

MSMEs sector is so important because this sector has a share of up to 60% in Gross Domestic Product (GDP). But the Central Statistics Agency (BPA) conducted a survey in August and found that the incomes of cooperatives and MSMEs decreased during the pandemic. The current study was conducted to re-examine the effect of innovation, digital marketing, and accounting application on competitiveness enhancement of MSMEs in the food industry sector. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a sample size of 100 food industrial MSMEs operating in the emerging market of Bandar Lampung.  Hypotheses were tested through multiple regression models using SPSS 22. The results indicate that Innovation has a significant impact on competitive enhancement and MSMEs performance. Digital Marketing has a significant impact on competitive enhancement and MSMEs performance. Lasting the accounting application has a significant impact on competitive enhancement and MSMEs performance. Firms are required to create an effective business model to acquire competitive advantage and superior financial performance. Implications for practice have been discussed.

Abstract

Northern Java have been overexploited due to over fishing and use of destructive fishing gear. This causes a decrease in fish resources. Fish apartment is alternative things to restore the availability of fish resources. Drowning a fish apartment requires a more effective suitability assessment and to maximize its benefits. This study aims to know the suitability/feasibility of candidate locations for placing fish apartment. The study was conducted in April-June 2019 used survey and assess the condition of the waters based on the suitability matrix. The assessment score multiplied by the point of each parameter. The result showed that, placement of fish houses in Tuban district is in Palang waters; Bangkalan Regency in Modung Waters, Pamekasan Regency in Jumiang 3 site, Gresik Disctict (Bawean Island) in Batu Elong, Probolinggo Regency in Gending Waters, Probolinggo City in Karang Katon Waters and Situbondo Regency in Pasir Putih Beach.

Abstract

Sriminosari coastline is surrounded by mangroves and has high eco-tourism potential. Therefore,the local community initiatives to establish a Pandan Alas fishermen association to manage thefisheries and mangrove commodity. The commodity potential of the village is not only themangroves but also the presence of green mussel seeds which naturally found in the coastalwaters. This project intends to empower the Pandan Alas Fisherman Association in SriminosariVillage, the eastern region of Lampung, Indonesia. The local community is trained to culture thegreen mussels by introducing the rack culture system technology. This program carried outthrough a survey, focus group discussions (FGD), simulations, installation of rack culturetechnology, and evaluation. Green mussel cultivation has been run successfully in Sriminosari andhopefully to be a profitable and sustainable business.
