Abstract

Performance and exhaust emissions in 2017 Honda Beat vehicles, namely: 1. The best exhaust emissions are produced in a mixture of 50% premium fuel and 50% first with HC value of 23 ppm, CO 0.31%, CO2 5.88% and O2 11.30%. So the more mixture of pertamax at the premium, the better the exhaust emissions produced. 2. The best performance is produced in a mixture of 50% premium fuel and pertamax 50% with a torque value of 11.01 in Rp. 3655 and a power of 7,537 HP at Rp. 6994. So the more mixture of pertamax at the premium, the better exhaust emissions produced. 3. Performance and exhaust emissions, pure pertalite produces the best performance and exhaust emissions compared to the mixture of premium and pertamax fuel with a torque value of 11.57 Nm at rpm 3680, power 7,555 HP at rpm 7136, HC 11 ppm, CO 0.27%, CO2 is 5.36% and O2 is 11.48%.

Abstract

The Marble Molly fish (Poecilia sphenops) and the Sunkist Balloon Molly (Poecilia sphenops) are one of the fish that are popular in Indonesia. It is hoped that crossing sunkist mollies and marble mollies will produce unique colors and new patterns, with diverse and unique colors so that public interest will once again be high in keeping ornamental fish, especially mollies. The methods used start from preparing tools and materials, preparing spawning tanks and larval rearing tanks, selecting mature gonad male and female parents with the characteristics of the male having a gonopodium on his stomach while the female does not have it with the age of the male and female being at least 4 months before they can be spawned. The cross is carried out with a ratio of males and females, namely 5 males and 10 females in each spawning tank, there are 6 spawning tanks with 3 tanks representing the cross between a marbled male and a Sunkis female and another 3 tanks with a Sunkist male and a marbled female, then the best data is taken from the 2nd following treatment. The results obtained were the emergence of 3 color variations and 5 pattern variations with unique and varied colors and patterns.

Abstract

Pengaruh Organisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia dan Tekhnologi terhadap Operasional Information System adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup bidang ilmu. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Operasional Information System; 2) Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap Operasional Information System; dan 3) Tekhnologi berpengaruh terhadap Operasional Information System.
