<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah kualitas produk dan daya beli konsumen Beras Lumbung Padi Indonesia (LPI) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 184 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden dengan teknik Accidental Sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data dibantu menggunakan software SPSS dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk dan daya beli konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada beras lumbung padi Indonesia di pasar perumnas. Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan daya beli konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the efficiency of public services in Margahayu District is crucial in facing the development of information and communication technology. In this context, the implementation of E-Government applications is an attractive option because it has the potential to overcome traditional administrative constraints and increase transparency and public participation in public decision making. The implementation of the E-Government application in Margahayu District is expected to provide benefits in improving the efficiency of public services, this writing aims to improve public services to the community, simplify the administrative process, and manage public service data at the sub-district level. The focus of the study uses methodological measures including literature study to understand the concept of E-Government, relevant technologies, and successful implementation in similar contexts, data collection through interviews with related parties in Margahayu sub-district and analysis of existing public service data. Application design using the Waterfall software development model. The results showed that the E-Government Application can improve the efficiency of public services in Margahayu District such as creating, managing population letters, being able to see the results of reports on what types of residence letters have been made, and facilitating service officers in the process of administering and managing public service data in Margahayu District.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Toyota-Astra Motor-NVDC Karawang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hipotesis diuji dengan uji validitas analisis, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji T, koefisien korelasi dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan variabel beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Keterbatasan didalam penelitian ini adalah responden memiliki persepsi yang berbeda dalam memahami pernyataan dalam kuisioner yang diberikan, jawaban kuisioner disampaikan secara online melalui kuisioner belum tentu mendeskripsikan keadaan yang sebenarnya. Waktu penelitian yang singkat, sehingga responden melakukan pengisian kuisioner dengan waktu yang singkat. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan adanya respon yang kurang obyektif. Saran teoritis berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa variabel bebas lainnya yang berpotensi berkaitan dengan variabel terikat. Menimbang bahwa dalam penelitian ini kontribusi dari variabel beban kerja dan motivasi kerja tidak sepenuhnya mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, sebagian juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Saran praktis, agar perusahaan memberikan fasilitas kerja yang lebih mendukung dan lengkap, tambahan target volume pekerjaan serta tidak memberikan pekerjaan diluar jam kerja reguler sebagai bentuk upaya dalam peningkatan produktivitas kerja.]]>

<![CDATA[Darun Nasya Islamic Boarding School organizes Islam religious education supported by modern learning programs that equip students to have soft skills and hard skills in order to prepare students to enter the community. Darun Nasya provides entrepreneurial knowledge through implementation in the Saung Pondok Barokah Umat's business unit. The students participate in the management and development of the business unit as a means of entrepreneurial practice. The obstacles faced by Darun gas stations are learning media and business management knowledge that are still minimal, as well as difficulties developing business due to limited funds. Based on these problems, it is necessary to increase soft skill capacity through business plan preparation workshops so that Darun Nasya can develop its business units. Business Plan is a clear plan in running a business. Various benefits of preparing a Business Plan include clarity of business strategies and market opportunities, making business ideas and priorities, helping capital, and providing business information to investors and consumers. The implementation of a Business Plan preparation workshop can improve the skills of students in entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to analyze the relationship between overtime, job training, and employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. 80 respondents were used as a purposive sample who were employees of PT. Nagamas Kurnia Sejahtera. The results showed that partially, overtime was proven to have a significant effect on performance, while job training was not proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, overtime and training were proven to have a significant impact on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study underline the importance of effective management of overtime hours in supporting the achievement of optimal performance. In other aspects, human resources need to consider more effective strategies in designing training programs that can have a significant impact on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the financial accountability of local governments in West Java based on the examination results of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK-RI) on the Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD), specifically by mapping and analyzing issues related to the fairness of LKPD presentation and compliance with regulations. The study covers all regencies and cities in West Java for the period of LKPD 2018-2019, which were audited by BPK-RI, resulting in 54 research units. This research adopts a descriptive approach with a method of descriptive content analysis to explain the issues of local government financial accountability. The analysis is conducted on qualitative data in the form of texts/sentences that describe the issues in the BPK-RI audit report on LKPD. The findings reveal that the most common issues affecting the auditor's opinion on the fairness of LKPD presentation are non-compliance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP). The compliance issues with regulations that cause the most significant losses to the local government are indications of asset misuse.]]>

<![CDATA[Konveksi SFgiandra is a company engaged in the purchase, sale, and inventory of hijab, with many customers relying on their services. However, the manual system applied in every sales transaction, calculation, and stock reporting often causes errors in calculations and slows down the process of making reports. This research aims to analyze and develop a stock application that can improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory management at SFgiandra Convection. The research method used is Waterfall, with design using the Laravel Framework and UML diagrams. Software testing is done with the Black Box concept. The results showed that the developed stock application allows checking goods more effectively and efficiently, helping Konveksi SFgiandra achieve its goals better]]>
