Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan siswa dituntut untuk memperoleh keterampilan dan skill tambahan dari dunia industri, serta dapat beradaptasi lebih cepat dengan dunia kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai context, input, process dan product pada program Praktik Kerja Lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan evaluasi model Context, Input, Process dan Product, dengan sampel berasal dari guru dan pembimbing industri. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan validitas konstruk oleh dosen ahli instrumen. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi analisis data dengan menggunakan mean, median dan modus. Hasil dari evaluasi Context, Input, Process dan Product pada program Praktik Kerja Lapangan siswa berada pada kategori tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mapping of vocational high school models based on regional superior potential and community needs of Bone Bolango Regency, in the Tomini Bay Region. The research method used is a combination of the Sequential Explanatory model with Location Quotient (LQ) data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study are the mapping of regional leading sectors with 9 basic sectors, namely, mining and quarrying, processing industry, construction, wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair, real estate, company services, government administration, education services, health services and social activities. The largest LQ value of the 9 sectors is the Processing Industry sector, with an LQ value of 1.507. There are 7 SMK competencies in Bone Bolango Regency, 2 of which are directly adjacent to the Tomini Bay region. There are 2 (two) skill competencies that need to be removed or replaced, namely, Network Computer Engineering and Visual Communication Design. 7 Expertise competencies that can be developed based on the analysis of potential leading sectors are: 1 Agribusiness of Food Crops and Horticulture, 2 Agribusiness of Poultry, 3 Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing, 4 Nautical Fishing Vessels, 5 Agribusiness of Freshwater Fisheries, 6 Agribusiness of Fishery Product Processing, 7 Nursing Assistant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi model pembelajaran teaching factory di SMK 9 Makassar dengan mempertimbangkan aspek conteks, input, process, dan product. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru yang mengelola teaching factory, dan siswa, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah model pembelajaran teaching factory itu sendiri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran angket/kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam evaluasi pelaksanaan teaching factory: 1) komponen konteks terdiri dari dua indikator dengan nilai 90% atau kategori sangat baik, 2) komponen input terdiri dari lima indikator dengan nilai 85,15% atau kategori sangat baik, 3) komponen proses terdiri dari empat indikator dengan nilai 84,40% atau kategori sangat baik, 4) komponen produk terdiri dari dua indikator dengan nilai 88% atau kategori sangat baik, Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan model pembelajaran teaching factory pada program keahlian agribisnis pengolahan hasil perikanan di SMK Negeri 9 Makassar menunjukkan hasil yang baik.

Abstract

Digital transformation in educational governance necessitates monitoring systems that are effective, efficient, and accountable. This study aims to develop and evaluate the quality of a web-based Learning Tools Monitoring Information System (SIMOP) in Takalar Regency. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach integrating the ADDIE, Prototype, Agile, and Waterfall models. System quality evaluation refers to the ISO/IEC 25010 standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires administered to teachers, school principals, supervisors, and officials of the Department of Education. The results indicate that SIMOP falls within the “highly valid” category based on assessments of functional suitability, reliability, usability, portability, and security. The level of practicality reached 89.99%, while effectiveness achieved 91.82%. Teachers’ readiness was categorized as “highly ready” (90.35%), whereas responses from school principals and the Department of Education were 90.93% and 95%, respectively. The system has been proven to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in monitoring instructional materials.
