Abstract

Upaya memadukan kurikulum pendidikan sekolah formal, khususnya SMA, dengan kurikulum pondok pesantren akan menghasilkan sistem pendidikan yang lebih kuat dan lengkap. Pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan SMA berbasis pesantren sebenarnya merupakan wujud upaya dalam memadukan keunggulan pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan di sekolah dan di pondok pesantren. Jika SMA berbasis pondok pesantren dikelola dengan baik, maka hasil yang akan diperoleh pun juga berkualitas baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran STEM terhadap Hasil Belajar Pemodelan dan Simulasi yang Dimediasi oleh Keterampilan Abad 21 dan Kompetensi Kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan setelah peristiwa atau kondisi tertentu terjadi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel Pembelajaran STEM, Keterampilan Abad 21, Kompetensi Kepemimpinan, dan Hasil Belajar. Validitas dari keempat instrumen tersebut diuji dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan reliabilitasnya dinilai dengan menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (Path Analysis). Penggunaan Analisis Jalur memberikan keuntungan dalam mengeksplorasi hubungan antar variabel yang kompleks dan memfasilitasi pengujian empiris model konseptual. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan dari pembelajaran STEM terhadap hasil belajar, keterampilan abad ke-21, dan kompetensi kepemimpinan, (2) Keterampilan abad ke-21 dan kompetensi kepemimpinan masing-masing juga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) Pembelajaran STEM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar yang dimediasi oleh Keterampilan Abad ke-21 dan kompetensi kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Kualitas lulusan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas pendidiknya. Pendidik harus memiliki kompetensi dan motivasi kerja sehingga disebut bahwa pendidik memiliki kinerja yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kinerja pendidik jurusan teknik elektronika di SMK Negeri Makassar (2) untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru jurusan teknik elektronika di SMK Negeri Makassar (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru jurusan teknik elektronika di SMK Negeri Makassar. Penelitian yang akan dipakai merpakan kuantitatif memakai expost-facto’ dan total sampel 34 responden. Ada tiga hal yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru (X1), variabel motivasi kerja (X2) dan variabel kinerja guru (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis statistik infrensial. Hasil uji regresi sederhana diperoleh data bahwa ada pengaruhh yang relevan antara kompetensi pedagogik dari guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai sig. 0,009 < 0,05. Dan hasil penguujian uji F atau uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebanyak 54,264 dengan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kompetensi guru dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh bahwa (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik, (3) kompetensi pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi penataan guru SMK berbasis kompetensi studi kasus di Kabupaten Luwu Utara dan mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan serta keefektifan dari hasil pengembangan sistem informasi penataan guru SMK berbasis kompetensi untuk menata guru SMK sesuai dengan kompetensikeahlian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan model pengembangan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu Waterfall. Prosedur pengembangan sistem dimulai dari tahap analisis, tahap kedua desain, tahap ketiga pembuatan kode, tahap keempat pengujian dan tahap kelima pemeliharaan. Jenis data yangdikumpulkan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dari perhitungan persentase serta melihat kriteria rentang presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi penataan guru SMK berbasis kompetensi berada pada kategori valid, sehingga layak digunakan untuk uji coba lapangan terhadap responden sebagai pengguna. Selanjutnya, kepraktisan dan keefektifan sistem pada saat ujicoba lapanganberada pada kategori sangatpraktis dan sangat efektif sehingga layak digunakan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan guru SMK sesuai dengan kompetensi keahlian pada setiap sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi robotika saat ini telah merambah ke berbagai sektor, salah satunya dalam dunia Pendidikan. Robot dalam dunia pendidikan digunakan untuk mempermudah guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan mendalam bagi siswa. Kegiatan PKM ini secara tidak langsung membantu pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi siswa maupun guru di SMK/SMA yang selama ini sesuai dengan program pemerintah pusat yaitu gencar melakukan kegiatan revitalisasi SMK/SMA untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 5 Majene. Kegiatan ini direncanakan akan berlangsung selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan jadwal kegiatan mulai dari penyusunan proposal, implementasi kegiatan di sekolah, dan pelaporan ke LP2M UNM. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan 2 buah materi yaitu materi pertama: pengenalan robot dan bagian-bagian pentingnya, Internet of Things (IoT), pemrograman berbasis Arduino IDE, cara mengistall dan mengkonfigurasi aplikasi android, dan pengoperasian robot. Materi kedua berupa praktikum ujicoba pengendalian robot berbasis IoT menggunakan aplikasi android. Pada materi ke 2 ini, peserta pelatihan akan mencoba mengendalikan robot berdasarkan navigasi yang dinginkan baik kondisi pergerakan robot maju, mundur, belok kiri dan belok kanan. Kegiatan mendapatkan perhatian khusus bagi guru dan siswa karena materi yang disampaikan merupakan pendukung perkembangan teknologi Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan sangat penting bagi siswa sebagai bekal dalam mendukung keterampilan mereka

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Literacy and the utilization of ICT as a learning resource in high schools in Pasangkayu Regency.where in Pasangkayu district there is are 12 high school and Additionally, it seeks to examine the influence of ICT literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The research employs an ex-post facto research method. The total population is 4027 individuals, and a sample of 220 participants is drawn through Probability Sampling. The instruments used include tests and questionnaires. Prerequisite tests involve assessing normality and linearity. Hypothesis testing employs a simple linear regression test. The research findings indicate that: (1) ICT Literacy is categorized as "moderate." (2) The utilization of ICT is categorized as "moderate." (3) There is an influence of ICT Literacy on the utilization of ICT as a learning resource. The test results show that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.050, with a contribution of 18.70%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a school administration information system using the HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) model and whether the information system developed meets thevalid, practical, and efficient criteria. Data were collected by using observation, documentation,and questionnaires. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). The dataanalysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that themeasurement of the validity of each statement item has an r-count value greater than 0.361, themeasurement of the reliability of the measurement instrument for the implementation of theHuman Computer Interaction model in the school administration information system isacceptable and has a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.937. The measurement of the averagesoftware/program aspect for all indicators, which is 97%, is in very valid category. The averagedisplay aspect measurement for all indicators, which is 99%, is in very valid category. Theusability measurement from Human Computer Interaction (HCI) meets Jacob Nielson's 5criteria, namely learnability criteria 66.66% of respondents answered very easy to learn,63.66% of respondents answered memorability criteria very easy to remember, efficiencycriteria 93.33% of respondents answered efficient, error criteria 73.33% of respondentsanswered goo in handling errors, and satisfaction criteria 86.66% of respondents answeredsatisfied. The results of practicality analysis of the school administration information systemobtained an average of 4.52 and a percentage of 90.5 that the school administration informationsystem has met the requirements for the practicality of the information system. The evaluationresults of the effectiveness of the school administration information system show that theaverage overall indicator is 4.56 and obtaining a percentage of 91.28%, which indicates thatthe school administration information system meets the effectiveness of the informationsystem.

Abstract

This study is a survey research that aims to determine the extent of absorption graduates of vocational areas of expertise of fashion in DU / DI clothing and relevance of soft skills and hard skills of labor graduates of vocational expertise of fashion with the needs of the DU / DI clothing in the city of Makassar in employment . The population in this study were all DU/DI workers in the field of fashion in Makassar City, totaling 406 workers. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely sampling based on certain criteria consisting of 43 respondents from 15 DU/DI in the field of fashion. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews obtained through primary data and secondary data. The analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and percentage calculations. The results showed that the level of absorption of Vocational High School graduates in the Fashion Designfashionin Makassar City was still in the very low category, namely 11% or 43 of the 406 workers absorbed in the fashionExpertise in theindustryindustry . fashion is in the category is as high as 81%, hardskill labordressmaking vocational graduates are in very high category by 39%.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1)knowing the stages in developing a microcontroller trainer learning media.; (2)produce a valid and practical Microcontroller trainer learning media used in SMK; (3) produce a Microcontroller trainer learning media that is effective in improving student learning outcomes in SMK. This research method is Research and Development with a 4D development model. The research subjects were 25 students of State Vocational High School in Makassar City, majoring in electronics engineering. Data collection through documentation, observation and questionnaire methods were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the research on developing learning media based on smartphone application modules through the following stages: (1) analyzing the need for developing learning media and the feasibility and requirements for developing a microcontroller-based media trainer.Alf and Vegard RISC (AVR); (2) the design stage of designing learning devices and media; (3) development by looking at the responses of validators/experts from the designs that have been made, namely the feasibility of the media and the feasibility of the material as well as the feasibility of instruments and questions for students/students; (4) the distribution is carried out in 2 stages of activity, namely the Pre-Test stage which is used as initial data and the Post-Test stage and the implementation stage which is used as the final data to see the comparison and percentage of product success made. The quality of the learning media was declared very valid by the media expert validator with a value of 99% and material expert with a value of 99%. The practicality of the media based on student questionnaires from the one to one test got a score of 88%, the small group test 92% and the large group test 90% were in the very practical category. Effectiveness is stated based on the results of the pretest and posttest. The data obtained shows N-Gainof 0.81 which is in the high category where the average value of students before use is 55.37 and increased to 81.05after using the microcontroller media trainer, The increase in the value can be concluded that the microcontroller trainer media has been effective in its use.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of training, further education, and teaching experience on teacher professionalism development. The study employed ex-post facto research method. The totalpopulation is 423 people, and the research sample is 112 people, who obtained by employingpurposive sampling technique. Data collection employed documentation and questionnaire. Theprerequisite test employed the data normality test, data linearity test, data multi-collinearity test, anddata heteroscedasticity test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that training, furthereducation, and teaching experience have contributed to productive teacher professionalismdevelopment at public vocational schools in Makassar city, which is in very high category. Based onthe hypothesis test using a simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, it isdiscovered that: (1) there is a significant influence between training and productive teacherprofessionalism development at public vocational schools in Makassar city. The test results show thatthe sig. is 0.000 < 0.05 with a contribution of 33.1%, (2) there is a significant influence betweenfurther education and productive teacher professionalism development at public vocational schools inMakassar city. The test results show that the sig. is 0.000 < 0.05 and has an influence of 31.3%, (3)there is a significant influence between teaching experience and productive teacher professionalismdevelopment at public vocational schools in Makassar city. The test results show that the sig. is 0.000< 0.05 and has an influence of 46.4%, and (4) the training, further education, and teachingexperience collectively have an influence on productive teacher professionalism development atpublic vocational schools in Makassar city. The test results show that the sig. is 0.000 < 0.05 and hasan influence of 50.6%.
